Dr. Soundz - Inside the shop Enrique took care of us! Took us through the workings of our new radio! Thanks! - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - San Bernardino, California

Bad quality work find somewhere else. Really cheap prices but the workmanship is bad.

Dr. Sounds is by far the best car audio store in the inland empire. You won't be harassed, lied to or try to be convinced to buy anything you don't need. These guys know what they are doing and that alone goes a long way if you want the best installation for your system. Enrique is the manager and always takes care of me when I come in. He's installed speakers, subs and headlights for me and all installations have been perfect and for a fraction of the price these other "professional installers". read more

I had a radio installed in my 77 Lincoln a few months back. My mechanic smashed it up on accident while working on my car. I came back today and they fixed it at no charge. Friendly staff and a great local company to do business with. Highly recommended. Thanks guys read more

I'm very disappointed I got recommended to this dr sounds as being one of the top sound shops around town. I was looking inside of the store the gentleman that was helping me just walked back to the shop as he walked back he was let me know when you decided. I should have walked out that moment. Now I didn't spend 100 or 300 dollars I spent 1250$ for a a sound system that didn't sound much different than the oem system. Before selling my car I took it a shop to have the sub and amp removed. I got a comment from the guys that were uninstalling the system stating hey man you got ripped off they used the least expensive speaker wire the amp end epicenter weren't connected correctly. Now had I spent 200$ cool no problem but for 1250$ it's very unprofessional. I'm also contacting the BBB. read more

I researched Yelp and found very few stereo shops with good reviews. Dr Soundz was the best option. I was not disappointed. The shop was well stocked, clean and being swept by the manager's wife who also works here -this is a family business and I got good vibes immediately. After a few questions and quick look at my system, the owner decided my old system needed to be rewired. He suggested to have the technician rewire it for a reasonable price. None of that high pressure nonsense either. Quick, reasonable price, clean, and friendly! read more

They always have the best customer service. I get all my car sound systems done here and i always recommend people to come here as well. Every-time i have an issue they never hesitate to help me, they are like family. Really understanding and easy to talk too. The best sound crew! read more

Dr. Soundz owner/installer presented himself as being incompetent, unreliable and untrustworthy. Here are the reasons why: 1. I called Dr. Soundz for estimate of Back Up Camera installation. He offered $150 for this jobs. I made an appointment. 2. Upon arrival, he increased the fee for service to $200. 3. After almost 4 hours, he finally said installation was completed. 4. It was NOT completed! I found out that Back Up camera doesn't show the GRID LINES. The main purpose of back up camera installation is having GRID LINES for parking at tight parking spaces. 5. I went back and told him the issues, but he displayed no intention to making it right for missing back up GRID LINE. 6. I just assumed that he is not competent, so I contacted PRODUCT MANUFACTURER. They kindly sent me the detailed instructions how to check, and how to making corrections step by step. 7. I sent this particular instructions to the DR. SOUNDZ owner/installer, immediately. NO RESPONSE! 8. I have been waiting his response for over 7 days. NO RESPONSE at all! PS: I got IMMEDIATE text message from him BEFORE paying for installation. AFTER he receiving the payment for installation, he chose to ignore it, despite of the fact that he acknowledges the his installation issue which I have voiced for 2 times. read more

Great place!!!! I've taken all my cars here. Enrique & Luis are very professional and knowledgeable. Clean sound every time. High-quality work and items. Price isn't bad, either. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else even if I had to make a long drive. Peace of mind knowing I'll be happy with the outcome. Call ahead they always have a car in the shop. Heads up don't play yourself trying to wheel and deal. Enrique will give you a fare price off the jump and he will deliver. Thanks again guys read more

I really like the work that they do I've been here multiple times and have been satisfied every time

Got me in the same day. Fix what I needed to fix for way cheaper than I thought it was going to be. So glad my system is back up and working again. I was so happy with this place I made a second appointment to have other things looked at. This is definitely my new sound shop. I would recommend coming here if you're just looking for on his professional work. They could've charged me four times the amount I paid and instead they chose to be honest with the simple fix to the issue. read more

Horrible communication, the prices are way over priced. The service requested was horrible.

Stopped by this place after a friend from work recommended them. They did not disappoint!! As soon as I walked in I was able to tell them my wishlist of items from the stereo I wanted. They were able to help me find the perfect radio and they didn't upsell me. They told me how much it would be and after I agreed they started working on my car right away. They told me it would take about 2 hours to complete. I waited inside and relaxed and within 1 hour and half they were done. They didn't cut into my dash or trunk for installation. It's very professional and reasonable prices. The guy even explained to me how to work the stereo and let me know I could call anytime if I had any questions or problems. Very helpful!!! After I showed the work to a good friend, even he was impressed and is wanting to get his car done now too. Thanks guys!!! Keep up the great work read more

This place is AWESOME! Enrique is the shit! He hooked us up so much I couldn't believe it. I was quoted from 6 other places triple the amount we ended up paying. We already had a stereo but the amp was bad and 2 speakers didn't fit. They installed our new stereo and we got an amp and two speakers for $150! Couldn't believe it. The truck even smelled good after. Very quick and professional. We will continue to come here for anytime we need something. Thanks guys! read more

This place is great!!! ! Enrique the manager is honest & great guy....... they treat you like family here!!!!

I went here to have some new speakers, a amp and a head unit installed and these guys did a great job. The manager Robert is super cool and very informative and gave a me a very fair price for the installation. The technician Enrique did a great job hooking everything up and it looks professional. I've been to a couple other stereo shops in San Bernardino and felt like they weren't very honest and were always trying to swindle me for more money. You won't have that issue here. Go see Robert and the the other dudes at Dr. Soundz, they will take good care of you and you will be more than satisfied. read more

These Guys are awesome. I originally called about an alarm but I had some interest in speakers and an amp. Finally went in today and these guys couldn't be more helpful. They gave us a great deal compared to others. There estimate time of installation was 3 hours and they finished just under 3 hours. They even did a good trigger for the alarm as well as a video bypass for our double din. When we picked up our vehicle they showed how everything was what they did and the work was perfect. I am definitely going back for HIDs for my other vehicle and possible sub! read more

I quoted almost every shop in the area and Rob at Dr Soundz gave me the best quote on a head unit / sub / + front component speakers installation. Was weary of this place due to not many reviews but I am glad I went here. Turns out they are a new business and they completely exceeded my expectations on how to treat their customers. Extremely knowledgeable in their craft and very fast work. I will definitely be coming back to have further work done on my car and definitely would recommend this place to others. read more
