Went there last night. Staff is rude. The girl accidentally charged an extra $20 on my debit card and then said she couldn't refund the transaction . I asked to talk to the manager so I can get my refund that she overcharged me and she said she was the manager and couldn't do anything about it. And she was very rude. read more

First: If I could zero stars I would this place is going downhill do not waste your evening or money here. Second: Service and security are unprofessional the line to the bars are all messed up. When someone cut me I tried to press the issue and the egotistical bartender got upset at ME cause I was upset at the people for cutting then refused to serve me and threatened me. Third: they don't care about your safety almost every night there is a fight breaking out don't risk it here either stay home or go else where. read more

I would not recommend. Rude staff, unprofessional security guard and overall felt uncomfortable and unsafe

Checking my ID before going in and after I get out y'all checked my ID already lmaooo I was in the corps before of course I'm not gonna look like myself after the military so weird getting pressed after I was approved going in again read more

I Come to dtr frequently, I was having a good night out and wanted to go somewhere after dinner, so i went here with my wife. There is a no sports apparel dress code, but they do have a coat check. I was wearing a lakers jacket, which is very dressy. Anyways, the Secuirty check in stated i cannot come in due to my laker jacket. I do understand this as sports attire isn't allowed at most clubs, however the establishment does have a coat check from previous experience... we asked if we could check the coat and the manager who was a shorter lady with tattoos and teal color on the end of her hair, 4/16/22, stated we could "f off" and it wouldn't happen tonight"... we were even interested in bottle service as we were celebrating a great work and personal achievement and she drove our business away. Welp. I suggest the business obtains more qualified management...that doesn't loose business. read more

Got kicked out of the club because I accidentally walked through a VIP area after I used the bathroom in which there was nobody?

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The security/bouncer who also claimed to be "manager" didn't let us in because one of our friends presented a Mexican ID. The bouncer said it had to be a California issued ID. So this means no tourist allowed? Or was it because it was a Mexican ID? Was he being racist? Keep in mind it was a group of 12 with a cover charge of $10 per person. That's $120 dollars that they lost not including beverage consumption. The place is hands down the trashiest club in Downtown Riverside. The DJ is wack, the club is extremely hot and let's not even talk about downstairs where it's so hot it's hard to breathe. We ended up going to Mezcal which is 100000Xs better. (: read more

Bomb ass spot and shit was lit. I would recommend more to people if I could cuz this jumps

I give this venue a max of 7 years in riverside. Music isnt that good, drinks are watered down and they only Only cater to one crowd of people. Which makes sense with a name like Aurea Vista. Youll have a better time at the gay club down the street. Dont even waste your time, the security are by far the most uptight people in the IE. Wont allow you to walk back to your car to place things inside.. like just lame vibes. From the top to bottom. read more

the bartenders are rude, security is rude, they kicked me and my friend out for using the same bathroom stall as if i didn't pay to get inside?? do not come here. go to killer queens instead read more

Ok great club.love it.been there few time for bachata .amazing place ..stuff friendly

Beware of the bar scam, their staff members are instructed to remove abandoned drinks from the bar and tables even when the glass is half full. Their watching and waiting for you to go dance so they can swoop in and remove your drink. They also have a guy in a "Security shirt" walking around sneaking drinks off of tables. And now you must pay for another. They repeat this through out the club all night long. And that's how they turn a $ night into a $$$ night. The Wednesday night event is great for salsa and bachata. But real dancers don't drink that much, so this is how the make up for it. You have to tell them to leave your drinks alone even if only ice is left in the cup. Then they will know you're on to them and they'll have to move on to the next unsuspecting table. read more

I want to start by saying I am older than the usual clientele here- which might be why I have not had any problems here. lol This place is beautiful, upscale, interesting and Riverside is lucky to have it. That's one thing that young people aren't really aware of. This area didn't have much for me to do when I was younger. There was one place- and it wasn't great. Now they have so many great bars on one street if you don't like one scene you can walk a block to another! Anyway, about this place. It is huge. There's a great stage to watch bands, which I have done at least twice here and enjoyed. The bathrooms are shockingly clean! Like the place just opened. I feel safe here. I have never had a problem parking nearby. Overall this is a really awesome place to hang out. Comfortable sofas in one area with tables for your drinks. Upstairs and downstairs areas. Cool Art on the walls. Last night I appreciated the Halloween decorations and enjoyed watching the odd old horror movies on the TV while listening to the band performing which were also great and I can't believe I didn't have to pay a cover to get in (not once yet and I have been here three times so far) $6 for a CAN of beer is a little lame but hey, you have - Guinness so that's a win. Next time I will try a mixed drink. Overall this place makes me wish I was younger or had more of a social life. lol I could see having a pretty awesome time here, if you don't cause trouble. read more

The security lady at the front is very rude. I thought it was a one time thing but on my second visit she was still rude. It seems like she's unhappy with her job and makes it everyone else's problem. Not a good attitude when it comes to being in the service industry. read more

Lots of people, super fun! Came on a Friday night and the music was great, lived the atmosphere too.

BEAUTIFUL!! Wonderful job making it look amazing again! I didn't interact with much staff but the woman I was speaking to was kind

I come here multiple times I love the music there's two story. I also did a Bottle service vip for my birthday it's affordable unlike in Hollywood lol but main reason I come here is because I love the music hip hop we always have fun here. Best time to come in 11pm read more

Got confronted for a past review I left that you guys got deleted lmao I didn't even remember going there the first time now I do. Not very professional security staff. She remember the bad review but not why she kicked me out in the first place She did shake my hand but I was drunk by then and didn't care. Bar was cool though. 1/5 if I don't get tricked into going i won't be going read more

Black Lady with blonde braids charged me $40 for three gin and tonics (which are $7 each). I explained to one of the male bartenders her mistake and then he gave me a refund. She proceeded come up to me in a confrontational manner saying I owe her money. I explained to her I was charged double and she kicked me out. I'm not sure what her issue was, maybe not making enough to pay rent but McDonald's is alway hiring so maybe she should head there. read more

NEVER COMING BACK. First of all, when they were checking purses the blonde lady up front touched my purse all over moved everything I have and didn't ask me at all. I had been to several clubs and I KNOW that it's ILLEGAL to touch my personal stuff, she's supposed to ask me to move the stuff around and take out whatever she wants to check specific. She not just touch everything but also GRAB my vape and my pen from my purse keeping the pen on her hand. She told me that I needed to trash it or I couldn't go into the club, and trying to actually going in with my friends + since I know it's illegal to smoke indoors, I ask her if I have to make line again to go leave it on the car as what she says "if you leave with it, none of you is allowed" Why? No reason, just "the policy" because I could try to hide it and sneak it in. If I wanted to sneak it in, I would, I didn't know we're not allowed to carry stuff on our purses even tho it's illegal to smoke it indoors and specially when it's legal to smoke so I'm pretty confused on how are you not allowed to carry your own stuff. Plus with her, only because I was carrying a pen she checked my flared pants, the only one being checked on the pants just because she saw me with a pen. Little pro tip for the security: If you're trying to see that they're not sneaking stuff in then you should be checking everyone because the ones who are trying are the ones who you don't see anything on them. Not just that but inside they have "customers" that are harassing you and no one will do anything. Bunch of "security" just walking around getting paid to do nothing. Nice, your policy doesn't allow me to carry a pen that I'm legally allow to purchase and carry and smoke but you have a bunch of perverts touching women's body without consent and even when you tell them no several times, they will keep coming to try with you. Absolutely disgusting how double sided this is. Never coming back. They can keep their trashy place, some people will never grow from where they come from: trash.friction read more

Honestly I'm disgusted. Security guards kicked me and my girlfriend out for absolutely no reason. I felt unsafe going to the bathroom by myself so my girlfriend came with me. Not to mention there were several women that used the restroom together with their friends. We're they kicked out? No. Why is it a problem that we went together? It's 2023 nothing feels safe. Although, Bartender Savannah was amazing! We wanted to keep the party going with her forsure, just wanted to use the restroom but now we don't even feel safe here. Fuck your whole establishment. Do fuckin better it's 2023 people wake tf up. read more

It would be dope if this place had a phone number to call. If you are someone who likes to drink and sometimes leave something behind on accident, your best option is just skip this place and find a reliable and better club. I wont i be going back even though this was a one of the dopest bars with really good DJ's. Its unfortunte my friends and I wont be returning anytime soon. Theyve lost our trust. read more

Michael E. Recommended the joint with bottle specials and a good dj and I said why not. First of all parking in Downtown Riverside at night is a bit*h. Once I got to the venue I walked up and told them I had a table, and I was walked right up to my table. The host guy was really cool and quick at getting us our bottles and mixers. The venue is very cool and offers a lot with different sections to entertain people trying to chill with different vibes or style music. They also have a lower area that is cool for more of the edm music. The crowd was very chill and liked that it was all matured people and not stupid kids trying to be hard also. Would be coming back again for sure and getting the bottle service again for sure. read more

Normally love coming here but to night was a horrible experience didn't even bother going in. This Karen who I guess is in charged was rude af to her guest and employees. They waited till we got to the front of the line to tell us my bf couldn't wear his Lakers hat so we took it back to the car. We get to the front of the line again after waiting a long ass time then tell us we can't take our vape pens in? I wasn't going to walk back and wait a second time. Really ridiculous. Saved a lot of money not going to night. read more

some older bartender african lady takes her job way to seriously we had spent over 200 dollars not including tips on drinks and clearly used all of our money. i needed water for my brother who was tore up so i asked for tap water to give to him cause he needed it but she got this attitude and told me no that if i wanted water i can get it from the fountains by the bathrooms but i couldn't walk him over there it was too far so i just asked at least for just the cup so i can bring him fountain water but she still told me so and no. i got irritated and walked back to check on my brother and then my bf decided to ask (he didn't know i previously asked) he had asked a different bartender who happened to be nice and he was gonna give it to my boyfriend but the same lady from earlier snatched it from him she was being rude to my boyfriend so he flipped her off, she didn't like it so she went up to my man and grabbed him like a man to try and kick him out the club (the club was already about to close) he yanked his arm back from her just like anyone would - she had no business touching him. she then sent 5 security guards after him but he was just trying to get water for my brother who literally requires a cane to walk. this all happened over freaking tap water i was just trying to get my brother out of there. so ridiculous never going there again (also not to mention their drinks are watered down and just juice and all ice) read more

If you are unsatisfied and trying to talk to a manager they will not help you find a solution. Instead they will call you WHITE PRIVILEGED as you leave their establishment. I was ultimately enjoying my experience, but this was very insulting and made me question this employee's and the company's competence in dealing with customer service situations. Dealing with an unsatisfied "difficult" customer he receded by throwing incorrect and ignorant "political slang" to try and belittle a costumer. In the end I was not using my "white privilege" to get a head of anyone else. I was dissatisfied and ultimately cheap for wanting a refund on $10 drinks that my friends and I did not have time to drink and enjoy between the 5 minutes of last call and "closing time" where they were pushing people out into the street. I have tried to contact this business to resolve this problem but have not received a reply in 2 weeks. I wanted to be civil but obviously they do not care. read more

The only part I liked about this club was the music. The floors are always wet from people spilling drinks and it's super humid and not cool at all. The bartenders are really cheap with the alcohol too. And for a small 8oz plastic cup cocktail drink it's about $8-9 bucks. Not impressed. read more

I appreciate there not being a cover charge and it's one of the go-to spots in Downtown Riverside.

I've been to several bars in SCAL, but this place is great. The music, dance floor, and drinks, and all around good vibes for a great night out! But I have to give this place 5 stars because of the excellent customer service and integrity of the staff. I went to the club this past Saturday weekend and lost my wallet. I had a feeling I left it at the bar somewhere. I DM'ed the bar's Instagram page and the owner was able to help me out and get my wallet back. Thanks again! read more

They kept skipping Nicki's verses. Really terrible service. Would not recommend! Better going off to Pixels

Terrible security got kicked out for making sure my friends got to the women's restroom safely would definitely not recommend. go somewhere else there's plenty of better places across the street don't even think about going here read more

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. The security here is rude, racist, and unprofessional. The drinks are expensive but terrible and either watered down or just poorly made. Also I've heard multiple stories of girls getting drugged here. DONT BE FOOLED! The only reason this place ever has a long line is because security is rude and makes the process of getting inside longer every time. Not only that but they're extremely uptight and won't even allow you to come in if you put something they "don't allow" in your car. The staff act like robots here and lack simple common sense. The space is poorly ventilated and gets extremely stuffy easily. The crowd inside is boring and the music is only good sometimes. Not to mention the place isn't even worth the $20 cover charge. I don't even know if I'd pay $5 to go here. As bad as it is, entry should be free. And if you have any issues here, DONT GO TO PIXELS EITHER. They're both owned by the same person and these establishments do not deserve your money. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE! read more

Came here on a Saturday night for a friends birthday around 1030. Apparently it's 5 dollars to get in after 10 and I think more after a certain time. What is this? Was so not a fan, I personally don't like to pay for entry unless it's for a club in Vegas. The dj upstairs had some good music occasionally. The music was way better before a bunch of people got there. Downstairs was a sauna though. And the girls bathroom didn't have any toilet paper in most of the stalls. Bartenders were good though Oh they also have a coat check for $3... read more

The big girl in the booth taking the money last night is straight up rude and unprofessional yelling at people and embarrassing people. Snatching money and rolling eyes. Our party of 9 LEFT. We came for a good time but that shit killed it. Clearly they don't want our money. ‍ Good service is a must. And this place doesn't even have decent service. SHIT. SERVICE. SLOW BARS. WEIRD SECURITY. MUSIC IS 2/5 meh. Won't be back read more

Never ever go back there! Last Saturday me and my friends decided to try this new club. The bar was very crowded as expected. I finally got a chance to order drinks. I gave the bar tender my credit card. I signed the charge, and asked for my receipt. The look on the bar tender's face was like I was asking something so strange. He was annoyed. I got my receipt and thought I got my card back. Not sure if I forgot on the tray or I dropped it. When I realized the card was missing I went back to the bar and the bar tender literally ignored me intentionally. I finally got a chance to ask if I forgot my credit card there, he then without even turning around to look at the stack of trays that bills were places on, he said he did not have it. I said he didn't even check. He once again said, he did not have it! Really!!!! Then I went to the security guard over there, He didn't help either. He almost sent me back to bar tender. I told him I tried that already. Finally he went to bar and came back and said they don't have it. As soon as I got home, I put a block on the card to be safe. They are open only Wed-Sat at 9 pm. So I had to wait 4 days to see if they had my card. I called up today, Wednesday at 9:30. No one picked up, no recording, no voice mail. What kind of lousy security and management is this? If you happen to like this place, be aware that nobody cares of you or your card safety there. read more

First time ever visiting a night club but it was my cousin's 22nd birthday and she wanted to experience some night life so we went to the first place we saw. While we were waiting in line to get checked in, the bouncer repeatedly asked if I was a minor as he was checking my id. Immediately after we stepped into the building, another employee asked if I had any other types of identification to show him! Overall, I felt pretty unwelcome here. The music was good but it was pretty empty and uninteresting for a Friday night, so we didn't stay very long read more

Decided to go out last weekend with friends visiting from out of town. We picked Aurea Vista to take them to. I've been there before, good music, good drinks, wanted to do bottle service, but from the beginning it was an mess. angry rude girl checking ID's, then we were asked to wait in another line for bottle service. It took forever for the bottle service women to show up. Then of the girls at the front pulled my boyfriends sweatshirt up to check his shirt, without even asking. Rude, unnecessary behavior the door people are so aggressive. We didn't even go in, it was like dealing with high school kids and I'm a teacher. It was embarrassing to take our friends there. My boyfriend refuses to return and spend his money there. read more

First time going and didn't even enter the door. My boyfriend is a diabetic so he has to bring in certain supplies like juices and sweets in case his blood sugar ever drops and when the security sees he instantly gets denied. He then after explained that he can't go in without them because he's diabetic and they're necessary the security asked what seemed to be either the manager or owner and the security comes back and still says no. What really set me off is having the owner/manager not even come over and explain why or anything like the least you could do is talk to us and explain your policy but i will say never and i mean never has my boyfriend had an issue getting into any club, concert, event, or anything until that night. It's not like we're sneaking in drugs he legit needs this stuff to live. Definitely would never recommend this place read more

$10+ cover for girls is crazy in my opinion but I Guess to each their own. I enjoy the large open floor space, the music seems to always be on point. There two floors which have 2 styles of music.
