Luckily the person who hit her car stayed and we were able to exchange information and work with their insurance to get it repaired. We took the vehicle here and were given an estimate of about 1.5 - 2 weeks before it would be completed. We got the car back within the week and it looks better than before it got hit. They gave us updates during the whole process and the customer service was great as well as the body work. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Oh yeah, forgot to mention.. This was my first time going to this location because my usual location (off Battlefield) was booked up for a few weeks. I now know why this location had so much availability - because their customer service sucks and they are scam artists. I scheduled an oil change... I arrive and they proceed to tell me that my total will be $140 when online it shows $94 (shown in picture). When questioned about it, they try to say that it's because of oil prices going up which is funny because oil prices have actually been going down. I showed them the price online and they still try to charge me $140. INSANE. You can't advertise a price and then charge someone $50 over that price because of "oil prices going up" - that's a joke. Then if I want a rental car, I have to pay for it. The other locations I've gone to provide complimentary rental cars. My car was dropped off at 10am and was not finished until 5:30pm for a simple oil change. I received absolutely no communication on when my vehicle would be done. I had to call them an hour before they closed to ask them when my car would be done and they didn't even answer my call - I received a text message shortly after I called with the response. To continue with trying to steal every penny they can from people, they let me know that if I pay with a credit card they will charge 3.5%. Again, never experienced this at the other locations I've been to both in Virginia and California. The service rep and manager were both incredibly rude. I will never come to this location ever again and plan to tell everyone I know about my experience.
