I was impressed when I initially used them, they were great. I had to reschedule to a different date for my 2nd appointment. No one came on my scheduled day and when I called, they took me off the route and said I was on schedule for the end of the month. Lack of communication because no one emailed nor called me to advice me and the young lady I spoke with was no help at all. 2 weeks from the scheduled date is when you can reschedule is ridiculous. read more

ABW came in clutch to help us fix a problem I never, ever thought I'd have. We use compost in addition to trash and recycling and recently we found rat droppings in our garage where the bins are all kept. We keep a clean space, so this was shocking, but still...it happened. The weird part was the compost was never really full. Just smelled bad which probably attracted the issue. So we called ABW and started a monthly rotation of getting the bins cleaned. They have shown up on every scheduled appointment, they are very thorough in cleaning both with their truck washing inside the bins and the employee hand drying and placing cans neatly when done. Wow! Why haven't I've been using this service before! I am a believer and I will be using them again. The process was all online and easy to set up. I received a notice a few days before to remind me and on the day of the cleaning they came and went without any issues. They even set the bins up my driveway. The bins are cleaner than when they were new. If you use your garage for more than parking your car and you store your stinky bins in there. Then I highly recommend Austin Bin services, their cost is reasonable for what you get and they work with your pickup schedule so your bins can be cleaned afterwards. I'm the personal assistant to a family that just moved into a new-to-them house. Their trash and recycling bins were the nastiest, smelliest most disgusting bins in the entire city of Austin. They smelled like death and looked like it too. I called the city, begging them for new trash bins. Of course, the answer was NO! However, the very kind city employee told me that she had seen fliers on her door for a bin washing service. She gave me the info on Austin Bin Washing. I really just wanted to get some new trash cans for the awesome family I work for, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to give ABW a try. Arranging the service was simple and pain-free. I like that they didn't require payment until AFTER the suds had settled. Speaking of suds.... WOWZER!! I'm not sure what kind of suds they use, but they worked some serious magic on the previously described bins of death! As I pulled the trash bins up to the house I could even smell the sweet smell of those magic suds. I stuck my whole face into the trash can just to inhale its sweetness (how often have you done THAT???). Aside from the pre-existing scratches, gouges, and dents on the bins, they looked brand new!
