Bought a rebuilt transmission for my GMC Sierra pickup 2017 tradesman model. $5000. Wows! They did their best to get me in and replace my transmission. So far so good. Only a 1 year, 12000 mile warranty but it should outlast the useful life of this vehicle. We will see. Happy now! read more

They replaced the transmission in my 07 Yukon denali. I was originally a little apprehensive because the truck went into "limp mode". If i shut it off and turned it back on, it would drive perfectly fine for 10-20 miles or so. As soon as I picked it up I noticed how clunky it was. I turned right around and brought it back. They claimed "that was how it was supposed to be" the truck has never been right since the repair. It clunks speeding up, slowing down, or stopping. It even clunks when you first shift into reverse, basically I feel like they screwed me out of $5,000. I've brought it to several mechanics hoping it might be an engine mount or otherwise. Turns out after bringing it recently to the dealer they told me I need a new transmission. It's been just under 2 years now and we've put roughly $20,000 miles on it. I had a leak in my transmission cooling line. The part was on back order from Nissan with no known time of receiving it! I was leaking transmission fluid daily while waiting for a part. Shame on Nissan! They should be required to always have parts available for any fluid leaks. It's an environmental hazard!,,, Luckily I found transmission medic! They took the parts I already had and worked with them to fix the leak! It was fixed in less than an hour! If you ever have issues with your transmission, don't hesitate to check them out. I can't say enough good about this place. I was having issues with my pathfinder's radiator and transmission. they could have easily gotten me for a total rebuild, but were upfront and honest from the start. they took care of the car to get me to my regular mechanic for a new radiator and then took me in that week for a tranny tune up. **********Trans-medic of Windham New Hampshire are a bunch of crooks******** Trans-medic charged me $800 to replace sensors in the transmission of my car. I drove less than 100 miles before I was stranded on the side of the highway. I got the car towed back to trans medic to find out that the transmission is now bad. They are being totally unprofessional and not honoring any refund to the misdiagnosed work they perform to my vehicle. They are trying to charge me $5000 for a new transmission. They have been completely rude and I would never suggest anybody to go to this place for work. read more

After reading all the reviews I took my Xterra to them Andy quoted a price to take out a tranny and put one in I bought off a jerk in Maine was supposed to be ZERO MILES REBUILT as they were getting ready to install it noticed a problem so they opened it up And low and behold the stinking valve body was gone coast me $750 for new rebuilt and programed they installed it and had to take bolts from the old tranny they got it done in a day and never charged me an extra dime NOW THAT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS And build a good customer base so now I tell all my friends were to get tranny work done THANK YOU ALL AT Trans Medic read more
