I've taken such good care of my new vehicle. So I was extremely distressed when, sitting at the…read moreneighborhood exit waiting for the traffic to clear, I felt a hit from behind. Putting my vehicle in park, I stepped out to find a huge truck whose driver didn't even realize he had hit me. Of course there was no damage to his vehicle. But there was to mine, My insurance company, Nationwide, has preferred collision centers that take care of the estimates, billing and perform work that is guaranteed. Having previously been happy with Rick Hendrick Collision Center, I chose that option. The location off E. Virginia Beach Boulevard is convenient. which provided value in the form of my time and gasoline. The personnel are friendly and remembered me from before. The office is clean and pleasant, although your wait isn't long. At my appointment service advisor Kyle Alexander inspected the vehicle with me. He then prepared an estimate for the insurance company, which would be reimbursed by the other driver's insurance. Parts would have to be ordered. When the parts came in I was given a time to bring the vehicle in. Having become attached to the comfort, look and safety features in my Kia, I felt sad talking it in. After asking if there were visiting hours, the counter people told me they would take good care of it. I received at least one text each day advising me of its progress. The vehicle also notified me via the Kia Connect App when the doors were open or when a feature wasn't functional. The first malfunction warning I got was for a brake light. I called, thinking a wire might have been left unconnected. The answer was that they disassembled it to paint. This answer worried me a lot. Would all my safety features still work after the back had been disassembled? After the estimated seven working day period, I was called to let me know the vehicle was ready, The first thing I asked about was the safety features. Kyle told me they downloaded everything and reloaded it after repairs. But he knew my concern and went to the lot to check it himself. Afterwards we walked outside to inspect. It was perfect. Of course I tested all the features on the way home. Everything was perfect. My Apple CarPlay was even loaded with my preferred Apps and Music. The repair bill to the insurance company was less than the estimate. And I was delighted to see on the bill that all the parts were new (OEM). Rick Hendrick Collision Center has my highest recommendation.

FIRST TIME - Car not aligned SECOND TIME - Bumper falls off…read more I got my car repaired or (replaced) here around March 23rd. An 18 wheeler backed up into my parked car. It was taken there from my insurance. First The employee assured me that my car would look brand new and like nothing happened. He then said my whole bumper would be taken off. HE SAID IT WAS BE REPLACED. He said it would take about three weeks because that's what it normally takes. I got my car back in six days. it did not look brand new and the piece that was dented in was still visibly dented in. I took it back and the employee agreed that it did not look properly done. I left my car and I got it back the 2 days later because Aaron said he was waiting for the piece of the bumper. Two weeks later, today, I'm on the highway and my rear bumper falls off. I go to caliber collision and they tell me that, that part is not related to what was done when in fact, you have to takeoff the bumper to fix it and repair it. THEN clip it and screw to secure it. You cannot do it while it's on the car therefore you must tighten something back up once you put it back. There were screws missing and nothing was broken or chipped so it was impossible for anything to have been ripped out as the general manager was trying to say. Telling me it was repaired now not replaced. They tried to tell me that that must've happened after I picked up the Vehicle. I picked it up two weeks ago so something must have been loose two weeks ago for it to come offwhile I'm driving. I did not get rear ended I did not get into no accident. . No one has the time to f**k with me and rip it out and I wouldn't want my car in the shop again! due to work, so there's no reason that I'd lie about this or that I'd want to be doing this. They tell me they can give me the quote for the new repair. I shouldn't have to pay s**t when I just picked up my car and the part that fell off is related to where you guys repaired because there's no way you can repair it without touching that part. I looked under my car, screws were missing and, where the clips go They were still in place, nothing on the bottom was damaged. So nothing was ripped out. I'm thinking since I got my car back in six days that they were moving too fast and must have not tightened it properly, but of course they cannot take accountability and now I have to get it done myself. I messed up and told him I work in construction. I mentioned it because I would notice if anything happened to my car being that I don't park on job sites. So the general manager wanted to use this and say it was my fault and I must have went somewhere. Just called back and said they see warping on the clip holders I would not recommend. The Indian guy, (GM ) And Aaron.

5 Stars for Repair! My customer service rep was awesome…read more 1 Star for the "Interior Appearance" of my vehicle when I first picked it up. **This is a new 2026 vehicle, so it was dropped off very clean. **My car should have not been dirty at all, I feel like my car was driven around while it was not being serviced. *There was a pocket knife wedged in the seat, it could have punctured my leather. *Dashboard had white flour water looking residue all over it. *Both front floor mats looks as if they were washed in white flour water. *Back seats had the same white flour water residue, but on the seats and headrests. Why are you in my backseat when you are repairing my bumper? *Window sticker residue was left on the windshield.
