It was easy to make an appointment for the initial evaluation of the convertible top's condition and all estimates of additional services needed were reasonable. A bonus was the kindness the shop showed in accommodating a mistake I made regarding the time we had scheduled. The shop and waiting area are clean and the seats in the waiting area are comfortable. We had a unique car situation with a lot of modifications we wanted to have done. I was treated with respect and they were very responsive. They listened to what we wanted to have done (oddly enough, most of the other places didn't!). And they did everything exactly the way we wanted. They finished faster than they said they would have it done and they were $900 less than other places we went to. (Probably because they actually listened to what we wanted!) They tried to problem solve and think through things instead of jumping to the easiest solution. We walked away feeling very confident that we were dealing with professionals and experts in their field. Customer service was excellent! We really enjoyed working with them and will be back if we have any other needs! We are very pleased with the work they did!

He did an awesome job and the film on all the windows are holding up really nice six years later. Next was a Kenwood radio install on the Mustang. He did an amazing job modifying the dashboard to accommodate the new head until. Last week we had new radio installed on my son's 2015 Toyota Tacoma. The stock radio in it was awful and an upgrade was needed. Again, John did really great work. He gave us solid recommendations and kept us within the price point we were budgeted for. Absolutely avoid this shop. you should not bring your vehicle to a place if they say they are confident they can fix a problem and break it even worse. Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I showed the receptionist and the technician my appointment message and was explained my car will be completed today. I handed the technician my key and Uber back to work. I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!
