2018 nissan sentra with front door static…read more Static in front door speakers caused by wires getting pinched and ultimately exposing the wires under the black protective coating. Had new speakers installed a year ago from a company on holt in Ontario east of Mountain blvd. They did a poor job it seems. Jose who's very honest and professional, explained what could be wrong. He asked if he could inspect the speaker installation. All of this was done in front of me. He inspected the speakers in front of me and showed me where the problem was and how the other installer cut corners by not using a bracket, not securing the wires, and not putting the speakers in properly. Jose repaired their mistakes and sent me on my way. Small facility with big respect.

They were pretty busy and couldn't get me in until next week, but instead of just sending me on my way, the guy working there took the time to help me out. He checked out the camera I bought and let me know it was the wrong one for my setup. He told me exactly which one I needed and didn't pressure me at all to buy from them or pay for an install. He actually encouraged me to install it myself. I ordered the right one he recommended, just put it in, and it works perfectly! Super genuine and helpful -- hard to find businesses like that. Definitely 5-star service and I'll be coming back.

Got my install done off the street and it was done incorrectly!…read more Came to Elite Car stereo and Marissa took me in right away and had her installers fix my issue extremely happy with how fast and well they treated me definitely recommending this place.

Overall, they got the job done, but this will probably be my last time coming here…read more About two years ago, I had a Kicker Hideaway 10" installed in my truck for around $550. I was happy with it and liked the extra bass, so I returned to have the same setup installed in another vehicle. This time, the exact same subwoofer installation cost me $700. Considering the speaker itself retails for around $350, the labor charge felt pretty steep. After the installation, I had to make a return trip to address an issue. To their credit, they fixed it without any problems. However, I later started noticing random deep bass rumbles even when no music was playing. After doing my own research, I discovered my vehicle has an Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) system that was causing the problem. I ended up spending about 30 minutes taking apart my dashboard to access and disable the ANC module myself. The system sounds great now, but I was disappointed that this wasn't identified or addressed during the installation process. These are supposed to be the professionals, and that's why people choose to pay premium prices. In the end, the job got done, but the price was significantly higher than before, and the overall experience didn't meet my expectations. I left feeling like the cost went up while the quality of service went down.
