First thing, they showed up very late in the day. Second thing, when they got here with the gutters, they realized they left the hardware to attach the gutters somewhere. They had to then leave the gutters in our back yard (on our grass) until the next day when they could come back with hardware. Fast forward to the next evening, we get a call saying they can't make it and will be by at 7am the next day (Saturday) to put them up. We told them that wouldn't work for us. So a man and a woman show up to hang the gutters around 6pm Friday. The man asks my fiancé for a beer. He did not give him one, nor did he laugh about the "joke".. the guy asked him for a beer a second time when he went outside to make sure they didn't need anything. They got the gutters done and left behind 11 huge screws in our yard. When confronted, my landlord mentioned he left "nails" in the yard. He responded saying "we didn't use any nails". MF you know she meant screws and you know you left many in our yard. Which is probably why you didn't have any for our gutters on the day you brought them over. You probably left them in someone else's yard and denied it. All in all, there are a lot of gutter companies and you should pick any one of them aside from this one. read more

Left work early to meet the estimate dude, who said he had done 25 estimates that day. Later spoke to Anthony, who was cheerful and available, but said we had to order the rain barrels--either through him or on our own. We went out of town, came back, ordered the rain barrels, and then attempted to contact Anthony again. I texted, emailed, called twice, all over a 7-day period and did not hear back. Finally, I did hear back from him. He sent someone over immediately and they did an excellent job. Very fast and they knew what they were doing. Anthony has a new phone now, and so all communication issues should be fixed in the future. The prices were very reasonable. No job too small. read more

Cannot recommend this company. They came to my home for an estimate to repair gutter. It felt very rushed and high pressure. I had to sign the estimate as if I were buying a car. It seemed high priced but I assumed they knew what they were doing. When they came for the repair they changed the work order to something completely different. The cost became much higher. The work was not completed that day as they lacked parts. They had to come back again. When I got the bill from the installer I was a bit shocked. There was work included that was not even done. After back and forth with someone on the phone that part was corrected. In the meantime I felt a charge based on length of gutter to install a screen seemed excessive. I had them pull out a measuring tape and it turns out they significantly overcharged me. Another adjustment to the bill. After they left I discovered that they had unearthed a water supply line for my mister fans to use the hose for water to check the gutter and made no attempt to even reconnect it, replace it or put it back under ground. Now that I have been home to see the rain, the gutter works exactly the same as before they "repaired" it. They will not reply to my inquiries to repair it. read more

These guys did a great job. Anthony was quick and clear with his assessment of my broken gutter. He gave the a primary solution that was low cost and a secondary solution that was only slightly more expensive. The service tech that did the work gave a solid effort at the first solution and then ended up adding a downspout to my system that raised the cost slightly. Well, this week is a week of many firsts. First, I never would anticipate that I would be excited about getting gutters put on my house. Second, I would never guess that they would actually make our house look better, thanks to Central Texas Seamless Gutters, than it did pre-gutter. I was worried it would detract actually. We live in a cute little bungalow. Third, I chalked up finding a gutter company that would be professional, on time, clean, AND affordable as a long shot. Everyone from Anthony to Adam+ to the actual installers (sorry I didn't get their names) this is a company that knows what they are doing! These guys installed a gutter on a rental house on the street where I live. Not only was the gutter they installed badly bent to the point that it will not properly drain water, but they then parked their trailer at the end of our dead end block and left it there for 5 days. Just as I was calling the city to report it they came to pick it up. I figured that was the end of it, but when I came home from work that night I noticed that they had left trash all over the end of the street--including a piece of gutter that had to be 40' long. I knocked on the door of the rental and asked the tenant for the landlord's contact information. He wouldn't give it to me, so I told him that he needed to contact his landlord and tell him to straighten out his contractor. The next morning the guys came a picked up their mess--because they were forced to. Poor, sloppy, inconsiderate business practices. Ignore this review at your own risk. read more

Austin Premier Rain Gutter, welcome to my exclusive and extremely rare 1-Star Club! I try my best to limit the membership but you have fully earned it! Anthony literally DID NOT want my business and spoke as if he's doing me a favor by taking on my business. What a joke! Obvious, I did not end up hiring him. If his communication is any indicator of his gutter job... oh gosh. Contractor scheduling shouldn't be complicated, at least from my experience. Here's our price. We can come on this day between X and Y o'clock and the job would roughly take Z hours to complete, give or take. Sure, sounds good! See you then! Am I been optimistic here? Or have I just been lucky with the other contractors I've been hiring in my life? Who knows. Strange guy, Anthony. Our conversation (all in text) started normally. He provided a quote, I agreed, and we scheduled a date and time for the job. Then the day BEFORE the scheduled day, he asked if he could reschedule to that very day (in a few hours), on short notice. Trying to be accommodating, I said I could rearrange my work schedule and come home early at 4 to open the gate for him. That's when he went all crazy. He started explaining things like (1) his business strategy, (2) his scheduling algorithm, (3) how hot it is in the afternoon, (4) how bad I35 traffic can be, and (5) how their official business hour ends at 5pm. I mean... what? Lol. Why do I need to know these stuff?? As a customer, all I care about is a date and a time so that I can give you access to my property. How you schedule your jobs is your business. You want to reschedule on short notice and you accuse me of being "inflexible"? Oh, here's the best part. Instead of trying to reschedule to a later date, he went straight to "I don't think we're a right fit for you" and then ended the conversation with "call me if you care to discuss". I mean I'm LOLing at this point b/c it has been been such a perplexing conversation. Bravo! Great business etiquette! Call you if I care? Are you serious? No thanks. In the end, I went with another local company who completed the same job with better gutter materials for only 75% of Anthony's quote. Yeah, soooo glad I got away from this potential nightmare scenario. I get that some bigger companies are unwilling to take on small jobs. But this is something completely different. Either way, I saved our entire text conversation for anyone who cares. So without further ado, here's a summary of our conversation (full version is too long). See for it yourself. Ant: Here's the quote. We can come next Wednesday. Me: Sounds good. I'll be home to open the gate for you. (Tuesday @ 11am) Ant: Can we come after 3pm today instead, sometimes between 3-5? The job will take about an hour. Me: Umm... that's short notice. Fine, I can be back by 4pm. Does that work? Ant: Ok. (Tuesday @ 1pm) Me: So are you coming at 4? I need a confirmation. Ant: That's the plan and *whole spiel on their scheduling algorithm and that it's hot outside*. I need a 2-hr window for arrival. Me: Sure, no problem. As long as you guys can get it done by 6pm or so, that's fine. Ant: No reputable company would do that. Keep in mind, you're requesting the hottest time of the day. Me: What? O_o I didn't request anything. You said sometimes AFTER 3pm, so I said 4pm. Fine, take as long as you want, even until 8pm is fine. Ant: No. I don't think we're a good fit for you. We're offering you a great product at a great price. I won't burden my installers with being out all day in the sun until 8pm just to make $50. (I'm so confused at this point...) Me: I don't get it. I'm trying to be more flexible by giving you more time. No one is forcing you to stay till 8pm. I'm just giving you more time. Ant: Our business hour ends at 5pm. Scheduling jobs after 5pm doesn't benefit us. Giving us more time only benefits you. *whole spiel on how the I35 traffic sucks*. Most of our clients are flexible and leaves a gate open. (even more confused...) Me: Hey man, I just need to know a date and time. I don't need to know your daily schedule. The gate would have been open for you all day tomorrow since that's our SCHEDULED day. Ant: Call me if you care to discuss. Me: Nah, it's alright. (Tuesday @ 3:30pm) Ant: If you're still interested, my guys can be there in 30 min. It's funny that he still had the audacity to contact me again for my business after totally blowing me off because he couldn't set his schedule right. The best part? The 4pm plan would have worked perfectly! Welp. Stay away! Not recommended! read more

Very disappointed. The reviews for Austin Premier Rain Gutters on Yelp were mixed, but all the gutter firms' were. His quote was certainly not the lowest, but I wanted to use someone local and in our neighborhood. Long story, short: My experience was terrible. The job was bad. Anthony said he'd re-do it and I never heard from him again. The gutter on our front porch dumped water on the walk anytime it rained hard. Anthony looked at it and said I needed a wider, deeper gutter and a deflector to divert water away from the corner. That made sense. Two young guys came out in an unmarked truck and trailer (first omen) to replace the gutter while I was at work. When I got home, the gutter looked good but the deflector was just a piece of gutter material about a foot long, cut and bolted to the corned of the gutter. It looked like it would work, but the $120 he charged for it seemed exorbitant (second omen). We also found pieces of cut gutter material, unused support brackets and other debris in the yard (third omen). Then, a few days later we had some rain. The next day I got up on the roof to install some screens on the new gutter and found about an inch of standing water in the gutter along the front of the porch. Obviously, the slope of the gutter was wrong and water was not running to the downspout. I also noticed the gutter material was much thinner and more flimsy than my original gutter. I called Anthony who sent his guys back out. They re-did the gutter, but seemed to be put out about having to do it. While they were there I got the hose to verify water was running out to the downspout. But when I went up again later to install the screens I found that they had done a terrible job. They drilled about ten screws into the fascia to force the angle of the gutter without any caulking to seal the screws. The lip of the gutter was warped in places so the screens wouldn't clip on and they had removed the mounting brackets at one end leaving no support for about three feet of gutter at the far corner. I called Anthony again. He came out and spent a while looking at it. He never admitted they did a bad job, except that he conceded there should be support at the corner and apologized for them not cleaning up the first time. He said since I was obviously not happy with the job, he'd re-do it and replace the warped gutter. I stressed I wanted to be sure they caulked all the screw holes so my fascia wouldn't rot. It was the week before Thanksgiving, so he said it would be the following week. As I said, I've never heard from Anthony again. read more

Austin Premier Rain Gutters are an honest & trustworthy company. They installed our gutters with the leaf screen covers several years ago. This summer when there was a problem with them draining, the owner came out to check them. I expected him to just clean them out, but he said heavy rains or something (I think it was the rain following the last hurricane) had caused it to sag. He had his whole crew come out and reposition it, and install more supports. They did this work with a good attitude. Warranty work is not something most businesses are happy to do, because it costs them. These guys are a legitimately decent business. read more

Anthony provided excellent service before and after the sale, even personally returning to make some cosmetic repairs to minor dents and scratches following install. My only complaint is really due to my lack of experience and poor planning on my part. I should have thought more and been much more specific in where I wanted down spouts and drains installed. Due to miscalculations, we will likely ask Anthony to return and install new gutters and down spouts in some places for optimal downspout placement around our deck and driveway. read more

Not only was Anthony and his team able to repair the gutters within a week's time, they also completed the repairs while I was at work and did not require payment up front. Not sure whey these guys get good ratings. I called for an estimate and they came out within a couple of days. I recieved my quote which seemed reasonable so I called the number on the quote to set up a date to start. That was 3 weeks ago!! I can't get anyone to return my call and the nobody answers the phone at the office when I call. I finally reached Anthony and he said "sorry, I'll call you tomorrow and schedule you since I do my scheduling on Thursdays", which is pretty stupid when you have a customer that is already a little upset that it is taking too long. Well, a week and a half later, still no call. I can't get anyone there to take my business. I've wasted 3 weeks of my time on this unprofessional company and will never do business with them again. I have done several projects with this company and I can only tell you how impressed I am with their workmanship, punctuality, customer service and pricing. On one project we needed to get the gutters done in an unreasonably short time period. Anthony was able to flip-flop his schedule to accommodate us. Also, on another of our projects we found a leak which appeared to be coming out of the corner of the gutter. I made one call to Antjony and it was resolved. We had several companies give us bids for guttering. The "Big Three" as I'll call them in the Austin area (you know them, they spend a big chunk of (your) money on the big ads) were **significantly** overpriced compared to Central Texas Seamless Gutters. I corresponded with Anthony by email, a virtual handshake deal, they came out the next day, verified measurements, cut and made the gutter (a really cool machine if you're a techno geek), then came back the next morning and installed them in less than 2 hours. FIrst class job, no BS, no "sequence and schedule your job", they just came out and did it, and did it right the first time. I had the flu at the time, no problem, they found out where we wanted the new gutters, and did the job right the first time. Anthony and Orlando were excellent, these are the guys that give Austin businesses a GREAT name. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AT LEAST GET A QUOTE FROM THESE GUYS! I would not recommend Anthony Ruiz for any gutter work. Shortly after installing a gutter along the front of my house I noticed standing water in the gutters. Anthony sent someone out to correct the problem but I continued to have the same problem. When I called again to let him know that the problem had not been corrected he refused to come back out without charging me and was very rude in the process. I would have been better off buying them at Home Depot and installing them myself. At least the job would have been done correctly. read more

They are not on time. Set up an appointment two times with a window of an hour for them to show up. The first time they called and said they were going to be late so I rescheduled because I couldn't make it work with my work schedule. The second time we scheduled it between 12 and 1. I called at 12:50 to make sure they weren't going to be late again and they said they "could probably be there in about 20 to 30 minutes." I explained that I had to work too, and he said "well then I guess you will have to reschedule." Bottom line, they can't seem to be on time for appointments even when given an hour window. They don't seem to understand that it costs people money to take extra time off work when they are late. And Frankly, the person on the phone was not very apologetic when they knew they were going to be late a second time. read more

PERPLEXING and DISAPPOINTING. Called for an estimate and estimator called and arrived on time. We chatted and had a nice rapport--nice guy. He did NOT measure anything and promised an estimate that evening via email. It is now three weeks later and no estimate, and no follow-up call. I was ready to buy, so I went with Home Depot (over Lowes) because Home Depot offers a four year warranty. I wanted to go local, but not measuring is rather a "red flag," and not giving an estimate even worst. I did check my Spam file. Home Depot proved to be very flakey and after two attempts I cancelled. I called back Lowes who were fast and efficient. Highly recommend Lowes/Brodie. read more

i think i found them on craigslist..then did my research here...Anthony was very helpful and answered all my questions...even gave me a discount for referring my other friend...called him satruday and monday morning they finished my friend's gutter first then mine...worked around some minor requests....my friend's gutter had a few issues after the first rain and anthony as promised dropped by and fixed it!!! we first bought the parts from homedepot and our total was more than what anthony quoted us...so we went ahead and returned everything...and better yet, this is seamless!! read more

I saw that they had a nice website, called and got a prompt call back and a quote that was lower than two others. However, when the job was scheduled, the crew showed up without the parts & equipment to to do the job. They pulled off and told me they would be back at 8AM the next day. Next day they did not show up and did not call. When I called Anthony, he seemed unaware that my job had not been done the day before, and was not aware the crew had told me they'd be back the next day. When I expressed some concern that nobody there seemed to know what was going on, he got testy and said, " Let's just cancel this job". I was quite agreeable to that. These guys did a great job. I was hoping to match the front gutters that came with the house and they did it no problem. They showed up at the scheduled time and put gutters around the entire 2-story house in a few hours. They were also running a deal where they threw in a 54-gallon rain barrel for free. The owner stopped by to do a quality check as the work was finishing up and assured me they would come out to fix anything if it ever leaked or I wanted anything adjusted.
