And then when I got to the BOTTOM of the cupcake, I found a flattened blackberry in the center. I suppose they get an A for effort on that one... As for the Key Lime Pie and Vanilla Salted Caramel cupcakes, I've had them multiple times before and they're so tasty. They're really good at what they do here. Unfortunately, if you don't get there early, you won't get to grab any of the limited/exclusive flavors they sometimes have; I missed out on the latest Banana Pudding cupcake and it still keeps me up at night... Ultimately, I don't have the heart to rate any less than 5 stars. Their cupcakes are so delicious, soft, and moist every time. One of my dessert pet peeves is dry cake--I can't stand a dry or underdressed cake. Cupcakin' makes sure I don't have to suffer. I was even asked, what size do you want? And there was multiple sizes, all I could guess by hand, was small and big.. but I didn't know the other sizes names...due to not being told. I was super rushed and was the only one in line. Weird. I was so excited to try, but the experience made everything change. Customer service was terrible. I wanted to take photos and videos to make a review and I was basically questioned as to why I was doing so... I informed her, that I was apart of the yelp community and then I was rudely asked. Do you work for yelp? I said no, I'm Yelp Elite. Then nothing was said, just a not so pleasant look. I don't think I will ever return, but you guys check them out.
