On the first…read moreoccasion, I had a very negative experience where the employees that I was working with were giving me different prices than I was previously quoted when discussing pricing over Facebook Marketplace prior to coming into the store. I felt deceived, misled, and was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this store. Upon leaving a negative review, the general manager of this location, Talab M. personally reached out to me to try to change my negative impression of this location. Over an online discussion, we were able to verbally come to terms and an agreement which would bring back my business to this store as I had already begun shopping around to other businesses. I could tell by how he spoke to me and by his actions that customer service and customer experience was a major priority of his which is one of the biggest factors to me giving this location a second chance. When we finally met in person, he was straight to the point and we were able to quickly get started on the installation of a new Apple CarPlay stereo system and a back-up camera. While the car was getting serviced, we had a face-to-face conversation where I was able to explain where the disconnect between expectation and experience was and why I felt feelings of deception, disappointment, and frustration. Overall, the installation took about 2 hours. 45 minutes of which were waiting for the engineer to complete his previous task and an hour and 15 minutes of which included the careful and detailed installation of my stereo. Hermis, the engineer, took time to assess my car and pointed out parts that were already damaged to me and the owner Talab was kind enough to recommend places to order replacement parts for and even offered to invite me back to have his employees help me install the replacement parts for free. Hermis also took his time setting up the wiring which was very intricate and also neatly threaded through my car's frame and through narrow places like the trunk's hinges to give a clean and neat appearance. He also went out of his way to directly wire the stereo to the fuse box rather than normally through the rear headlights which allowed for more flexible functionality which was an "above-and-beyond" detail that was not needed but was noticed and appreciated. I had also communicated to Talab that I had just gotten a new license plate frame for a special occasion and would prefer a back-up camera which wouldn't obscure part of the frame. He explained to me that based on my car's anatomy, I was only able to utilize one specific back-up camera which would partially obscure the frame, but he also made the effort to communicate my request to the engineer who ultimately installed the the camera in the least obstructive way possible which was very much appreciated. Ultimately, I was extremely pleased with the service I had received not regarding the installation of my car but also the customer service presented by the staff. They made it clear my negative experience was an anomaly and that their standard is to ensure customers are pleased when they leave. This is a location I would be happy to return to for other work on my car and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was using the handicap parking space because I needed accessible parking, but the owner confronted me and demanded that I move. His reasoning was that it was his property, and he went as far as questioning my condition and saying he did not believe I actually needed handicap parking. A disability does not have to be visible for it to be real. A business owner should not take it upon himself to decide whether someone's medical condition is legitimate or whether they deserve to use accessible parking. Being confronted, questioned, and told to leave a handicap parking space was humiliating and completely unacceptable. People with disabilities deserve dignity and respect--not judgment because they don't "look disabled enough" to someone else. This experience showed me a complete lack of compassion and respect for people who need accessible accommodations. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this business. I would strongly encourage others to consider this experience before choosing to support this establishment.

After explaining his current Infinity Kappa system, the staff recommended Focal ACX 165 speakers, which we purchased. Before installation, another professional audio shop informed us these speakers were not comparable to his existing setup. They remained unopened and unused, but Audio One refused to issue a refund, even after we spoke with the owner. Instead of addressing our concerns, they dismissed the second shop's opinion and claimed they were only trying to make a sale. Ironically, that shop had actually sent my husband to purchase speakers elsewhere before ultimately offering him a discount on a more appropriate set for his vehicle. A good car audio shop should recommend equipment that matches the customer's existing system, not simply make a sale. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before purchasing from this shop.

The owner personally assisted me, taking the time to explain the available multimedia receivers on his computer, including the various price points for the receiver, necessary adapters, and installation. I appreciated his patience and transparency, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. They completed the installation within a couple of hours, and everything worked without any issues. Before I left, the owner even took the time to sit with me and demonstrate how to operate the new receiver and use its features. The product itself was great, and it saved me over $2,000 compared to what the Toyota dealer quoted me for replacing the factory infotainment unit. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work and customer service.

Took in my Toyota 4Runner Limited V8, which I am super protective of, to get a new stereo system…read moreinstall along with a back up camera. These guys took care of it all within a couple of hours. Mike charged me an arm and a leg, close to $1K which is a little pricey but I got the Sony system that I wanted along with a 4K resolution back up camera. The guy that installed my back up camera tried to skip the install and just zip tie the camera to the bottom of my bumper, then I told Mike and he told him to install it the correct way and don't ever do that. But that guy was just trying to skip some work... They did a really good job replacing my stereo system, it came out super clean without any open spaces or issues. But they did fail to connect my stereo system to my controls on my steering wheel so I had to return for another part and to get this taken care of, also my subwoofer in the rear was blown so I had them replace it the same day. Now my car sounds amazing and my dashboard looks better than it has in 20years. Definitely still looking around for cheaper location but if you need to find a reliable place that could service a 4Runner without any issues, then stop by here. The guy that does electrical work owns a 4Runner and knows how to take one apart carefully in under 5 mins to get to the stereo system.
