Went to get a spray tan. It took me 25 minutes to answer questions the girl was asking me before I could even use the spray machine. Every question has she asked me how to do with tanning beds. And then she proceeded to ask me medical questions in regards to medication I was taking. This again has nothing to do with a spray tan. She was a nice girl yet... Kind of clueless. I've been asked how much is the spray tan... She said $50. I used to come here about a year ago and it was 30. Outrageous. Then I go into the room and it's filthy. I stepped onto the mat and it's wet, they give you one towel, and a waist basket was overfilling with dirty hair cover covers.. I will not return. read more

I was charged $184 two months after canceling my membership. After canceling, I visited the salon in person and confirmed with both staff and a manager that my membership had been canceled. I was even asked if I wanted to renew, and I specifically said no. Now, months later, I was suddenly told I still had an active membership and was charged anyway. I never signed anything, never authorized my membership to be reinstated, and never gave permission for additional charges. Be very careful giving this business your credit card information!! read more

I had another great experience at Australian Tan and want to give a special shoutout to Sashan and Kerensa. They are both wonderful at their jobs--very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tanning creams and choosing the right products for your skin. The atmosphere is always great, the environment is clean, and the beds are excellent. Room One is my favorite--I got a really nice, even tan from it. I highly recommend Australian Tan to anyone looking for a clean, professional tanning salon with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Five stars all the way! If you want it shorter, more casual, or more enthusiastic, I can tweak it exactly to your style. read more

I've been to many Australian tans and I have to say this one exceeds all the other locations . Ashley and Joel are the ones normally the ones there when I come in and they provide excellent guest services with a smile . The salon is always clean unlike some locations and the vibe is great! I usually use the high level beds which is my favorite service they offer . They also have a sauna and red light and spray tanning . I definitely will stay here as long as I'm residing in Almaden valley . read more

Kerensa And Sash are the best. Very knowledgeable. About the products and the different beds!

Update it was great the 1st time I had to come to this location but been back a few times since and def will be making the drive to another location. The push product like crazy and then today I finally today decide I would take the recommendation and use the red light and then I'm asked what type of lotion I used when I told them I was told I can't go in the red light after tanning! Ummm so since your constantly pushing every thing you should also share requirements read more

Australian tan is great! Everyone that works there is very pleasant and always helpful!

I'm past due for this review but I actually started coming to this location a couple of years ago instead of the WG location and even though it's more of a drive it's worth it when professional workers like Bryce and Cali are working, I hope I spelled their names correctly. They are so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customers. They make you feel very welcome and always make sure your tanning visit is a content and peaceful experience. If you're like me and tan more at night due to busy mornings and afternoons, make sure these two help you out! They're the best! read more

Great Customer Service! Thank you, Australian Tan and specifically Haley who was so patient and thorough while assisting me with signing up! There were so many choices and Haley was super helpful and clear in directing me for a plan that worked for me! Once I decided on a plan, she took great care in showing me how to use the machines. There are a lot of buttons which is overwhelming, but ultimately her directions gave me confidence! I appreciate Haley and Australian Tan for making my tan experience a great one! read more

Very nice and friendly the place is very clean been going there for 5 years I really enjoy it read more

I have had a membership here for years. They closed the Almaden location which forces us to use other sites. The Blossom location is ridiculous. The bed bulbs are weak. ALWAYS "broken " .... Being replaced. But when. I'm disappointed in this company because they USED TO BE THE BEST. There's only one level five bed available for use in the whole facility! Level threes - only two working beds. Ridiculous! read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. Highly recommend this location.

I have been going to Australian tan for several years. They have been through a couple of managers. Noel is the far best with customer service, cleanliness, etc Thank you, Sanna read more

In addition to the friendly staff, the beds are always clean and the bulbs work well.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Came by 5 days before an event to consult about a spray tan to blur some tan lines in a strapless dress. Spoke to M at the Willow Glen location and she was super helpful. Advised that it may be better to go to the Morgan Hill location Thursday where they can do the airbrush. Took a long lunch Thursday, showered and got to the Morgan Hill location only to be told that their airbrush machine is not working as of this morning. Suggested I head to the Blossom Hill location as they have the color I need (Monterey) and to ask for a level 3. Ok, so I head to the Blossom Hill location and they advise that I should probably start with a level 2 to start to make sure it isn't too dark. If I need to come back tomorrow for a level 1 coat, they would make a note in my account. I thought I heard "at no charge" but was later told by another staff member that was not the case. Anyhow, first time in the machine, the product stops dispensing almost immediately and just blows air up and down on all passes. Get dressed, go back out and tell M and she fixes the machine (again, very nice). Go back in for the second try and all seems fine. We discuss once again that if I am not happy, to come back tomorrow for a quick level 1 and a note would be in my account. So, I go back today as the tan lines are very visable and the staff confirm there was a note in my account to possibly come back but it would be an additional $38 for an additional service. We are now at almost $80 and a tank of gas to and from Morgan Hill (for nothing). Staff member told me there was no way to do the spray without charging me again. I was talked out of doing the level 3 yesterday which led to this money grab. I will be going elsewhere to fix this mess. Will update my post when I find a better place. read more

I started a membership with Australian tan some months back. I tanned 2-3 times, but the facility was not kept up and unclean, fans blowing on you while you are in the bad, were full of gunk and dust. I talked to them about it a couple times, but it was never remediated. So I asked how to cancel my membership and did. Months later I notice a LARGE "Facility" charge charged to my account. I called and explained I had cancelled my membership and wanted those charges refunded. Today they refused. I went to cancel the membership again. and told them I would like to facility fee refunded for lack of cleanliness and they refused. Again, I have never set foot back in the facility and cancelled and they are refusing to refund that Fee. If you facility had been clean in the first place, we would not be here now. And yet you still refuse to refund. read more

I rarely write a review, however today there was a tanning professional (Kaitlyn) who educated me on some of the products they offer. She really knew her stuff and was able to differentiate between the various lotions and how they work. I will be buying something on my next visit. read more

I had the best experience ever at this tanning salon because of one of their workers Kaitlyn! She was so friendly when I walked into the salon and was so accommodating seeing if I needed anything at all like lotions or extra towels. She answered all of the questions I had and took the time to explain the best beds and types of tanning for my skin. I could not have asked for a better experience and I would 100% recommend coming to this location because of her! read more
