Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

I showed the receptionist and the technician my appointment message and was explained my car will be completed today. I handed the technician my key and Uber back to work. I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!

I have stuck with the basic package twice and added on deep cleaning of my mats and my car came out looking like it was brand new. The pricing is extremely fair and the quality is top notch. The place is very well staffed and moves very quickly, finishing my car in about 10 minutes. I will 100% be coming back and see myself investing in one of the monthly plans in the near future. If you do want waxing or other deeper cleans done, just be aware that you should make an appointment ahead of time!

Typically they would ask you what you would like and ask about any add ons that they offer. The add ons were not even requested to me and I felt like they were just ready to get to the next car. Also after this point you would get out of your car and they would take it from there. I got the top tier service they offered which I normally get. But this time was not the same. The made me drive my truck myself and then none of the little grit and dog hair was even touch. $50 car detail and it looked like I went through a Sheetz car wash. Not what I paid for and very unhappy. It will be hard to go back unfortunately.

My first visit was an inquiry and he shared several different priced systems he had in stock. He was perfectly willing to install a system if I could find what he had stocked cheaper online, which I did only because it was Black Friday. He explained everything I would potentially need and the price for each item so there wouldn't be any surprises. He was willing to text back and forth with me and weigh in on a system I found online to make sure it fit all the specs. I finally brought the system and my car in about 8 months later without an appointment. He again gave me quotes for different scenarios, let me know I might need other components since I have an older model vehicle. I have two speakers that need replacing (slight scratchiness). He quoted me for speakers and offered a discount. I agreed to do the speakers only if I didn't need the additional component. He installed the system immediately, was done in under an hour, and did not install the additional component because it was not needed. He also knew I was waffling on spending on the speakers, so he did not install them because he said they still had some life left in them. He could easily have made several more hundred dollars. I brought the car back a couple of days later because my Siri's voice on Maps would cut off just slightly before directions were finished. I was confident this was not an issue with the installation, but with my phone or they system. Oscar did not hesitate to do a few experiments and even agreed to ride around the neighborhood to see what happens. He patiently took the time to teach me how to navigate the system and my phone, which he did not have to do. I offered to buy him a pastry or drink from El Superior for his attentiveness and time helping me out, but he didn't take me up on it. (Bonus! El Superior is two doors down and you can go there for lunch or an awesome dessert while you wait). Oscar's English may sometimes be a little hard to understand, but he was always willing to repeat himself if I asked. He has a helper named Alex, who was very communicative, helpful and willing to provide additional explanations or clarifications when I needed it. I would not hesitate to recommend Yellow Car Audio to anyone!

Yellow already had one job in process, but they wet able to get me in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. No upsell, and a generous 90-day guarantee! Great experience!
