White Peach Oolong Tea w Grain Jelly
    Shirley W.

I just had dPot right before this so this was HITTING. Great addition and replacement of Gong Cha cause now there's an actual tea shop here. I had an Auntea Jenny from another location and didn't like it as much, probably bc it was definitely way more packed in the other location, and this one was so much easier to order. I got the White Peach Oolong Tea, which was just definitely what I needed! It was so refreshing and light. I asked for 30% sugar but it actually tasted like no sugar lol which I totally didn't mind at all. I also wish the flavor of white peach would come out more. It was just very very subtle. I also got the grain jelly (?) but felt like there was just only a little bit of that. I feel like it didn't really enhance the drink honestly, but I just wanted something to chew aside from boba. So I could do without it next time. For a classic tea, prices are just $4, which is pretty good imo.

PARKING: Big parking structure! If it is super busy, just park on the higher levels. SEATING: It is in a food court so there is plenty of seating. SERVICE: Was greeted by an employee and was told something was out of stock but I came here with no intentions of anything. Looked through the menu via the kiosk and ordered from there. FOOD: This replaced the Gong Cha that was here before. I got an oolong peach ice latte. It was pretty good! Nothing amazing and nothing too bad. But surprisingly it got better as time went by. I was disappointed by the amount of ice but maybe that was by design. I wouldn't wait 30+ minutes for a drink like this but I am glad I tried it with no wait. OVERALL: I would only come here if there was nothing else around and I need a milk tea fix. Love the concept though.

We went to the grand opening for the buy one get one free. The line was not long, maybe 8 people in line, but took 30 mins because everyone took forever to decide what to order. After we placed our order, drinks were ready in 10 mins. We got the following: - Classic mango pomelo sago - Strawberry jasmine fresh milk tea daifuku - Premium jasmine tea latte with grain tea jelly - Six-berry glow pearl boba boost tea The drinks were just ok. Only drink that was good was classic mango pomelo sago. I wanted to try the kale fiber boost tea but didn't see that so maybe they ran out. I would try again if there was no line.

Yay, another Auntea Jenny! Hopefully this one doesn't become as crazy as the Rowland Heights one. We saw that this location was doing their soft opening and came by to order some drinks and eat some lunch nearby. We placed our orders a few minutes after they opened and drinks came out after a normal amount of time (not like Rowland). Drinks are delicious, tastes like the other locations and no complaints for this visit. They took over the Gongcha spot in the food court on the 3rd floor. Fingers crossed it doesn't get too crazy!

I've heard of Auntea Jenny before, but there weren't any locations close by until they opened one up at The Source (located within the food court)! Definitely expect a bit of a wait if you go! I got their premium jasmine green tea latte, which I got at 70% sweetness. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and tea flavor, and I liked how it's not watery like how some places make it. It was definitely one of the best jasmine green tea lattes I've had though! Aside from the wait, which I waited about 10-15 minutes for the drink, I'd highly recommend trying this place out!

Finally! An auntea jenny near me!! We got the Peach Oolong Tea with Daifuku, Classic Mango Pomelo Sago, and Premium Jasmine Tea! I love that their default sweetness is 70% because it was pretty perfect for most of the drinks. The Peach Oolong was still a little on the sweeter side for me, BUTTT I loved the daifuku topping! It's like this soft, chewy white mochi/jelly thing that made every sip so fun. My friend loved the Mango Pomelo Sago literally a dessert + drink in one. And you can never go wrong with a refreshing Jasmine Tea! All the drinks range from about $5-7! For sure coming back to try more flavors.. and I love how their menu is just right & not too overwhelming. The line wasn't too bad either, we didn't wait for too long at all. On another note, I hope they open new drinks/food spots here in the food court at the source because it was pretty dead in there .

Premium Jasmine Tea Latte ($5.49)-- Smooth, floral, enough tea where it's not lacking but it's not super strong either, good tea and milk ratio. I think I just like my tea stronger, but overall it was totally solid, no complaints! I can only vouch for this drink because it's all I've tried but I enjoyed it! I got mine 50% sweet and regular ice. I wouldn't say it's like the most amazing I've ever had... but it gets bonus points for just being at the Source. So 4 stars gets bumped up to 5. Before all we had was Ding Tea and Gong Cha and worse options... this is 500x better than whatever the Source has had before. You actually taste real tea and it's not downed in sugar/artificial whatever. Before if I wanted a sweet treat I'd just get coffee but now there's actual legit boba?? Boba that I can find in the SGV is here at the Source?? A win. For some reason they said this couldn't be made light ice (I ordered in person because kiosk was full) so thought that was weird but no big deal. Just drink it quickly because once it melts then yeah it'll get diluted. I downed mine so quick because it was so hot and it really hit the spot!!

I visited during their grand opening weekend, so I expected things to be a little busier than usual. They're located at The Source and there was plenty of parking available, which was a plus. I wish they had menus displayed in multiple places instead of just next to the cashier. It would've made the wait more productive since customers could look over the menu and decide what they want before reaching the register. We ended up waiting in line for quite a while. It was also disappointing that they had already run out of ingredients for several of their drinks, especially since it was only lunchtime. I ended up ordering a different drink and it was good but nothing stood out. I would consider coming back another time to try to drink that originally wanted and hopefully when they're fully stocked.

**Update: I went on the last night of their grand opening to pick up a fairly large order of drinks for a party. I waited about an hour in line to order at the only kiosk. Unknowingly to customers, the BOGO promotion had been changed to a limit of one per party because they were so busy. This wasn't announced on Instagram, there were no signs explaining the change, and the cashier didn't mention it while I was ordering. I only realized after paying and checking my receipt, then confirmed it with the staff. I didn't mind paying full price, but the promotion was confusing. If the change had been communicated beforehand, I could have gone to a less busy location instead, saving myself 1.5 hours and reducing the workload for the staff during a hectic day. The staff and manager were clearly working hard and doing their best, but the lack of communication made for a slightly frustrating experience.

Currently, they have BOGO on all drinks. They replaced Gong Cha, which was here for years. It looks like the Tbaar café isn't open at the moment--same with milky next door. So, the food court here feels kind of dead. They have 2 kiosks in the front for convenience, and their BOGO deal is from July 30-August 1. This was my first time trying Auntea Jenny, and they seem pretty busy at noon. It took a little over 10 minutes for my order. The lady employee at the pick up was so kind and offered me a bag, then gave me a free pin for their grand opening! It reminds me of Yelp Elite events, where they put a lot of effort into making everything presentable. The bag they gave is definitely reusable and cute. I'll definitely be back, and I'm so glad I needed a drink to cool off in this heat and decided to try this place. My order was the white peach oolong tea with 30% sugar. I suggest getting half because it tasted unsweetened. But, less ice was honored, and I'm sure this business will do well with its quick service, cute packaging, and friendly employees.

    Strawberry Jasmine Milk Tea Daifuku
    Innsu K.

Gonna leave this at 3 stars for now, with a hopeful upgrade. Got a Strawberry milk tea drink with daifuku and it was all sorts of disappointing.... The milk tea tasted like more like I was having a melted yogurt smoothie because of the sour strawberries. Milk tea should be creamy, and strawberries should be sweet, not sour. The mochi was chunky and not smooth at all. My wife got the Pomelo Mango Sago and it was ok. There aren't many options in this area so I'm probably going to come back sometime to try again. Maybe the soft opening aspect is working out the kinks?, but it's weird because the one in Irvine tasted much better during their opening. Service was fine. The vibes are just in a food court so it's just chill. Not much else to be said here

Happened to be in the area and caught them during their soft opening week (Mon. 7/20 - Wed. 7/29)! Auntea Jenny itself is situated in the middle area of the food court, on the 3rd floor of The Source mall. There were about 3-4 workers when we came. The woman who served me at the register was very friendly and helpful! There are also two screens that you can order from to the right of the register. Got the Premium Jasmine Green Tea Latte, less ice, 30% sweetness -- the sweetness was just right, and the jasmine tea was brewed well and not bitter at all!! Comparable to Molly Tea's Jasmine Milk Tea in my opinion, but at a MUCH better price point. :) If you happen to be around, they're doing a BOGO deal soon for their grand opening celebration! BOGO for all drinks during 7/30-8/1 according to their Instagram page (aunteajenny.sca). Definitely will stop by again if I'm nearby! Supposedly my drink, apparently I ordered ice with lime
    Anthony L.

Literally 80% ice. I wouldn't even be surprised if they started filling the ice to the top. Also, the popping boba isn't sweet.

Missing straws for my drinks. Do better staff. Drinks at this location taste a little bland compared to other ones.

They still took our order, but the interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable. While I was trying to decide what to order, they kept emphasizing that they were closing early, which made it feel like we were being pushed to hurry. I understand being short-staffed and didn't expect full service, but basic courtesy and clear communication would have made a big difference. It would have been more respectful to let customers know about the early closing when we walked in, rather than waiting until our turn after helping others. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and poorly communicated.
