I have been tanning at the Willow Glen salon for years now and have always enjoyed the entire friendly staff! And the last couple of years Layla has been incredible. Then about a month ago it dawned on me she has been gone for a few weeks, so I asked Ariana about Layla, and as I suspected she has moved on. But Ariana is also incredible! 5 STARS FROM ME! read more

We have been with the company Australian Tan for 14 years. The employees are knowledgeable and nice. But these days we would like to emphasize the work of Cynthia at Campbell location. No matter how long the line is (sometimes up to 11 people), she works SO fast and always finds the way to meet everyone's needs. We are amazed how patiently she answers all the questions and how carefully she listens to our requests, even the small ones. Australian Tan, thank you for having so wonderful employees and making your clients feel welcomed and happy. read more

i wanted to update and reiterate my review of this tanning salon. the young women that work there, Jazmine, Kayla, Heather and I know I'm forgetting a couple, but they are so kind. Always on time with a sweet, genuine greeting. The rooms are always in tip-top shape, clean and ready to go. I highly recommend this Australian location!!! read more

The best thing about Australian Tan Campbell is Ally! She is the salon director and truly always welcomes me with warmth and genuine kindness. I love this location because it's super clean and efficient with getting clients in and out. If you're looking for the best customer service and tan, you've found it here! read more

Australian Tan - Super Nova, super dark and my new favorite tanning lotion! - Spray Tanning Near Me - Campbell, California

I really like this salon and the girls behind the counter are always SO sweet but I was caught off guard and disappointed by my most recent visit. A male, that I have never seen before, was working the counter and he was not only rude but pretty abrasive and for reasons I don't understand, argumentative. It was enough to considering going to the BH location instead next time. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable because the customer service rep may be having a bad day or perhaps dislikes their job. Regardless of what the reasoning, in my personal opinion, it was pretty unacceptable. I am actually incredibly surprised that this person would be the face of your company to begin with. All the girls who work behind the counter are so pleasant and kind and sweet. I don't know how he fits in with this at all. read more

Noelle is amazing! He's very knowledgeable when it comes to products and tan time. He has helped me multiple times by explaining the tanning lotion and it's benefits to me. He isn't pushy at all and he is really nice too! Love to see him when I come in. Thanks for always giving the customers a smile and brightening their day. read more

Truly a terrible experience every time I come. If the machines are even working (often they are not) they are not stocked with any thing you need- blending lotion for spray tan, towels, hair nets etc. if there was any other option I would be there. So bad read more

I love my Campbell Australian Tan! I was closer to the LG location when I used my Waze app but when I got there I saw it had shut down! Bummer. So I drove to my usual spot Campbell and they are just the best! Super helpful, knowledgeable and just nice ladies! read more

So, I usually go and get a little color before going on vacation so I don't immediately burst into flames when I hit the beach. I have been to Australian Tan in the past and found it to be clean and the employees very nice. This time was no different. Amelia was GREAT! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was working alone today and it was REALLY busy. She handled herself so well and when helping one customer, made sure everyone else knew she would be with them as soon as possible. She was hustling! I can't speak for any of the other locations but I highly recommend this one. read more

The manager (not sure if her name) is excellent here, but a lot of the other staff are very immature and unable to respond to simple suggestions and requests. This location has one Level 5 bed that is in high demand; there are about 10 low level beds that seem to be rarely used - if at all. How about bringing in another Level 5 so that your monthly customers paying a premium, actually get to use the premium services? The Australia Tan in Los Gatos was so much better! Better staff all around and the salon was much cleaner. If you want to pay money for a membership, but rarely get to use the better beds, then this place is for you. read more

The Campbell location is a regular disappointment. In the past, I wasted a lot of money by buying the 5-pack of spray tans, but only getting to use one, and then being told the rest had expired. Now there's no Sunday hours, and Saturday hours are actually shorter than advertised. I checked in today at 5:40pm when it closed at 6:00pm and she wouldn't let me spray tan. The room was available, but someone else was in a tanning bed who would be going to the spray booth when they were done, and they were "ahead of me". I debated with her for a bit before realizing she was seriously turning me away well before closing, so I gave up and drove home, even getting home before closing time. read more

Clean, updated light therapy beds! I can hardly keep up with the new systems they have in place! + They have some new staff in place which have been extraordinarily courteous and considerate!! Amelia especially is super friendly and amazing at juggling when it gets super busy, which is almost every time I'm swinging by. read more

This is such a scam. It was super easy to sign up for a membership in person yet I've been trying to cancel my membership for months. They keep asking me to complete a form online which I have completed 3 times. I even have screenshots. I still get charged every month and when I contact them I'm told they don't see my cancellation in the system. read more

Absolutely Wonderful Salon I am new to this salon as if last week , my hometown one in Sunnyvale is closed . This one took me by Complete surprise how beautiful it is how clean how such a different feel is there I felt like it was probably even a different line or a privately owned tanning salon. I lost my Post-it note with the correct spelling Of the wonderful managers name " Angellette " however I will be visiting in here again to get her correct spelling but she was wonderful it taken care of unfreezing my account and just great overall experience at the salon I will be coming back I'm thinking I may even come here or even if my Sunnyvale one opens it's a lovely oasis for me to get away to ! Immature staff, rude and clueless to say the least. Worst time management, customer care is at 0, math skills are also at zero not just one of young girls at the check it but most of them. Quoted one price but charged me more. Months later still nobody can fix the errors. When checking in I'm asked to wait OUTSIDE when there's nobody or very few people in the lobby, even while wearing a mask and with cert of vaccination... yes has no words to explain why I'm asked to wait outside? Wow I went in last minute a few days before my event and was BLOWN away by the service!!! It felt like heaven on earth! I wish I could remember the name of the amazing person who helped me but I forgot! There was another co worker there that was an absolute angel also. He made me feel so comfortable picked out the perfect color for my skin, after he was done explaining everything I wanted to buy every primer lotion bottle he was that good lol. I felt like I was UNDERpaying. I even asked for a tip jar they were that good! Thank you for the amazing service and the most beautiful spray tan. Also side note spray tans may not being a need for me weekly but the membership includes other skin services that would be so worth the monthly bill. Just wow! Highly recommend this place! The Catalina spray color was amazing! Thanks again read more

I have been going to Australian tan for the last two years at various locations. And never had a bad experience. The girls are always wonderful and there to help with whatever you request. Thank you beautiful angel. You are very much appreciated. read more

OK, so my once rave review of this place needs to be edited- in a MAJOR way. So I've been going here for quite some time and haven't had much of an issue. But the longer I've been a member, and the more popular this place has become, the more issues I've noticed. 1. When I initially agreed to sign up for the $20 per month unlimited deal they never told me it would continue to be charged to my account. I never authorized that but I let that "oversight" of the sales girl slide. I'm sure she thought she was doing the company a favor by not mentioning that part- I was not amused come bank statement time. 2. I won't even go to the Campbell location anymore because the once pleasant and somewhat helpful staff has been replaced by hair-twirling, useless doorknobs. 3. They've become too lazy to dry their eyewear off at BOTH locations and the cleaning solution will leak into your eyes unless you towel them off first! Hello safety issue! 4. Can the managers please teach the staff to answer the phone???!! I guess not- one special employee informed me that "we're just, like, too busy to do that." WOW. 5. When you get as fed up as I am get ready to cancel via Certified Mail! Yep, plan on forking over a few bucks just to tell them you don't want to give them money anymore. And make sure you get that taken care of two weeks before you plan on cancelling. What really ticked me off about this was that I wasn't even informed I was signing up for an ongoing service to begin with (I complained about this) and THEN, when I wanted to opt out- SURPRISE, they've changed their policy to this certified mail bs without notfiying me.... Not a good way to do business. But I guess that's what you get when you have a bunch of teenagers running the place? read more

I like Australian Tan...their customer service has always been really good. The beds are very high quality and give a great tan. So I'm not complaining on that. What I AM complaining about is that fact that every time I go there and I have to use their bathroom...it's a mess. I think the toilet has permanant shit splatter on it! It makes me wonder how clean the beds are if they can't even keep their bathroom clean??? The floor in my room today wasn't the cleanest either. I'm not sure if these girls they have working there realize the importance of a clean environment or not? Apparently...not. I have also used their spray tanning booth and really disliked the way it turned out. They have great beds...but let's just hope they clean them better than they clean the toilet. read more

I'm compelled to write this because I've been an Ambassador member for over 2 yrs now. A girl needs her VIT D! Ive visited this location 3 times, and EVERY time there is some issue. The spray tan booth is broken this time. Last time one of the employees put 2 of her friends in the bed I had been waiting for with no apology or even the decency to feel bad. She said "they called ahead" BS. Another time I was shown to a bed with broken fixtures and buttons. The problem may lie in the fact that at this location the employees are all 16 and seem to be very ill equipped for anything more than clicking a couple of buttons on the computer. How dare I expect more from a business that deals in SKIN. The largest organ in the human body??!!! read more

Australian Tan - Although NOT today. SPRAY TAN BOOTH IS BROKEN! ...AGAIN - Spray Tanning Near Me - Campbell, California

Very clean and affordable tanning salon. I've had my membership with them for a couple months now and I don't regret it one bit. They do lock you into a contract if you want the best bang for your buck, but it's totally worth it; especially during those long winter months. So far they have great customer service and whenever I need help there is always someone around to answer my questions. If you're new here make sure you get all the details on the membership plans and ask if any special offers are going on. Sometimes they do seasonal promotions and such so it never hurts to ask. read more

My first time getting a spray tan last week. I've been back a second time. I really like the machine they use. The customer service at this particular Australian Tan is amazing. On both of my visits the same 2 girls have been at the front desk. They are both friendly and helpful. For my first visit one of them spent at least 5 minutes giving me step by step instructions on how to use the tanning machine. Very friendly and welcoming. read more

I was a member for approximately a year and have been to other locations. (Bernal road, Blossom hill) The staff are always friendly and accommodating and I never had a bad experience in any salons. The beds are always clean and they always have promotions going on. I believe that the membership is worth the price and that Australian Tan offers the best prices. However, I gave two stars because cancelling your membership is a nightmare. You can't cancel in any stores. You have to mail it to the Head quarter's office and you have until the first 2 weeks of the month otherwise they will charge you. What a major hassle. Also, there was so many times that they charged my account $20 extra because my account "didn't go through" the first time they ran it and they have a policy that if your card doesn't go through the first time, they will charge $20 extra which is frustrating. To avoid this, I suggest you go to the salon and pre pay. To make the story short: Great salon with great staff but cancelling your membership and the whole "charge $20 extra if your card doesn't go through the first time" policy is a NIGHTMARE. read more

First of all customer service was very good. The people were very friendly and helpful. Over all the place is really nice and for a regular tanning beds it looks great. I went for the spray tan. In the past I always went to Magic tan but this time their bed was broken so I needed something quick. They refered me to Australian Tan. They said this was better than Mystic tan. I have to disagree =( Its a little different. I noticed it wasnt very even, my right side looked great, the left arm was spotty and uneven. My face got super dark really fast i had to take a baby wipe and take some of it off, once i did that it looked good. Over all it worked ok, maybe i need a tip on how to make it more even. Maybe i needed to stand a little more inward? Not sure. The price was $28, which is less expensive than Mystic tan. I may give it another shot before I make my fina; consensus. read more

I have been a customer here for 4 years. The salon is always clean and customer service is fantastic! Sam, Alli, Brittany, etc, etc, they are all so friendly. They never look annoyed and NEVER rush me to get in and out. I even stop by to say hello when not tanning since they make me feel like one of the girls. I have the most fantastic tan thanks to Sam's tanning tips!! This salon is nowhere near my neighborhood, and even though there is another Australian Tan nearby I drive to the Campbell salon because of all the above. I have not found that kind of experience at any other salon. Thank you girls! read more

If I could give more stars I would. This location has the friendliest staff. Ally and Amelia are very kind and very helpful when selecting a product.
