Turns out, I had a free pretzel for my birthday. So I ordered it through the app (no salt), along with cheese for dipping, and stood in line as there's no special area for picking up app orders. The line took about 5 minutes of waiting. But when I approached the front and gave my name, I was told it would be 10 minutes for my order. There were no regular pretzels made at all. They continuously were turning out pretzel nuggets though. So if you don't want to wait, stick with the nugs! I did feel a total of 15 minutes for a mall pretzel was a bit much, but nonetheless, it was just as good as always. I ate it in peace and quiet in my car and it was pure bliss. I tried the Jägerschnitzel and was very happy with it. A huge schnitzel with plenty of Jägersauce (bacon, peppers and paprika tomato sauce). The sauce had a little kick to it. Excellent. It comes with a nice serving of crunchy French fries. My wife had the schnitzel Wiener Art and had some of my sauce to spice it up. It was very busy, just before a hockey game just down the street. The little yelper wasn't into their cheese burger and took a few bites, mainly focused on the bites and my chicken wing meat. Which for asking for saucy wings, these were like dry.... And I mean if there was a drop of sauce on the plate that was a lot. While I enjoyed the bleu cheese the wings were a notch below average at best. After the food was served, we didn't see our waitress at all....i mean for a solid 20+ mins. Looked around and she was quite difficult to track down , it got to the point when it was time to pay the bill I spotted her near a register and went to her. We sat at the bar and she ordered her usual fave drink, a Mojito. She immediately asked the bartender for a different drink, stating the Mojito was not good. Dinners - 1 flatbread pizza - prosciutto was cut far too thick, almost like a regular ham slice. Pasta - creamy black truffle sauce was very thick/pasty. Staff - No conversation, no smiles, they did ask how our food was and we simply responded with one word "good" but overall the experience felt a bit unwelcoming. Would we return - Nope.
