The owner spoke to me in a rude and aggressive tone over a simple issue that could have been resolved professionally. Her claim she has given "many free things," is unfounded. She once changed my dog's food without my approval, then charged me for it, that wasn't free, and then left a voicemail calling my dog by the wrong name. How can she claim to know my dog's history if she doesn't even know her name? My suggestions get your story straight before calling. Unfortunately, I've heard similar complaints in the community and they have moved their business elsewhere due to her, the owner, Wendee, disrespectful behavior, which seems to be a pattern. In my opinion, there are other companies that provide better service, more flexible pick-up and drop-off times, and a kinder approach. I can now book flights that fit my budget and choose a care provider that values me and my pet. It's clear there are more affordable and reliable options out there for your best friends, and I'm relieved to no longer deal with the unprofessionalism at A to Z Dog Ranch. Happy trails!

He arrived on the time we scheduled, heard the issue i had with my dryer and then he proceeded to do a thorough inspection and analysis for the issue i had - my 11 year old LG dryer didn't heat well, i had just had the vent cleaned about a week prior, and clothes took forever to dry. Roman explained what was the issue- the heating element/fuze went bad and had to be replaced. I was given a price that i thought was fair and gave Roman the green light to go ahead and solve the problem. Roman was professional and quick and so far so good. Clothes are drying in the frame it should and i don't have to run multiple cycles for one load. I will definitely call ASAP appliance repair again for any issue with any of my appliances. 5 star service , price and professionalism!

I actually did not appreciate their high quality until I used a couple of other vendors for various projects. Yes, they ARE more expensive (hence 4 out of 5 stars). Overall, though, they are the kind of people you can trust, which means a lot to me.

First, I really appreciate the rotating play and rest schedule that Taurus/Bark & Zoom uses, which differs from other facilities in the area. It's been a fantastic fit for Jet, especially when he was younger and would be tired but had a bit of FOMO when other dogs were playing and wouldn't know when to rest. At other facilities without this structure, he'd end up overtired and overstimulated from hours of endless play with 25 other dogs and poor trainer/dog ratios leaving minimal staff supervision. Bark & Zoom's approach (focus on temperament and smaller groups) has been a much better fit and Jet has thrived in this environment comparatively. The staff here has always been wonderful and so loving toward Jet as well. Years ago, there was a team gathering at Yardbar where Jet ran right up to the staff, thrilled to see them, and they immediately recognized and showered him with affection. Interactions like this validate the level of positive care he receives across several services including board-and-train, daycare, or boarding. Aside from great care, the convenience of their 24-hour model right by the airport is seriously unbeatable. As someone in the aviation industry, the flexibility to drop off and pick up at unconventional hours has been a lifesaver. I'm so grateful to Bark & Zoom for accommodating my unpredictable schedule time and time again throughout all of these years. This past year has been challenging as Jet battles lymphoma. He's experienced multiple remissions and relapses, and as he slows down and needs more care, the staff has been wonderfully supportive, bringing comfort to me on days when I can't be with him. I asked another painter to give me an estimate on painting my white doors to match the painting that A-Z Home Maintenance just did. When the new painter came over, he explained to me that all of the trim, baseboard and crown molding throughout the house was painted incorrectly. The painters from A-Z Home Maintenance painted over all of the oil-based paint on our trim, baseboard and crown molding with latex paint and they did not properly prepare those surfaces beforehand. They did not use a primer before painting over the oil-based paint with latex paint. The new painter said all of the trim, baseboard and crown molding throughout the entire house needed to be stripped. - I never got my final walkthrough with Cory or Francisco. - I never got touch-up paint for the ceilings, even though I asked repeatedly in writing before, during and after the work was done. - They missed a drywall crack in the ceiling that they were supposed to fix. I noticed and pointed this out to Francisco in person while I paid him (my mistake for paying him anyway). He said he would come back and fix it, but he was in the wind once he had my money. - They broke the light fixture above the toilet in the master bathroom. Didn't reimburse me and didn't fix it. - They spilled a 5-gallon bucket of paint down the entire length of our driveway. - A-Z Home Maintenance was over twice as expensive as the first estimate we got from one of their competitors. I will never use or recommend A-Z Home Maintenance again.
