The customer service was very patient with me. I couldn't make up my mind which stein to purchase. All the steins were beautiful! The beautiful stein I purchased was from King Werk Stein Company. The Stein has numerous musicians performing with their cellos, tubas and accordions. Definitely plan to revisit Bestemors on my next trip to Connecticut. They said we'll get you a Band new one in the box But unfortunately the person they had go get it got the wrong one. Now we were on our way back home for our 46th Anniversary celebration. And was looking forward to using my new cane. ( Now it's a 3 hr drive, one way from my house to this shop ) so needless to say was very disappointed when I op-ed the box to see the wrong cane. I called the next day (Sunday) spoke to the manager and they remembered us And was very sorry for the inconvenience. They Promised to send the correct one out USPS and send me the Tracking Number. Then we would send the wrong one back postage paid by them. And I should receive it by Thursday or Friday latest. Today is Tues Mid afternoon and so far I have not received any correspondence ( Tracking number) as of this time. I hope they are good to their word so I can give them a 5 Star review.
