I brought in an 06 Prius. The first time around I waited an hour for them to work on it. Average time, average service. I go home and my car is behaving strangely. A/C isn't working and lights are flashing. When I put it in park, it screams at me and turns on the biggest, scariest warning light. I called back and told them, and after getting in touch with my dealer, was connected with the manager. For my safety, he came out TO MY HOUSE and sat and worked on my car for another hour, taking it apart and figuring out the problem and explaining it to me in terms I could grasp. He returned me to the shop and they fixed it for no extra charge, after another hour of labor. An experience I'll never forget. THIS is customer service. Awesome stereo shop. I had my stereo installed at a big box retailer, which was a huge mistake...but thats another review...I wanted to install a backup camera on my truck and these guys made it happen. The installer at Audio Concepts asked me for the wire harness that came with my new stereo so that he could connect the camera. I couldnt find anything in the box. Without the harness no install would be possible...or I would have to order a new one from Pioneer at a steep price. Audio Concepts figured that the big box retailer probably kept the harness in their shop, so THEY DROVE TO THE BIG BOX RETAILER and found my harness! Way above and beyond what a store would normally do. They did the install and it looks like a factory installed camera and works like a charm. I do not hesitate to highly recommend this shop. I was looking to upgrade the head unit in my truck and was looking to get a unit with Navigation and better wattage output. In looking around the internet, I saw that Kenwood units were rated rather highly, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that Audio Concepts dealt with Kenwood and was stocking a unit that I was interested in. The entire process was pretty painless, as it was an uncomplicated installation. But, the install was clean, there were no rattles, and my truck was ready well before the estimated work time of two hours had elapsed. Pricing on my head unit was comparable to what I saw online, and I was happy to keep my business in town. Oh yeah, the nice thing about dealing with Audio Concepts is they back their work, so if there are any problems related to labor, they will fix it right away. I have had 2 trucks brought to this shop, one for a full system install with dynamat and one for custom mounting tweeters. Everything is installed professionally so you know your getting your moneys worth. Even after 3 years the customer service for my install stands strong. I came back in with a sound issue where my left side speakers were cutting out and I was getting engine whine this past week, Jose and his guys fixed it and made sure my RCA's and all connections were secured tightly. These guys rock! Had a job done approx. 4-5 years ago in an older Supra. I was very impressed with the setup and had to come back with my Jeep. I didn't get a full system installed into my Jeep, just two 10 inch subs, amp, bass knob and all the wiring. My sound system finally sounds complete after this install and I LOVE IT! Made an appointment 1 week in advance, came in the day of the appointment around 10:30 and was told it would be done around 4 maybe 3 same day. I got a call around 2:00 saying it was done. I felt bad bringing all my own parts (amp and subs) but the price was very fair! I've been in and out of this shop a few times for quotes and these guys are always helpful and knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. From start to finish I was extremely pleased with the caliper of work/professionalism these guys show at Audio Concepts. Was looking for a seamless integration / upgrade to my Audi A6. Always had aftermarket systems in my cars with oversized subs, etc, but never had a true SQ (sound quality) setup in my vehicles, so I wanted to step it up. Ramon & team convinced me they could get even better sound on a much smaller scale. Let me tell you, although skeptical at first, they were right, and proved it is worth every penny. I thought I was going to sacrifice SPL (sheer loudness), but I was absolutely mistaken. I've never heard any car audio this loud, clean & accurate, yet still ground shaking and chest thumping. Ramon and his team explained everything and took their time making sure I was comfortable with the build. Even called me periodically to ensure I was ok with a few unforeseen situations. I could have left it to them and trusted their judgement as they obviously knew what I was looking for, and clearly know what they are doing. I would post pictures but it would be pointless as you cant even tell this has a monster system in it with minimal footprint. Lastly, and as another review mentioned as I was looking around, these are one of the few places that lived up to the exact number quoted from day 1. Of course they warned if there was anything unpredicted that might change that, they would call me BEFORE making any decisions that would effect the price. This review is undeservedly very belated. About a month ago, I got a new stereo for my car for my birthday. It was just a head unit that was better than my stock one, nothing too complex, but I had neither the equipment nor the desire to solder, so I called up Audio Concepts and asked if I could make an appointment to have it installed. I was about to go on a weekend trip out of town and it was very short notice, so I wasn't expecting to be able to get an appointment right away. The gentleman who answered the phone informed me that while he didn't have an appointment available until the following week, because it was such a simple project he was confident that if I left my car there for the better part of the day, he would be able to work on it in between other cars and get it done. I was totally okay with this as I didn't need to leave until late in the afternoon, and he was right: got it done well before I needed to leave and even took the time to go over all of the stereo settings with me AND threw in a free auxiliary cable.
