I've been using Australia's Tan on and off for over 10 years. I used to go to the Willow Glen location, and now that it's closed, the Blossom Hill location has become my go-to. I reactivated my membership and signed up again with Kerensa, and she's always calm, kind, and welcoming. You can tell she cares, even on busy days. Sometimes I feel bad because there are a lot of customers waiting, the staff is short, or a machine may be down--which can be frustrating, especially when you're signed up for a full package. Went to get a spray tan. It took me 25 minutes to answer questions the girl was asking me before I could even use the spray machine. Every question has she asked me how to do with tanning beds. And then she proceeded to ask me medical questions in regards to medication I was taking. This again has nothing to do with a spray tan. She was a nice girl yet... Kind of clueless. I've been asked how much is the spray tan... She said $50. I used to come here about a year ago and it was 30. Outrageous. Then I go into the room and it's filthy. Ashley and Joel are the ones normally the ones there when I come in and they provide excellent guest services with a smile . The salon is always clean unlike some locations and the vibe is great! I'm past due for this review but I actually started coming to this location a couple of years ago instead of the WG location and even though it's more of a drive it's worth it when professional workers like Bryce and Cali are working, I hope I spelled their names correctly. They are so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customers. I have had a membership here for years. They closed the Almaden location which forces us to use other sites. The Blossom location is ridiculous. The bed bulbs are weak. ALWAYS "broken " .... Being replaced. But when. I'm disappointed in this company because they USED TO BE THE BEST. There's only one level five bed available for use in the whole facility! Save your money and go elsewhere. Came by 5 days before an event to consult about a spray tan to blur some tan lines in a strapless dress. Spoke to M at the Willow Glen location and she was super helpful. Advised that it may be better to go to the Morgan Hill location Thursday where they can do the airbrush. Took a long lunch Thursday, showered and got to the Morgan Hill location only to be told that their airbrush machine is not working as of this morning. Suggested I head to the Blossom Hill location as they have the color I need (Monterey) and to ask for a level 3. Ok, so I head to the Blossom Hill location and they advise that I should probably start with a level 2 to start to make sure it isn't too dark. If I need to come back tomorrow for a level 1 coat, they would make a note in my account. I thought I heard "at no charge" but was later told by another staff member that was not the case. Anyhow, first time in the machine, the product stops dispensing almost immediately and just blows air up and down on all passes. Get dressed, go back out and tell M and she fixes the machine (again, very nice). Go back in for the second try and all seems fine. We discuss once again that if I am not happy, to come back tomorrow for a quick level 1 and a note would be in my account. So, I go back today as the tan lines are very visable and the staff confirm there was a note in my account to possibly come back but it would be an additional $38 for an additional service. We are now at almost $80 and a tank of gas to and from Morgan Hill (for nothing). Staff member told me there was no way to do the spray without charging me again. I was talked out of doing the level 3 yesterday which led to this money grab. I will be going elsewhere to fix this mess. Will update my post when I find a better place. read more

I started a membership with Australian tan some months back. I tanned 2-3 times, but the facility was not kept up and unclean, fans blowing on you while you are in the bad, were full of gunk and dust. I talked to them about it a couple times, but it was never remediated. So I asked how to cancel my membership and did. Months later I notice a LARGE "Facility" charge charged to my account. I called and explained I had cancelled my membership and wanted those charges refunded. Today they refused. I went to cancel the membership again. and told them I would like to facility fee refunded for lack of cleanliness and they refused. Again, I have never set foot back in the facility and cancelled and they are refusing to refund that Fee. If you facility had been clean in the first place, we would not be here now. And yet you still refuse to refund. read more
