He is a straightforward dealer, and will not highball you or lowball you- causing you to pay for something you are not getting, or conversely to not pay for something that you will be paying for later. That is how a used car should be sold. I absolutely suggest releasing all the fears that your research for a vehicle cannot subdue, and trust that if you choose to work with CARS4UTX, you are dealing with someone of integrity who will work with you calmly and honestly the whole way through. I am thankful to have met Daniel, and to have been able to do business with him. He is a good soul in my book.

Warning - Lemons Sold Here!…read more This is a repost. Somehow my post was taken down. This is what happend to me at this dealer. I purchased a car from this dealership for my son, who was heading off to college. The Cars4uTX sticker is still on the back of what is now a broken car. At the time, it seemed like a great deal--low mileage (61,000), no accidents, everything looked clean. But after just 6,000 easy highway miles, the transmission completely failed. In my opinion, the chances that the dealer didn't know the car was on the verge of a major failure are XZERO. Just Google "Nissan transmission problems" or ask any AI platform for an overview. AI Summary on Nissan CVT Transmission: Nissan's CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) has a well-documented history of issues: premature failure, overheating, whining or shuddering noises, and more. These problems often result in delayed acceleration, power loss, or total failure--sometimes even leading to accidents. Selling the car as-is is an option, but I'd be lucky to get a few thousand dollars for it. Fixing it and then selling it is another possibility--but honestly, unlike a dealer like Cars4UTX, I'd feel guilty passing a car with known transmission issues on to another person or family just looking for reliable transportation. All I can say is this: buyer beware with this dealership. Ask every question. Do your research. Don't expect the dealer to be upfront--they just want to move inventory. This has been a very expensive lesson for us. There are plenty of other dealerships out there. Choose wisely.

Took it back to them to fix it and take a look at it but all they did was just erased the memory of the computer and few days later check engine came on. Repeated overheating, and then cracked valves and tubes all in the first 60 days of ownership. It's now been six months since I got this car, and I've put almost $3000 of repairs into it. The electrical system has had repeated issues, and parts are consistently getting replaced to even have it be remotely driveable. It's needed to be emergency towed multiple times and I cannot reliably use it to get to work which is the entire reason why I needed to buy it in the first place. I paid $6500 for the vehicle and it's as-is, so I understand that certain elements were never going to be perfect, but these issues should be disclosed to the buyer. To have almost spent $10,000 on a high mileage beater car in it's first 6 months has been the biggest and most regrettable financial strain myself and my family have ever experienced. It took them almost a month to even send my warranty to me after requesting it for the first batch of repairs, and then furthermore tried to tell me that we did not buy the warranty and that I "couldn't afford it anyways" when I asked for it, even though I had the bill of sale. By the time they managed to send the warranty, it was already past it's applicable dates. Such a scam. We also had a list of agreed repairs they would perform prior to purchase. They signed on these repairs. They told me I would have to come back in 3 weeks for a part they ordered, and then never reached out after those three weeks. They then proceeded to tell me that they had never even ordered the part at all. I ended up getting the repair done elsewhere because it was too challenging to bring it in. They are slow on paperwork and do not provide updates on anything you request unless you repeatedly reach out. I'm not the type of person who tries to badger people for things, I aim to be relatively patient and wait my turn, but two weeks between responses for important papers and queries is far too long. They are intimidating, unkind, and I wish I had done literally anything else other than purchase a car from here. They're likely to read this review and send a scathing text message as they have multiple times in the past, but I just need all young and inexperienced car purchasers to be wary of getting taken advantage of by this dealership.

I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. Thank you, Isaac, Angela, and Stephanie!

The Corolla I was looking at was well below blue book and I just couldn't figure it out. The carfax was clean. Lino was a very nice salesperson, and I went for it. While I was finishing up paperwork, he proceeded to tell me a story about how he made a buttload of money from selling a car that he pieced back together that was totaled, but the engine was in tact. RED FLAG!!! As soon as I drove my Corolla off the lot, the radio went out. I didn't really notice that this metal door plate was sticking up in the rear driver side. Luckily, it was still under warranty and I took it to the Toyota dealer, Charles Maund. They were awesome there, replaced the radio twice trying to fix the problem. Finally, they looked at the rear driver side speaker and there were metal flakes in it. the Toyota guy asked me if it had been in an accident, but I had no way of knowing. Charles Maund Toyota replaced the speaker and it was fine, but I went over a curb yesterday and all the electrical went out, the radio, the clock, and the outlet. Again, the hidden past of my new-to-me used car is haunting me. Just like a new relationship, you really never know where your partner has been and what kind of collisions it may have endured. Maybe I shouldn't be so critical of Lino and 360 motors, but just a warning that those low prices come at a cost!
