Highly Recommend for any sort of exhaust work. Wife's car had an exhaust leak (flex pipe) 9 months ago and they had one of the cheaper quotes around. Have had zero issues since the repair. Just went back today and they replaced my resonator on my car. after getting my car back I still was hearing a noise and they threw the car back up and fixed the secondary issue at no charge. I was in and out. Everything you've heard about this place is true. Efficient, cheap, fast, etc. Cannot recommend it enough.

Please do not go to this shop. I'm not sure why the managed to get all these positive reviews. We took our car into this shop. We now have 10 air leaks, we took our car to get it inspected by a different shop and the photos and videos we have of Austin's Auto is beyond unprofessional. They did such a horrible job we now have to pay almost $400 to correct their mistakes. The owner has been so rude and refuses a refund. We have no trust in letting them touch our car. please do not take your nice vehicles to this shop. I am not posting this out of spite but to save another person from feeling this anger and frustration that We are feeling right now. Like the reviewer before, I also was referred by Mad Hatter. In my case, I was interested in having my breaks checked. Upon my arrival this morning, I was greeted by a woman who winced upon my mention of break work then, promptly made her way to the garage to determine the scope of current work. The place is small with only 2 bays and both were full and, with so many cars in the lot outside, I fully expected to be turned away. Instead, the woman returned requesting my keys. Within minutes, she was pulling my truck into a just-vacated bay! What?! A gentleman immediately began surveying the break situation. I explained the pedal was soft but, little noise. "Have you added break fluid lately?" Ignorant, I nodded I hadn't. He added more. "The front pads are a bit worn but, I imagine it was just low on fluid. Drive it around and if there's no difference, bring it back and we'll take another look at it." Quick, no-nonsense attention without gimmick or a sales ploy. Refreshing. read more

This place is by far the most unprofessional and impatient exhaust shop in Ohio, I went in here before for some simple exhaust work. I had a rusted exhaust they replaced the pipe (employee ED) and it didn't come out right I'm giving him the benefit of doubt these things happen took it back in, that time I had some different employees two elderly males tried saying they didn't see or hear anything. Come to find out after having to show them how to do their job diagnosing, the problem was located now not even a month later the whole exhaust hanger decides to fall off from bad welding. One time is understandable two maybe but the third I mean come on now still went in with respect and they were able to re weld the exhaust hanger now today I had to take the car back in after the previous weld the exhaust is rattling now I don't like to be that guy and criticize other people's work or go after them either still went in with respect bringing them my business after all these bad welds and "mistakes" this time they tried saying it was the car when in plain sight you see it's the exhaust from bad welding they said they were done with the car they weren't getting anything out of fixing my car for a job that wasn't even done right they didn't want to own up and fix their work and on top of that told me in their own words "GET THE FUCK OUT ALL YOU"RE DOING IS CAUSING TROUBLE STAY THE HELL OUT I WILL BUST YOUR LIGHTS OUT" decided to leave in a mature manner so I leave this honest review I'm not trying to manipulate anything here for other people who decide to take their car here do not avoid this place if you can. read more
