We got the pepperoni pretzel bites and thy were okay. Nothing special or fancy. They came out pipping hot and were made to eat right away. The same girl who made our jamba juice, was the same who made our pretzels. She was really nice and made sure we got what we needed.

Service was great. Employee was friendly and informative. Strawberry lemonade was delicious. Pepperoni nuggets tasty and soft. Clean environment. No seating inside, but a counter to stand at. Plenty of outdoor seating.

Outside it's Jamba and Auntie Annie's

Wow if I would of seen the reviews here before we came, maybe I wouldn't have came lol. We noticed this place while we eating across the street at in n out. This is different at least for me, to have a Jamba and pretzel all in one place. Anyway came here and the cashier was having a hard time. Not going to mention his name so his not embarrassed. Maybe he is new....our order was good and we would come back.

This place was deserted on a weekend night. Couldn't find staff. Overall can't go wrong with a pretzel here. Got the almond pretzel. Something different about this location is that they have a Jamba Juice next door. Would come back to get a pretzel without having to go through the mall.

Rock hard pretzel. Have to throw half of it away
    Nancy L.

Got a rock hard pretzel. Have to throw half of it away. It was the last one in there and it looked burnt and hard as a rock. I told the girl I would wait 20 minutes for the next batch. She basically lied to me. "Oh no, it's not hard." We'll yes it was. I have to throw half of it away now. I really wish this location could figure out how to make them soft and not burnt. I guess I'll just go to the location in the mall next time. They never screw them up. But this location they're always hard and burnt. Maybe they need new ovens. It's like these franchise owners have no clue how to run this business.

January 2023 Located across the street from In N Out. In a small strip mall. Parking is available in front. The location is half auntie annes/Jamba juice. I ordered from both businesses. At the time Auntie annes didn't have the pretzels bites I wanted so they let me know the wait time would be 10-15mins. As I waited I was able to observe the friendliness of the staff with every customer. Jamba Juice doesn't offer all the drinks but they did mention that if the customer was looking for something particular they would try to make the drink. Like many other previous reviewers, I felt like the pretzels were a bit on the salty side. I would return for the service and convince of the location.

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets (bottom) and Mini Pretzel Dogs (top)

Although the food was fresh and warm, it was not worth the wait. When I go, I usually come around 4:00pm on the weekdays during my break for school. Whether there are three people waiting or even just one person waiting, the employees take forever to give the orders out. 30+ minutes for 10 mini dogs? For mini cinnamon nuggets? It's good that it's fresh but they shouldn't be waiting till the last minute for their previous batch of food to not be fresh before making a new one. The workers are sweet and the store inside is presentable and clean, but the service just doesn't match.

I hope they improve their training. The size, shape, and presentation could use some improvement.

This is a new spot and I'm glad it's much close to us so we can enjoy and get our pretzel fix. However, because it is new I think the new employees need a bit of extra training to improve their presentation and cooking time. I've had a mix of ok looking and not so good looking mini hot dog bites and cinnamon bites. Also I've had instances where their bread was a bit toasty for my liking. Ok effort on their end, but it could use improvement.

We've actually been to another restaurant under the same company as Rasselbock, so we were delighted to be able to stop by since it's close by! We parked in the very back of the restaurant in the little plaza, and were seated with ease. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating, especially for furry friends. We originally sat inside, but our friend brought his dog, so we moved outside. We had ordered several drinks and had sat at the restaurant for over 6 hours. We ordered a range of BRLO IPA, Hacker, their seasonal beer, and more. As for food, we ordered their jagerscnitzel, Brussels sprouts, truffle fries, spatzle, and beignets! Our friend ordered their bratwurst with sauerkraut. We were very impressed with how delicious and fresh everything was. It was extremely savory and crispy. Quite addicting alongside our beers. Our servers were very delightful and very accommodating to our needs. They provided support and checked in on us frequently. We never were rushed to leave and were able to enjoy our conversations. I'm an advocate for good food, good service, and great brews! Please expect us to be back!

I am not much for drinking beer so I ordered the apple cider with mineral water that has the really long name I didn't even try to pronounce. Our server was a guy who seated us for our reservation at the patio table we reserved outside. He set up a heat lamp but we had to ask him to turn it on. Had to ask him to wipe down the side of the table that had water on it from the rain. Had to pull out the bench to get in. I don't know, just stuff I'd expect the server to handle or ask or be more attentive to instead of waiting for me to address it. Food was okay but not a place I'd really come back to

They are still located near the food court and I came here because T-Mobile had their T-Mobile Tuesday offer of a free original pretzel. I know it's free but this offer was so hard to redeem. First, trying to order from the app was so difficult. It would not let me complete my order so that all I have to do is pick it up, so I was forced to go in and fall in the long line that I anticipated. When I got to the register I inquired if the cinnamon sugar was eligible he said no, only the original. I was ok with that. I asked if I can get one with no salt because I have to cut back on my sodium intake. The guy said, no it's only good on the salted one because that's all we have. He was definitely not accommodating nor friendly about it. It was like it's free, get what you get. The other issue I had with the employee is he was handing me the one pretzel in the paper pretzel wrapper and I asked for a bag, again I got the feeling of I was asking for too much and then, he hands me the bag and makes me have to place it in the bag myself. He should have initially placed it in a paper bag. I will not return here nor redeem even another free offer in the future. There is a competitor in the mall, that I have had much better experience with. I am now not surprised that Yelp has this place as permanently closed.

One of the interesting features that have is that they carry exotic proteins such as alligators, rabbit, or rattlesnake in their links; but if you're more of a vanilla eater, than you're probably opt for the beef, pork or chicken flavored. Either way, make sure you pair it with any of their 10+ beers on tap and you'll for sure enjoy every moment of that bite. I ordered their cheddar bratwurst topped with pickled jalapenos and carmelized onions in a pretzel bun. The wurst was kind of the dry side but beer always helps. I do think sometimes that they over cook it which drys out all the delicious fat out of the links but I am here for drinks and a good time. Great spot to hang out for any type of gathering.
