When every other car repair place turned me away, including the dealer, I came across this place. When I arrived I met Dan who went out of his way to help me. Without charging me Dan troubleshooted some issues and when I needed to get the car up on the rack they were ready to handle it instantly. After diagnosing the problem and realizing that the broken part was a dealer part, Dan immediately called the dealer to help me locate one same day so they could do the work and get me home. I can't thank them enough. Later I found out that this place is known in the community for being awesome. I went there in August 2024 to have my brakes done. Never felt like they were done properly…read more October 1924 every time I stepped on my brakes, the car shook uncontrollably. I finally in January, went to another mechanic who said they were the worst cheapest brakes that could be put on a car. When the mechanic took them off The rotors were all rusted and corroded. They said they were never done. The rotors were never changed. I paid a lot of money and after two months, I had to redo them. This place is a rip off. They charge you a ton of money and put junk parts on your car, and they charge a ton of money for parts. They didn't even replace. Stay clear. Bad bad Business

This a place where everyone is actually friendly. They do not try to charge you for unnecessary things, which is another A+ in my book! As a female, this has been my greatest concern in an auto shop. They do their best to keep your bill to a minimum. I have even suggested things I thought I might need done and was told that I did not need them. Shout out to Austin and Rob for always taking great care of me. I actually moved out of the area a few years ago, and I still come back. I would recommend them to anyone needing their car done for almost anything!

Handled all the registration paper work, plates and title transfer so we didn't have to hassle with motor vehicles. A minor issue happened with the car two weeks after we bought it and he reimbursed us for repair. Highly recommend.

Devin is the owner and right now he's working alone since he had to lay off all his employees. He's lost 95% of his business due to the coronavirus. I've always felt Devin was an honest man, very important in auto repair. There were several times he could have made an unnecessary repair but didn't. He also has free air for cars and bikes at the side of his shop. Anyway, I got my oil changed and some brake work done while he was at it. The brake work could have held off but I thought I'd help him out over these trying times. His honesty was once again evident when I asked him to check the battery because it failed this week and I had to get a jump due to inactivity, I had the battery a good while. He said it held a charge fine, no need. The guy stays honest even though he's trying hard to keep his business open. So, if you have an inspection coming up or nearing an oil change maybe you can get the latter done early to help him out. He's Long Beach local so it would help us all to keep him going if we can.
