Everything's good, there goal is to please. They've done all of my car Audio systems for the past…read more30 years, I had never been so impressed with such service, now they're doing the same for my Djay system. They're the BEST.

I would not recommend this place. Avoid this place at all costs…read more I found this place because they were an EV authorized repair shop. Convenient, since I have a vintage EV speaker than needed a recone. I dropped it off, and my name, phone number, and email was put on the back of the speaker. They said they would call me when it was done. A month later, no response. I called them, and they had no clue about my speaker, and told me to call back when a specific person was there. I called back the following day, and the person was clueless, couldn't find my speaker, and took my number to call me back. I never received a phone call. I called again a week or two later. The guy again told me that I needed to speak to 'Josh' who was not available. I told him that I've already not been called back. After about 2 minutes of looking he found my speaker and that it was done, but could not tell me the price of repair and that they would call me back. I never received a call back. I decided to drive in and just pick it up at this point. They grabbed my speaker and the price was less than expected. That's cool. Okay, so I got it home and hooked it up. There's still voice coil rub with the new cone. The speaker was obviously not re-coned correctly and the new voice coil is rubbing. Apparently they don't check their work. I should have just sent my boat anchor of a speaker into EV for repair, since I will now have to do that anyway. This place is an aesthetic dump, in a crap part of town, and their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. If management actually reads reviews to drive improvement into their business, which I doubt is the case at this point, here's what I would say: * Technology offers great ways to track open orders, status of completion, and track when customers have been followed-up with on status. Implement a robust tracking system for orders, and USE it. Be on-top of customer order status and proactively reach out when you are finished with their product. * Figure out a way to be accountable for returning phone calls, and empowering your staff to be able to speak on behalf of the status/price of other people's work. * Re-Train your staff on how to re-cone a speaker. * Check your work when it is complete. * Your hours are inconvenient. Be open for some time outside of M-F business hours.
