After a few failed attempts, because of odd hours, I was finally able to catch them while they were open. They seam to only be open a few days a week, every other week or so, but have a sign posted letting you know the next days they're scheduled to be open. The owner was friendly and welcomed me in. I was always curious what they had, and was pleased to find they have a nice selection of vinyl, sorted by genre and alphabetically, as well as old stereo components (receivers, turntables, cd decks, etc) from many manufacturers. They carry array of speakers in all sizes, and and brands, as well as a small selection of used CDs, Cassettes, and old concert posters. I enjoyed my visit, unfortunately, much of what I looked at was out of my budget. Still fun to look, and a bit nostalgic, with so much of the world going digital. Check them out if you have time.

This place is terrible. I went there twice, both times I waited thirty minutes longer than I should…read morehave, both times they ignored me like I wasn't there and just talked amongst themselves. I went in first to make an appointment to have my door speaker checked because I thought it was blown, the guy told me it wasn't it was just loose or the top needed to be shaved, I was charged $40 and they said that's all I'd have to pay for them to do the whole job, I even asked twice and they said so again. Today, we go, we get there early, the large bearded white man on the front counter just stands around doing nothing, doesn't tell them we're there, 4:30 rolls around and someone ELSE has already been served, finally we go and talk to them and ask what the deal is and they respond "we told them you weren't here, they've already left"!!! They finally take it back, barely have it in the back any time at all, bring it back and say "the speakers blown, you can buy two whole new ones and it'll be $70 on top of that price to put them in". It goes from $40 to several hundred! Then they tried to say it'd been blown since I was there last, but it hasn't been driven at all since there except to bring it back. It was very obvious that they didn't really do anything but take my door off because they closed in 15 minutes and didn't want to be there later, and then they didn't even put my door back on properly, we had to do it ourselves!! I will never give this place my business again, they're extremely unprofessional, they don't care about their customers, and they basically stole my money for nothing! I want my money back!!

I brought in a highly-rated dashcam for installation, but they refused, offering only a $600…read moreoption. They assured me it had the blindside function I needed. The appointment was set for a week later and estimated to take 4 hours. We dropped the car off on Friday morning, and they called 4.5 hours later saying it was ready. When we arrived at 2 PM, it wasn't. The unit turned off with the ignition. After another 3-hour wait, they fixed it by correcting the fuse connection. However, the lens was installed upside down, showing the unit wasn't quality checked. By 4 PM, I took the car with the condition of testing it. An hour later, I called back--the rear camera's view was obstructed by defroster and antenna lines, and the side views only showed the cab. They agreed to move the rear camera outside, but this caused another problem: the gridlines during reverse were a foot off, making parking inaccurate. In the end, I was left with a unit that didn't cover blind spots or back up properly. The $600 dashcam wasn't suitable for my car and shouldn't have been recommended. It seemed they only offered this unit without considering its compatibility with my vehicle. I was told if I wanted those features, I needed to pay for the $1300 version. Their next appt. to remove the device was made 2 weeks out. At that time they refunded the mirror, but not the $400 labor. I cannot in good faith recommend their expertise regarding the products they sell, the labor quality or the salesman tactics of this establishment. Their level of professionalism only lies within their current structure - anything outside the box just "costs more".
