This week my wife and I decided to get our trees trimmed. We looked into several quotes however Austin Tree Surgeon had the best offer. The company was prompt and I scheduled the trees to get trimmed the following day. They had a specialist come out in the morning to mark the branches that needed to be cut and then about an hour later a crew of men showed up and went to work. Both of my trees look beautiful. The men that cut the trees properly cleaned all the equipment and sprayed sealer on all branches that were cut. Everyone was very nice and the company provided excellent customer service. Austin Tree Surgeons sent master arborist, Brian, out to evaluate two trees in my front yard which I had never had trimmed. He e-mailed me the estimate while he was still on the property and I was able to get on their schedule within a few days. We have been clearing cedar behind our property and it left us with rows of stacked branches. We called several tree services to haul it off but none were interested since they didn't do the cutting. When I suggested something perhaps we could have them do, she informed us of how they could but it would not be in the interest of the tree as it grew.
