Very irresponsible and unprofessional. I scheduled an available time for them by phone to drop off my car to check the engine. When I dropped off the car in the morning, they said they could not do now! Then they said they would do the test today and call me back. Nobody called. When I called them, they said, they did not do that, and would do tomorrow. The next day, nobody called me again. I called them. They said my door was not open because I might give them the wrong key!!! Lie. Then I asked them to try other keys. Then they said it was OK, working! They were going to do the test right then. End of the day, nobody called me back again. I called them. They said they did not do test again. Why? No answer! I told them my car was there for days. Then he said, take the car back!!! I had to walk there before it was closed for 2 miles!!! Do not do the mistake I did. Do not work with them. read more

Took my key fob here to get replaced because mine stopped working for my locks and remote start. They looked at it and explained the metal battery housing sometimes comes apart and they could try to solder it for me first and if that didn't work, order me a new one and program it. Lucky for me they were able to fix it! At just $45 it was a way better solution than getting it replaced at Matthews for $180 who didn't even offer to try fixing it. Overall, very pleased, but it did take a few days more than they said and I had to keep checking in on the progress because they kept forgetting about me. read more

I'd give them 0 if possible. Quoted my wife 150 for a uninstall and reinstall on a new vehicle(not the first we've taken them either). So after uninstall it was $48 then they tell her $150 reinstall after they already have the vehicle. Take your business elsewhere because this is simply unacceptable. read more

Took my car in for an annual NYS inspection. I came a bit early, they started immediately. All-in-all took 25 minutes and cost me only 21$. Could not be happier. read more

Do Not Do Business With AudioMan Too bad I can't give zero stars. I was looking for a local shop to demount and mount new 35 series tires. I called them up and told them what I had to confirm they could remove the old tires from the rim and mount and balance the new tires. I made an appointment and dropped of the wheels and tires in the morning. Never heard anything from them all day. I called at noon and they still hadn't started them. Called at 4:30pm and was told they can't get the tires off the rim and they were going to have to decline the job. I arrived to pick up the new tires and the old tire/wheels and all of the folks in the service bays left. I thought this strange but my wheels and tires were sting by the door so I began to load them into the truck. Then I found out why they all left. They tried to break the bead on one of the wheels and scratched the hell out of the wheel. Scratches so deep on the rims edge, there was no paint left, numerous scratches on the spoke section of the rim too. I went into the store to discuss the damage and was told they didn't do by one person, the other person said he told them not to touch the wheel and they didn't believe me. Now the story gets interesting. They look at the damage and said, it doesn't look like anything they could do, then they blame me for bringing the wheels to them (remember I talked to them when making the appointment about what size wheel /rims I had) Then they said to go to a local body shop they use for events like this, get a quote and we will see what we can do. So I did. The body shop looked at it and said, no way we can fix that, we will have to send it out to an alloy specialist. They took photos and allegedly sent them to the specialist for a quote. After 4 weeks and 8 calls to the body shop they have not provided a quote. The entire situation has been a real eye opener about POOR business practices and lack of respect for the customer and the customer's property. read more

My wife had a backup camera installed on my truck at AUDIO MAN. The installation was very unprofessional in my opinion. Wires were drooping under the truck, camera worked sometimes, a large hole was drilled through the rocker panel instead of using body knock outs and rocker panel cover was not reinstalled (I had to install it) Wife informed them of the issues. Their reply was it is a professional installation and if we are unhappy they will remove and reimburse for camera, but she had to pay for the labor. REALLY..... I stopped to talk to them and they denied conversation with my wife (Basically called her a liar). I then informed them of my intentions to make the public aware of their practice and was told they will have me arrested for slander. (IMAGINE THAT) I was angered and invited them to my residence to resolve this. They declined. Anyhow end result is, we paid (in my opinion) the real professionals J & R upholstery to remove the camera and repair / plug the hole in my rocker panel. So we now have a new expensive back up camera that sometimes worked sitting on the shelf in my garage that was purchased & poorly installed at AUDIO MAN. As for us, well yall know where we WILL NOT go again! read more
