Best snack for walking around the shops. Good portion sizes for sharing! Will definitely be back for some goodies before we leave.

This is a lot more casual of an eatery and certainly didn't require much of a wait. Pokemoto offers very similar dishes to sushi except it's in a bowl and not rolls. You may customize your bowl or select an option from the menu. We got the Hawaiian Bowl and The Sweet & Spicy Shrimp. After you place your order you may add certain toppings to it. The young man making our bowls was very fast and efficient. These bowls were a generous size and I was pretty impressed with how much shrimp was in the shrimp bowl. The Hawaiian bowl featured Ahi Tuna, cilantro, sweet onions and spicy mayo. The Shrimp bowl featured a ton of fresh shrimp, corn and jalapeños. Both of them were very flavorful, fresh and filling. At Pokemoto they also serve bubble tea. We enjoyed our meals at Pokemoto.

Sometimes you want to eat something healthy & not spend $100 doing it. Pokemoto to the rescue! We share a large BYO poke. Hubby loves toppings so I always ask if we can have the mixed grains & brown rice in a separate bowl. We get a combo of ahi tuna & salmon - 3 scoops total. Then he goes to town ordering pretty much everything on the mix-ins, toppings & crunch menus! We usually get the sesame ginger dressing mixed in with the poke & ask for the wasabi aioli & chili garlic oil on the side. It is filling, delicious, fresh, crunchy & satisfying without weighing you down as you wander around the casino!

We happened to visit on Tuesday, which meant it was Taco Tuesday - and if they're still running this special, definitely take advantage of it! For $25 per person, you get unlimited tacos. My boyfriend and I decided to give it a try, and we definitely didn't regret it. There were eight different taco options to choose from: scorpion classic, classic chicken, carne asada, al pastor, crispy Baja, adobo shrimp, scorpion chicken, and pork belly. My favorites were easily the crispy Baja and the adobo shrimp. Honestly, for me to pick a fish taco over a steak taco says a lot! The crispy Baja was perfectly crispy and topped with guacamole and cholula cream, which made every bite flavorful, light, and well balanced. If you're someone who enjoys spicy food, the adobo shrimp is a must. It packed more heat than I expected, and I loved every bite. We also shared an order of fries, which came seasoned with taco seasoning and cotija cheese. The fries themselves were hot and crispy, but a little underwhelming with only a sprinkle of cotija cheese. We were not too much of a fan over the taco seasoning on the fries. The drinks were pretty strong, so this is a good spot if you're looking for late-night food and cocktails. On top of that, even though it took a while for the tacos to come out, the service was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Overall, the Scorpion Bar's tacos exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend visiting for the tacos, especially if the Taco Tuesday event is still available. You'll definitely get your money's worth! -Cris

The place is loud, flashy, and absolutely convinced it's the main character... even if the food is giving more supporting cast energy. Sure, the décor screams "Flavortown," but the actual flavors? More like a polite wave from across the street. The menu reads like it's auditioning for a Food Network montage, but the dishes land squarely in the "I mean... it's fine" category. Nothing offensive, nothing memorable, nothing worth texting the group chat about. Service is friendly, but you can tell they've had to explain the same five signature items 400 times a day. And honestly, the whole experience feels engineered for people who want to say they went to Guy Fieri's restaurant more than they want to actually eat at Guy Fieri's restaurant. Fun once, especially if you're already at Foxwoods and need a break from losing money. But if you're expecting a culinary pilgrimage to the gates of Flavortown, temper those expectations. Cheers

They are located in the Festival Slots area, adjacent to the bingo hall. They have all the subs you would expect at your local Subway (cold cut combo, chicken breast, turkey, meatball, tuna, etc), but the prices are more expensive because of their location, and they don't honor the Subway Card points, or accept Subway coupons. Also, ever since I've been coming to Foxwoods, they always seem to be understaffed (even when there's a line of 20-30 hungry customers waiting to order sandwiches, there are only 2 people making them. What's up with that?), so the line can get quite long, and the wait time excessive. Because of this, the staff get stressed trying to hurry things along, and sometimes the quality of your sandwich suffers. The food can be worse than your regular Subway. I've had both good and sub-par sandwiches here. Subway also has a second location in the Cedar Food Court (on the concourse leading back to the Great Cedar Garage), but it's smaller. I don't think they bake bread or anything there. They just bring food and supplies from the other location to there. I've never ordered a sub from the second location.
