I recently took my 2007 Audi A4 for an oil change, when the service technician stated that a safety inspection would be performed. I though, uh oh - I wonder what is that going to end up costing. But the inspection was no-cost and they took care of a recall before I could even ask about it. The cost of the service was about the same as those 'speedy' oil change places and I even purchased a t-shirt. This was my first foray into buying a luxury brand car, so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. I worked with Syed Ali in buying an Audi S5 Hatchback. He didn't show me anything I didn't want to see, he brought me directly to the car I was looking for. The test drive was a fun experience, and he ran me through all the features on the car. Just bought a new 2015 audi q7 at walters audi in Riverside. We drove all the way from HB because of the low price of our target vehicle. We searched all audi dealerships within 100 miles and they could not be beat. We had good service from out salesmen Eric. It took awhile but usually car buying is not fast. I wanted to give a big shout out to Tasia Gutterud, Audi's Auto Technologist....this girl knows her stuff and I can almost bet she doesn't get paid half of what she's worth! I purchased my first Audi (brand new) a couple weeks ago. I had a small issue having to do with a feature on the car that was not working properly. I must admit I was felt disappointed that they ever left me leave with it not working, upon delivery of the car. And even more disappointed when I brought it back for service and they still did not fix it! That being said, when Tasia came to my home to walk me through all the amazing things my new car does she made me feel better about my purchase. She was patient and explained things in a way I could understand. Her customer service was above and beyond, seriously Audi is lucky to have her! As far as the original issue I was having, it still isn't working perfectly but in the meantime she taught me a work around, so we'll see what Audi does from there! I wanted to purchase my very first Audi. I decided to go to Walters Audi because of the reviews. I wanted to trade in my car for a new car. A salesperson reached out to me via text message to assist, he kept assisting how his manager was so interested in my car and wanted me to go down there for a professional appraisal on my car. I told him exactly what I was interested in as far as my credit, pricing, etc. I told him I would not allow the dealership to run my credit unless I was serious so I can prepare myself before making a final... decision. Therefore, he schedule me with Philip to meet with him on Saturday. I wasn't able to make the appointment and I called to reschedule and they told me Phillip was off. They told me it was a scheduling mixed up. They reschedule me for the following day to meet with Dana and I received another message to meet with Steve. When I arrived to Audi dealership, I walked in with my two little girls and no one would assist me until I had to ask for help (I guess they saw me as a young mother with two kids didn't take me seriously). I explain to the salesperson name Syed, I had appointment with Dana or Steve. He checked in their system, he seemed confusion and went to ask Steve. Steve came out and didn't look at me and starting arguing with him about that he didn't have appointment with me (it's like hello I am in front of you). Then they both walk into Steve's office without saying anything to me, they continue to argue again. Another sales person had to close the office door. At that point I felt humiliated, upset and like I wasn't good enough to receive service from them. My 9 year old daughter said mommy you should leave. I honestly should have. Syed comes back, I explain I am leaving he said please don't take in personal it was a mixed up with scheduling. I explain to him why I am there, he calls Dana he comes over and says yes we can submit your information without running a credit check. Dana explains to Syed to get some basic information from me and to get some information on my trade in vehicle and to get the miles and etc. Well Syed was too busy trying to help another customer (while he was supposed to help me) and he made me get everything for him. Which again, I felt like I was being treated differently. I mean I had a scheduled appointment. They said they will follow up with me the following day. They didn't do an appraisal on the car, I drove all the way to riverside which is an hour. I didn't want to keep putting miles on my car especially since I want to trade it in. I was very clear with them about putting miles and they told me they had to see the car or else they couldn't put a value on it (they never even look at my car). The following day I received alerts from Experian that they have ran my credit (when I didn't allow them to). Then I received a text from Phil asking me if he can go over some things with me. He calls me later that evening to explain that Audi didn't approve me and he needs permission to run my credit with other banks. He said he knows he can get me approved with another bank at longs as I don't have a repo. I said yes that would be fine. I was excited to finally feel like they wanted my business. He said he would text me later when he received an answer from the bank. I never received a text message from him. I decided to follow up the following day. The text messages went on, I have them saved on my phone but Phil kept contradicting himself and I never felt like they wanted my business to begin with. Being very disappointed and saddened, I decided to not do business with them. No one should have to go through what I have gone through in these couple of days. Dishonesty, disappointment, feeling scammed and taken advantage of, and humiliated. read more

Stacey Samuel in service is one of the most kind hearted people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting, not only did she go above and beyond to help us get out of a terrible situation with a previous Audi she insured we left more than happy. I just picked up my third Audi from Walter's last night. After working with them for the past seven years I have nothing but positive experiences and praise to share. This time around, I worked with Syed - someone who I had not dealt with in the past. However, he exhibited the same great customer service as every other employee of Walter's that I have spoken to. He was patient, accommodating, and worked with us to get me into the S4 I was looking at. Often, the salesperson is pushy, far too aggressive, and places you on a timeline of their choosing. That was certainly not the case with Syed. He and Jose - their finance manager - were both extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. In addition, I wanted to give a shout out to Stacy, Julio, Mycal and everyone else in the service and parts department. They have always treated me like family and, as crazy as it sounds, I actually look forward to my service appointments. There was a hiccup once when I picked up my last car but everyone - from sales to service to management - jumped in and fixed the issue right away. I was impressed with how quickly they handled a fluke situation. Other than that, service and attitude have always been professional and approachable. I was given the very first appointment on Monday (The Service Dept. is closed on weekends.) Service Consultants Javier Juarez and Alex Ortiz saw to it that my car was thoroughly tested, inspected and the brake issue explained and resolved.
