I told her I had hip, IT band, lower back and left shoulder issues- yes Army vet and mom to a toddler so I'm pretty banged up lol! You can tell she read my body to offer the most thoughtful session I've been afforded! She used several techniques such as stretches (ladies may want to shave their lady parts for that one-ha!), cupping, and deep tissue massaging to remove knots and release what felt like years of tension!
