4 stars for the food. Had the cajun twist shrimps and truffle fries. Both very good. The shrimp were very well seasoned. The drinks left a lot to be desired. To be fair the bar tender was really young. But super nice. Would go back for food though. Now, nice as this place looks . The bathrooms were NASTY . TL;DR: Cute and classy! Wanted a girls day brunch so we decided to try this place! The outside does not match the inside lol. Take the chance like we did and venture inside. It is well decorated and so much space!! Sundays are $3 mimosas, so how can you not. They were well mixed and tasty! We got a mix of food - pancakes, chicken fried steak, tacos, etc. All of it was yummy. Seemed like the perfect thing for our Sunday! The server was super friendly and informative. I took my Gma here for her 86th birthday to watch a live band. She absolutely loved it, lots of seating and yummy food! Our bartender for the evening was so patient with us, we had ordered a platter on the food menu and the wrong platter kept coming out. She handled it amazing! It was a busy night so we understand things happen. Had sit-down breakfast there for my first patronage of this fine establishment. I am on a continual hunt for quality breakfast burritos and this restaurant made a great one. Chose carnitas pork for the meat and fresh fruit cup instead of potatoes. And there were no potato filler inside of the burrito -- just the way I like it. The presentation was classy, the food was very satisfying, and the service was cheery. Awesome! I was so happy with everything, and it was a pretty late morning breakfast, that I topped off the meal with a slice of their house-made peach pie -- warmed up and whipped cream on top -- so good! Got here before a Seahawks game. Ordered the chicken fried steak and a drink. The meal took well over a quarter of the game to get. And even when it came- the flavor was lacking. The chicken fried steak was crisp on the outside, but the breading the still soggy and undercooked inside. The potatoes were under seasoned and under done. When you let your mom pick a place and she goes to one recommended by the Nextdoor ppl lol. Came here for late brunch on a Saturday and for such a huge space it was pretty empty. I think it's geared more toward events etc. First I want to mention the fresh pressed juices. Get them. Worth the money 100%. We got the grapefruit and orange. Just yes. I got the French toast with scrambled egg and sausages. The toast was lightly battered, not heavy or too eggy. The eggs were perfect. And the sausages were really good, with that delicious snap to them. We also got the veggie eggs Benedict which my sister said was really nice. The egg was cooked nicely with runny egg and a smooth hollandaise sauce. The items I didn't think were my favorite were the chicken & waffles and the appetizer wings we got from the lunch/dinner menu. The chicken/waffles were a bit dry. The wings had a bit too much sauce on them. Lastly I want to thank the staff. They were all really nice and we had a good time! read more

Food was pretty solid. We had the pancakes, quinoa bowl, and sriracha bacon mac and cheese. The waitress was very nice and friendly as well. No issues with the service or quality. Some weird stuff. We ordered the black beans as the protein for the quinoa bowl but they were out of black beans (at 11am) and didn't have any other non-meat proteins. The pancakes were supposed to come with chocolate chips but did not. The sriracha bacon mac and cheese had an option to add carnitas which we did. But when the food came, it only had carnitas. I asked the waitress and she said it's either or. But then why is it additional to add carnitas if you are removing the bacon? The menu should read "Sub bacon for carnitas +$3". She brought me a side of bacon but it was maple bacon. Super sweet and coated in maple syrup. Definitely not sriracha bacon. Again, the food is good but just ask a lot of questions when you order because we had issues with all three items we ordered. read more

A hidden gem for comfort food! Lived in Shoreline for years and never been here until a friend recommended this place. We stopped for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the broad menu selection, including all day breakfast and a salad/dessert included special. Reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff and fast. We'll be back with the kids to try breakfast and the Happy Hour specials. Oh, and the place doesn't smell of smoke nor is it a casino (which is what I had thought before trying this place today.) read more

A rather surprising evening. From the outside, you would not be able to discern that a restaurant was in the building. It is rather uninviting and sorry to say, but the sign looks like it had been transplanted from a strip club. Then i stepped inside.... Wow. It is very modern, clean lines and surprisingly cozy, even for its size. The staff are super friendly and the menu is diverse. Even better, the food tastes great. The one suggestion i would make is remove all the options for the main courses. A side salad or soup along with a starch is not necessary and often too much. You don't even need to look at the salad options as you are guaranteed a salad with your mains. The only major complaint is the staff do not know how to serve wine or the art of serving/pouring it. We had to show/direct her and it seems that this is the weak point in the service. Something for the management to train their staff on. Suggestions - order the rib eye or the meatloaf. The rib eye literally melted in my mouth and the meatloaf was some of the best I've ever tasted. Cant wait to return! read more

We were a group of 9 and none of us had been there before......Was a good place and we want to come back. However, they definitely could improve on their communications with customers. There was a odd system to everything yet no instructions or advertising.  Here are some things we noticed: Door was locked when we arrived at 6:30 and we weren't sure where the "front" entrance was. Some signage would have been nice. We sat at our table in the downstairs theater area and waited awhile as workers walked around us with out saying a word, then finally we noticed that there was a small card on the table telling us we have to go up to the bar to order (its dark and this card was on dark paper - so not real noticeable). We went up and made our orders. My salad was first to arrive and the waitress brought it to me and then asked "would you like some silverware?"...since there was none on the table i answered "yes please" so she came back with one fork, yet no knife." I didn't have the heart to ask her to please get me a knife....   Since we all ordered separately, the food came out one by one, most were salads or other stuff that required silverware and each time, the waitress set it down, she would then ask, "do you need silverware?" We thought it was funny as of course people need silverware to eat, why would she not just automatically bring it?.......The person who got a burger noticed there was no sauce of any kind on the burger. She ate it anyway and figured they forgot to put ketchup on it, yet she didn't want to complain.....However, midway through, one of our group discovered that silverware, ketchup and mustard is all self serve up at the bar (why did no one tell us?), and it is slightly behind the bar so not visible or where a customer would naturally think to go, and of course, no one told us this!! At the end of the evening, one who ordered a burger thought they were under-charged, but then was told burgers were half price that night.....so was whiskey!!!   Say what??!!!  Why did no one tell us this, why is there no signage or advertising???  We were closing out our tabs at this point, but had we known that burgers and whiskey were half price that night, our purchases would have been double as we had some whiskey lovers at the table. read more

An oasis in a breakfast wasteland! Delicious, beautiful, and reasonably priced, you will delight in the presentation and flavors, and the wonderful service is a pleasure to enjoy. We have only had the breakfast so far, but they do also serve a full lunch menu, plus a dinner menu (starts at 5pm) and it's all served from 6am to 11pm. We will definitely be back. So we went to my b parents house in shoreline and they raved about this place and the fish and chips they have. So we decided to get take out as wife and I didn't feel like fish we decided to try the French dip. I called to order and wife and I are picky so I ordered two French dip with just cheese and meat, and ordered fish and chips for parents to split. When we got back home I took a big bite of French dip and all u could taste was horseradish it was gross. What I thought was cheese was a huge amount of horseradish wife and I couldn't even eat them. This is a great little hole in the wall venue that offers good food and a downstairs performance and game area. We have had our jazz groups perform there a few times. The stage is kinda set off to the side so tables and seating seems a little offset but it's great for families to gather to watch a show while still having a side room to play games and get out of the main performance room. They have a bar downstairs as well and you can order food while you watch a show! Great staff! read more

Food was good but our waiter was having to be sole waiter and sole bartender and there appeared to be one cook. So it took 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches and order of sliders. The one waiter and one cook actually showed up to work. And apparently others didn't. So don't view it as the waiter and cook's fault. Management and owner need to do something to increase the speed (better pay for workers maybe? hiring more help?) And food was good. So don't want to write this place off (yet). Hence the 3 stars. But OWNER and MANAGER seriously get these employees some help or this place will fail and fast. read more
