A Hidden Gem in South Garland!…read more Morning Dew Massage & Wellness shines with excellence! When you walk in you're greeted with a warm smile and welcomed into a bright, inviting space that immediately puts you at ease. My massage therapist, Jose, was exceptional. After shoulder surgery and completing physical therapy, I still had lingering discomfort. Jose quickly identified the areas needing attention. I began with deep tissue massages twice a week, gradually moving to weekly sessions as my pain subsided. The pain is gone but I am continuing with monthly deep tissuemassages for overall wellbeing. Of note: I appreciated Jose taking time following each massage to pinpoint areas of treatment on an anatomical chart and answering all of my questions. In the welcoming area after the massage I was offered cold water or hot tea. My favorite was hibiscus tea with honey served in a dainty cup and saucer--a little zen time before stepping out into the 'real' world! Morning Dew is a stellar experience from start to finish. I'm so proud that South Garland hosts this little jewel. Highly recommend!

I've had both the char massage and Faulk body and have been very pleased with both. Lesson learned, always have cash on hand, just in case!

Unfortunately, it seems as if management and/or techs have changed. I returned to Relaxation Station Firewheel for the first time after the shutdown in 2020. As I waited for my chair massage, a male and female tech were clearly arguing loudly with each other. The male tech ended up doing my chair massage and right away, he was extremely heavy-handed. I stopped him and told him, and he was much lighter for a few minutes. I had to stop him again towards the end of my massage because he put his elbow into my spine, causing pain. He clearly does not know what he's doing at all. When I paid, he asked for a tip. I told him no, and that he hurt me. I always believe in tipping 20% or more for good service, but this was far from that. Sadly, I probably will never return.

I usually go every other week and for them to treat me like this is unacceptable. Two weeks ago I came having a male giving me a massage for first time was weird, but I will give him good reviews because 1.5 hrs was worth it and I tipped him $25 n $95 for massage. Moreover, Carrie who did my massage recently keep complaining about her job being hard and said tip needs to be good. Lady, I'm here to relax not to hear you complain. She was arguing with me in the end that $25 dollar tip for 1.5 hr is not enough. Mind you she cut me short for my time also and demanding more tip I don't think so. On top of that I will take my business elsewhere. I told her other massage charge more but they gave me better service also and appreciate every penny they get as their tip. That was my last time there and I will never return.

I said $60 for the massage & $10 for tip. Lady said $10 is not enough.I replied how much is enough!? She was demanding $20 dollar tip cause she said it was hard doing massage for one hour.So I said ok,then I'll pick a different masseur next time/someone who's not tired as you, maybe she is okay with $10 as tip. Literally I was blown away when she demanded more tip.I didn't have to do it.But I did anyway. This is not cool.Demanding Tip shouldn't be a requirement for a full satisfactory experience.
