It's honestly hard to find a repair shop these days that delivers this level of quality, communication, and customer service, and Bonfante does all of that and more. Our vehicle was repaired perfectly -- you would never know it had been in an accident. The workmanship was flawless, and the attention to detail really stood out. On top of that, when we picked up our Suburban, it was clean, spotless, and detailed, inside and out. That extra effort means a lot, and it shows how much pride they take in their work. One of the biggest things that stood out to me and my wife was the constant communication throughout the entire repair process. They kept us updated every step of the way -- what was happening, what stage the repair was in, and when we could expect progress. There was never any guessing or wondering what was going on. That kind of transparency and follow-through truly means a lot to us and makes a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I especially want to recognize Dawn, the shop manager. Why I'm happy: 1. he emails back extremely fast on timing, estimate and we picked a date. 2. he arrived on time, finished sooner than expected approx 2 hours 3. can work in a garage, was drizzling that day and I didn't have to move my car out 4. removed the dents with 0 paint damage + no other damage to my car One thing to note is my car is aluminum (Lexus IS 300) so there is a 25% premium for that type of body.
