I LOVED going to Audi Warwick!! My sales person was Rodney Girouard, and from the moment he introduced himself to me, it was smooth sailing! I initially wasn't 100% sure on if I wanted an Audi or not, but after doing my own research, I decided that Audi was in fact the car for me. On my first visit to Audi Warwick, the dealership was about to close, but Rodney took the time to let me sit in a Q5 (the car I was interested in) and explained to me the major qualities that the Q5 had to offer. He was patient with my millions of questions and did not try to rush me because it was time to go home. Once, I made my decision I called Rodney, and he set up a time for my dad and I to meet with him. Once I'd decided the details of the car, it came to light that the car I dreamed of would need to be ordered. So Rodney made sure to get my order in just in time for the next shipment of cars they'd get. And two months later, she's here!!! Just 48 hours after the ship carrying my car had arrived, Rodney was calling me asking me if I could come in and get my new car! I was blown away at the importance he put on getting me my car, and felt that he made me a priority! Rodney is one of the most patient, and understanding car salesman I have ever dealt with. When I found myself in the market for a new Audi, I had mixed feeling's about going to InSkip Audi in Warwick. I had a bad experience at InSkip Volvo back in 2008, it was so bad I vowed never to go back. I realize that InSkip Volvo and InSkip Audi are separate but its one of those thing's where they are guilty by association - at least in my book. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by my overall experience at Audi. I was lucky to work with Rodney Girourad who was extremely patient and very knowledgable about Audi. I have a sales background and I don't need the sales pitch, just give me the real deal....and he did. I felt like he was honest, I felt respected and he worked tirelessly to get me into the car I wanted - which are all qualities I admire in a fellow salesman. It took me over 5 hours to buy my car and Rodney's patience and understanding from beginning to end was greatly appreciated. He stayed late while we tied up loose ends and although I wasn't able to take my car home the same day (not because of him, but due to some registration details) he went above and beyond with his colleague; Victor Bautista (who was also great to work with) to get it to me the next day - very much to my surprise. We love our 2012 Audi A6, Supercharged vehicle! In the market to purchase a luxury car, we initially considered a BMW. However, after driving a couple of different BMW models we decided to walk across the way to the Audi section. I purchased a new Audi Q5 in August 2012. My sales person was Steven Serpa, I must say he went above and beyond to make the numbers work along with making sure I was getting the vehicle I really wanted... I was being super picky with color for the inside and outside of the vehicle and he never got aggravated or made me feel like what I was trying to pay and what I wanted was unrealistic. We finally found the car I was going to buy... But then realized the car was already sold.. I was bummed thinking I was going to get stuck with the car I wanted BUT in a color I did not want. Steven went out of his way to find my car in the color I wanted, the bells and whistles that I wanted and even gave me a more expensive vehicle for the price he promised me with the other car. I ordered my car back in July of this year, and purchased a '13 S4. Steve Serpa was the salesman who guided me through the entire process, and was very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of answering any questions or concerns I had. The process of first ordering the car all the way to receiving it in September was very smooth with him as a salesman, and I feel that him and the entire team at Audi Warwick were very professional. They were very honest with me upfront, and I did not feel that they were trying to deceive me in any way, unlike some other dealerships. When I picked up the car, I was very satisfied...no dents/dings and looked perfectly clean. This dealership is about 45 mins from where I live, and there are other Audi dealerships that are closer to me, but I decided to go with this one to buy the car because of the good reviews that I read about it. Purchased a used Audi A4 and the process could not have been any smoother or above-board. I initially made contact through the Cars.com website, and my inquiry was promptly and professionally handled by Jonathan Trant. Car was ready to drive when we pulled up (& Jonathan came in on his day off to make sure the car was pulled up in front). Jonathan accompanied us on a very long test drive, knew the car inside and out, and we never felt rushed. A price was agreed upon, paperwork handled, car registered, and we picked it up a couple of days later. Car was beautifully detailed, and had a full tank of gas. Jonathan spent a tremendous amount of time getting all the Bluetooth info from the iPhone loaded to the car's system. Extremely impressed with the level of knowledge and no pressure from everyone we came in contact with, including the finance guy Steve. There was NO pressure at all. We recently purchased an A4 at Audi of Warwick (March 2012) and I must say that all things considered it has been a very pleasent buying experience. I realize that I have barely worn the rubber on the car, so its definitely premature to comment on the full ownership experience although so far the A4 has exceeded my expectations.
