Down-to-Earth, truthful, and excellent customer service. I'm highly-grateful I found this business on Yelp.com. Arthur is the epitome of what a business person should be. No hassling, took about 40-45 minutes to install, and now my car has a great radio thanks to his expertise and professionalism. Simply awesome. read more

As if you cannot tell from my past reviews, this is the place I tend to spend a fair amount of time and money. I just purchased a new car and needed Arthur to hook me up once again. He needed the car all day as it was a ton of work. I got a double din Alpine receiver with 4 new speakers and my sub from previous car installed. The thing sounds great and you can't even tell he had the dash all torn open. I'm obsessive about rattles and I have to say that there's not a single rattle throughout the car. It's great to know that you can count on these guys' expertise when it comes to anything electrical and audio related for your car. I've got nothing but love for the crew up here as they do exceptionally good work. Just do yourself a favor and have them take care of your audio needs in your car. You'll thank me. I promise.... read more

Went there after a nearby competitor screwed up an installation of a Pioneer navigation unit. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, not only fixed what wan't working, but properly adjusted the unit's settings. I've checked out many installers in the Pasadena area, and these guys are easily the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them. read more

This is a first for me--writing a review for a business that I've patronized. I've had two recent experiences with Audio Crafters that cause me to say something. Arthur, the business owner, and his nephew Hambik installed a Bluetooth device in one of my cars and re-did a complicated installation in another auto that another business had botched completely. Arthur estimated costs for the two installations, told me how long it would take and guaranteed my satisfaction. He met his promises on all three: the cost was within the estimate, it actually took less time than he said it would, and he ABSOLUTELY satisfied me on all aspects of both installations. He helped get my second vehicle to the store (riding to my house and driving it back to his shop) and insisted that I understand all aspects of each installation before he'd accept payment--a novel concept given some of my audio experiences! His nephew (Hambik) is a competent young man as personable as is his uncle. The two of them work together without saying much but it's clear each knows what he's doing and what the other expects of him. In the next several days, I'll take my motor home to Arthur's shop and once again let him work his magic on that sound system which several other technicians have attempted to fix, always falling short but never bashful about charging a lot of money. Arthur's approach is a throwback: His first concern seems to be customer satisfaction and everything else flows from there. In fact, he discouraged me from buying a more expensive Bluetooth device because he didn't feel the extra charge was warranted. He's all about the customer. What a refreshing experience. Thanks Arthur and Hambik. read more

Was having a problem with the 6 Disc changer in my Range Rover - dealer suggested taking out the entire sound system and replacing it. Well over a thousand dollars. Took it to Art and he said he would fix it if he could, but only the problem I indicated. No upsell. He got the parts, finished the job in a few hours. For just a fair price. Great guy. Great shop. read more

Thanks Arthur. System sounds great again. After having some body work done a short was introduced into my system. Replacing a suspect amplifier did not solve issue but Arthur took apart the system and found the short. End result my system works great again and I have a better amp. They even fixed issues that the last installer had messed up! Great Job! I will take all my future install work here. read more

An iPod/iPhone cable had gone bad on my wife's pioneer unit. Arthur gave me some tips to confirm whether the cable had gone bad or whether there was something wrong with the head unit over the phone. I purchased a replacement cable and made arrangements for the installation. Arthur took care of us with a same day appointment and had us back on the road in 20 minutes at a very fair price. read more

Arthur did a phenomenal job upgrading my stock car radio to an Alpine unit, along with installing a backup camera. He was always professional, timely, and never tried to upsell or overpromise any goods. The price he quoted was very fair for the amount of labor, high quality of work, and his white-glove attention to detail. Arthur truly went above and beyond, epitomizing excellence in customer service. read more

This si the abslute best place to go for automobile stero. Arthur is fair and very knowledgeable and he wil not sdissappoint you. I have known and been using Arthur for all of my car stereo needs for the last few years and he has been great. The first time I took my van over to have a problem fixed with the amp not turning on, he fixed it in 10 minutes for free! He immediately won my loyalty. Later I had him install a new system in my work vehicle and personal vehicle and have never had any issues with either one. His pricing is very fair and the quality of work is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about his products and is friendly and an easy going guy. I have recommended him to a several people and they have also been very satisfied. Please don't mistake Arthur's laid back personality. He is extremely passionate, knowledgable and a true perfectionist. I love cars and extremely picky about who works on them. My 8 year old luxury SUV needed a navigation and audio upgrade. Arthur recommended a great Pioneer system and speakers that sound like a concert hall. He also upgraded my rear view camera. It was a challenging job but he installed everything perfectly, not a scratch. His prices are also very reasonable. Would not trust anyone else to work on my car. He is amazing. read more

I brought my car here to have a new stereo installed. The owner Arthur was very accommodating. He's 30+ years experienced showed when I picked up my car. He went over on how to operate my new stereo and the installation was perfect. Looked like the car actually came with the stereo. Arthur is owner/operator so you will always get top quality work. I'm coming back to get some speakers installed. Thank for a job well done sir. read more

I found this place here on yelp last November. Since I needed my car stereo replaced, I thought I would give them a try. Arthur gave me a stereo at a great price and did nice clean work. Didn't take long at all. That stereo turned out to be a lemon. (it happens!) I called him back in May and told him about it. He didn't hesitate, he said "No problem at all.come on in. We'll replace it"!!! He was good for his word. Very considerate, accommodating and trustworthy. Nice guy. I'm recommending him to my friends and I'm not going anywhere else from now on! read more

Maybe the last honest installer left in LA? I brought my 1984 Landcruiser in with a system that had stopped working after I had lent the truck to a friend. It was a pretty bad installation by a place in Van Nuys that was recommended by my mechanic about 5 years ago but it has been working all this time anyway. Arthur pulled it out took a look, still nothing. Then he rebooted it and it was happy as a pig in S**T again! $20 and I was on my way. He could have easily sold me a new unit and installation but he was totally honest and a capable technician. I'm sure I'll be back with another of my cars for some equipment soon. Thanks, Arthur read more

I cannot tell you enough how happy I am to have decided to go here. I went in thinking I was going to spend a hefty amount of money on a new stereo, but never dreamed I would get a better one than I originally wanted and at half the price. Arthur said it would take about an hour to install and was done in under that. If you need a new stereo for your car, these are the guys to go to. read more

I wanna start off by saying, THANK YOU. Arthur(the owner of the shop), he is a Master at what he does, top 0.01 percent of car audio install places. I now look forward to my drive to work, thats worth alot. Ive been an audiophile since I was a kid and I finally found a shop owner who is as picky as I am and as enthusiastic about audio fidelity. I have 3 cars I'm installing systems in because of his skills. If you want audiophile sound or concert hall loudness and clarity on a budget, This is the only place to go. To my luck he's only 15 minutes away lol! read more

Called them to ask if they'd install my radio in new RSX, and have it done in an hour. They said they could take me at 4, but since I'd be leaving for work, that wouldn't do. They then told me to bring it now, and they'd try to have it done by 3:30, quoted me 60-65. (After just calling Al and Ed's where they quoted 85+tax) I brought it over, dropped it off, and got a call at. 3:15 saying it was done. Went back to get it, they charged me 55$ and everything works perfectly. Fast, efficient, very well priced. Will probably go back next time I have any audio-related questions. Thanks guys! read more

Okay, this is the situation I got two cars done by art of audio crafter and two years after I found out that the installation was done wrong and had to redo both of my cars.
