We found Raleigh Headliners in Garner and decided to make the 2 hr drive and give them a shot. Best decision we could have ever made. The new headliner looks like it rolled off the factory in 2006. It is FLAWLESS. The price was very reasonable and the guy was very nice. He told us it would be around 4 hours so we went to Raleigh and loafered. He called us 1.5 hrs later and said he was done. Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. The appointment was set for a week later and estimated to take 4 hours. We dropped the car off on Friday morning, and they called 4.5 hours later saying it was ready. When we arrived at 2 PM, it wasn't. The unit turned off with the ignition. After another 3-hour wait, they fixed it by correcting the fuse connection. However, the lens was installed upside down, showing the unit wasn't quality checked. By 4 PM, I took the car with the condition of testing it. An hour later, I called back--the rear camera's view was obstructed by defroster and antenna lines, and the side views only showed the cab. They agreed to move the rear camera outside, but this caused another problem: the gridlines during reverse were a foot off, making parking inaccurate. In the end, I was left with a unit that didn't cover blind spots or back up properly. The $600 dashcam wasn't suitable for my car and shouldn't have been recommended. It seemed they only offered this unit without considering its compatibility with my vehicle. I was told if I wanted those features, I needed to pay for the $1300 version. Their next appt. to remove the device was made 2 weeks out. At that time they refunded the mirror, but not the $400 labor. I cannot in good faith recommend their expertise regarding the products they sell, the labor quality or the salesman tactics of this establishment. Their level of professionalism only lies within their current structure - anything outside the box just "costs more".

This had nothing to do with the new screen so it would have been fair if the team at Auto Acoustics had said that they weren't experts in phones and recommended my parents go home and do some research and call if my mom couldn't solve it herself. Instead they continued working with my parents, doing some online research themselves, and patiently and politely making good suggestions and listening carefully (I was on the phone so I could hear the interaction) until they got everything working and they made sure my mom understood how to use the new setup. I am grateful for their help since I live in another state and can't be there in person to work with my parents. From the other reviews here these folks provide excellent customer service and that extends to working with older folks too.

When…read moreI talked them originally about the car they said yes we'd love to work on it they were all excited and it made sense being the car was already there. They even said it would probably be ready after a couple weeks. Actually said this twice. Fast forward about 4/5 weeks went by I still hadn't heard anything after being told it would be ready 2 weeks prior. I had another vehicle so I wasn't rushing plus I rather it be done right. So I call and they say oh we ran into issues with alignment so it may be the following week I told them that was fine because I was going to be out of town anyway. So they call and say hey your vehicle is ready come pick it up. So I immediately check the connections and they look loose but I didn't mention it until a little later in the day I notice I big gap where my bumper and headlight meet. So I call and their like yeah we did have some issues with connecting bumper and for me to reach out to insurance company because they paid for aftermarket parts basically placing some of the blame on them. They said they would submit pictures to the insurance company to see if they would fix it. They insurance company even said if they take the bumper off and return it then they can submit another order for a OME bumper or a better fit bumper. I waited and called back about a couple weeks later and they tell me they haven't heard anything and " I should poke the bear" My issue is the insurance company did their job. They paid YOU to order the parts and complete the repair. It's YOUR job to know what fits and what doesn't. I nor the repair company is responsible knowing any of that and to tell me it's my job to run down the insurance company is insane. They gave you a solution by saying send the bumper back and they didn't even do that! The right thing to do would be to call me and give me the option to either keep it as is for a discount on the deductible at least or wait extra time while they try to get a better one but no they just handed it back hoping I wouldn't say anything so now I have to spend more money and time getting it repaired CORRECTLY or deal with a bumper that's going to get worse as time goes on. This is the reason people don't trust businesses now. Thank you Love & Co. for absolutely nothing.
