We love the car and the dealership. In October of 25 we had our car backed into. It is now February of 26 and we CAN NOT get parts. Audi international has been worthless in trying to get this resolved. Asking if the manufacturer has spare parts doesn't seem like something you should have to ask about when purchasing a new car! The salesman was great! We loved the car and we were all ready to close the deal. Then came the finance manager. He totally intimidated my wife with scare tactics to get her to pay for hugely overpriced add ons. Told her the cars weren't made for every day driving and she needed extended warranty, glass coverage. We left and told the salesman about the finance manager. He called us and told us the store manager would call. Two days later he did and supported the finance managers actions. We wish there was another Audi dealership in Montana as we would like to buy one. read more

Our vehicle has had numerous electrical issues, with zero assistance from the dealership. With each complaint they tell us they are logging it in our vehicle's history at the dealership- only in future discussions to learn that they have never once done such thing. They act genuinely shocked to learn that any electrical system at random seems to fail, and has kept doing so every winter for the last couple of years- maybe only the windows, but also maybe the brakes, or power steering, or center console. They've never ever heard of such a thing anywhere (the VW forums beg to differ, bros). Worse still, my wife calls and seems to get treated as 'less than' because she is a woman. The buttons on the steering wheel have been falling off for 3 years. Every time she calls about it they say that they are ordering them, and it never, ever happens. Now they are on back order and out of warranty. Customer service? Nonexistent at this absolute joke of a dealership. read more

I'm stunned at how unprofessionally, unethically, and downright rudely I was treated by Justin Souza, the Finance Manager. There seems to be a theme in these comments of women being gaslit or treated as if we are liars. Justin literally told me that he didn't care about a representation their sales rep had made to me and my husband (to waive the return fee) when we returned a car because Justin personally didn't make the representation. Audi Bozeman then lied to Audi Financial about what happened, thereby ruining my credit, all because they didn't want to fulfill a promise to credit me $495. We ordered an Audi A6 Allroad last fall and were told up front that the Audi factory can be slow in building special orders, so we expected a long wait. . Today, we got a call that due to supply chain issues at Audi in Germany, they wouldn't be able to build our car. That bad news was balanced by the fact that they actually had a very similar car on the lot. It wasn't exactly what we ordered but it was close and they made a very fair equitable adjustment for the trouble. So this evening, we have a new Audi in the driveway and it was as pleasant as any car buying experience ever. Max was great, as were the delivery folks, and we think that the replacement car is actually better than the one we ordered (mostly due to paint and interior colors). I came to this dealership to test drive a 2023 SQ5. While I ultimately went with a different vehicle, the test drive experience was great. The prime location allows you to assess the car in varying situations/speed (freeway access and curvy roads). We worked with Nolan who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. Audi Bozeman - Loving our new Q5 - Car Dealers Near Me - Bozeman, Montana

I will never return to this dealership or service shop again. The employees in the service department are crooks, super rude and very condescending. I dropped my car off for what I was told would take almost two complete days to have the recalls fixed. When dropping it off I was asked if I wanted to do the 75,000 mile check up. I signed for it to be done left and called back less than 20 minutes later to tell them I had just paid to have it serviced in Billings. I was told the 75,000 mile checkup had already been completed (in less than 15 minutes???). When asked why they would replace a spark plug that was replaced less than 1,000 miles previously the guy told me their mechanics do what they are told. He proceeded to tell me that I am not able to comprehend what he is saying and that it must be over my head. I made several calls to try and get them to put my old (new) spark plug back in and I would just pay the labor which would have only been 30 minutes. Needless to say after over 30 minutes on hold, arguing with two different very rude employees (Mike and Kyle), and having to leave a voicemail nothing was done. I now have almost a $600 bill for services that were just completed. They also told me the recalls would take two days (which I arranged being able to leave my car there for two days), which in the end didn't even take the afternoon bc they called back later the same day saying it was done. Never buy an Audi living in Montana. You are at the mercy of this dealership which I have never had a good experience with in the 5 years I've had that car. On top of it the secondary radiator went out in my car 100 miles past the warranty. Audi told me they would give me a free oil change to make up for it. That oil change is no where in their system. I got the number to the corporate Audi and will file a formal complaint, however after over 1/2 hour on hold twice I haven't been able to get through yet. read more

I want to express my deepest appreciation to Max Ricci for his professionalism and efforts to locate a Certified Pre-Owned Audi A6 with very specific options on it. I came from Colorado to Billings; MT seeking to retire and obtain my dream car. I went to Audi - Bozeman and was greeted by a very nice person who referred me to Max because he was currently with a client. Max took me on a test drive because I had never ridden in an Audi before, but heard a lot of excellent things about them. Wow was I amazed! The A6 was exactly what I wanted but could not afford a new one. Max immediately began looking for what I wanted. Unfortunately, the Audi dealership in CO knew what I wanted prior to visiting Bozeman and called within a few days with the perfect car for me and my budget. It was a demo driven by one of the owners that was just made available for sale. I could not refuse the offer and regret not being able to buy the car from Max. You will NOT go wrong by contacting Max at Audi - Bozeman, even if you live out-of-state! He is honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the Audi product with many years of experience to back up what he says. Thank you, Max. Do not use this service department they are unethical. I scheduled my Audi emissions retrofit and took my car in for this service only. They decided to charge me for a 95,000 mile service which had already been completed. In addition to charging me $570 for this service which I paid another dealer to do 2 weeks prior for $230 they told me I needed to replace all of my fluids as well as my battery and brakes. These items were all deemed good 2 weeks prior from the other dealer. I was told the retrofit would take 8 hours to complete and in prior routine services my car had never been serviced in under 5 hours. This time they supposedly completed the retrofit and full service in an 1 1/2. read more

I very rarely write negative reviews. However, I believe the actions of Bozeman Audi need to be shared with others. I brought an older Audi A6 (1999) into Bozeman Audi because there was no display on the dash. This was right after I had driven it 600 miles from Washington around 75 mph with no problems but the dash. I paid $120 for a diagnostic. They quoted me $2000 for a new dash module. I declined to spend that much so I picked up the car. To my surprise, it was barely running, only going 10 mph top speed. I brought it back to Bozeman Audi and asked them to return it to the running condition it was in when I brought it to them. Both the mechanic and his manager said no. I was surprised as I felt this was something that every customer should expect. In addition, I considered myself a valuable customer having already bought a one year old Q5 Audi from this dealership several years ago. Their response was that they weren't responsible and couldn't find anything causing the problem. A local shop, Straightaway Motors, found a simple vacuum leak and fixed it easily and cheaply. In addition, their quote for fixing the dash module was only $450. Since this situation with Bozeman Audi, I have found others with similar experiences. Most did not review on Yelp. Just so you know, I prefer compliments to criticism and will give Straightaway Motors a 5 star rating for their work. I will never use Bozeman Audi ever again. read more

I was finally ready to get a "new" car after 14+ years. I found a car I liked that was within my price range and was ready to write a check. Andreas "The Greek" was honest and instead of just trying to make a sale, he told me the vehicle I wanted would not end up fullfilling my needs and I would be dissapointed. I thought I would provide an update. We have since in an effort to have our car fixed properly, taken it to another shop out in the four corners area. They were able to quickly repair everything. They obviously knew these cars well and had our entire door working properly, remote entry fob working and reset the window program too. While it was in there they tuned up our Sun roof which had a missing clip as well. Everything works well now. Audi service center still needs to re tint our window as the individual they had do this left a gap on the leading edge. This just demonstrates very little attention to detail in my opinion and fits which almost every service we had completed here. If you have an Audi maybe they do better work, I would a absolutely never take them anything else though. read more

I had several similarly bad experiences with Bozeman Audi. A few years ago our A6 became invested with mice. Insurance covered the $11,000 plus repair. When we got the car back the satellite radio didn't work, a shifter panel was cracked, and the radio reception was very bad. They took the car back and fixed none of the above on two occasions. They told us the radio receiver was bad, needed to be replaced and was not their fault. They billed us $700 for a new unit. Not surprisingly it didn't work any better. Finally they said they would fix the remaining issues but wanted $2,500 to do so. I ended up fixing all the issues for $179. I wrote several letters to the general manager. No response. I drafted half a dozen e-mails. No response. I left several polite phone messages. No response. My son's car was having transmission issues. I Googled the issue and found that there was a massive recall as a result of a class action suit. We took the car to Bozeman Audi. I didn't mention the class action suit to the service desk. They tried to bill me $1,300 for the repair. When I produced the documentation on the suit and resulting settlement, they disappeared for 30 minutes before returning to say they would cover only part of the repair. Suddenly some components of the repair that hadn't previously been mentioned weren't part of the recall and needed to be paid. Last, my son took his car to Bozeman Audi for an oil change. They told him it would be $40.00 and change. He went to the ATM got the cash and returned at the designated time. They billed him $120. He had to call me in Helena to use my credit card because it was late in the day. He was angry and humiliated. Audi is supposed to be a luxury car dealer. They behave like a used car lot. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! JUST BECAUSE AUDI IS ON THE SIGN DOESN'T MEAN THEY LIVE UP TO THE AUDI REPUTATION OR AUDI NAME. Dan read more

What a joke of a dealership. Our car has been in four times over the last two months because they can't seem to get things right. Today was supposed to be the complimentary detail, as a way to make things right after all the headache, and after we drop it off at the scheduled time they tell us they don't actually have time to do what they said they would do. They can't even manage to do one thing right in an attempt to make the situation slightly more positive on our end. So we will have a half-clean car. Thanks for nothing, Audi. I purchased a $20,000 truck from Bozeman Audi and there were a few nickel and dime things that were unsettling at first but accumulated into a major annoyance. - they only provided one key, told me I could get another cut anywhere ($60, 5 minutes) - the remote for the auto start and door locks had dead batteries so those functions could not be tested ($2, 2 minutes) - the bed cover had no keys (mailed to me for free from manufacturer) - the cab liner had a stain running from one side to the other near the rear window and was missing a fastener, allowing the liner to sag (stain likely from a leaking gasket at the cab brake light). As part of the purchase agreement this was to be cleaned and fixed, along with a faulty seat heater. When I picked up the vehicle I asked if they had been able to remove the stain and was told they had tried but it was completely through the fabric and the whole liner would need to be replaced. Looking at the headliner it was obvious nothing had been done to fix it, the fastener was still missing and it was clear there had been no attempt to clean it, let alone address where the cause of the stain was coming from. I suspected the service guy was lying through his smile and decided to let the dealership know I was less than satisfied. At that point I was going to let it rest. However the salesman called to give me a story that he actually went back while they were trying to remove the stain and tried himself as well but it was permanent, there was nothing that could be done. I tried a damp sponge on the stain myself and it worked somewhat, so I tried some generic stain remover and it came out completely in maybe 15 minutes. They had never bothered to replace the $2 push-in fastener. When originally speaking with the salesman we asked if there was a 30 day warranty or similar and were told we shouldn't worry at all, Bozeman Audi is a quality dealership and they would not want to tarnish their reputation. They did have the seat heater fixed, and a tire pressure sensor that was malfunctioning, but if both service and sales are willing to lie and appear inept to get out of doing 15 minutes of cleanup on a $20,000 sale, how am I expected to believe their mechanical inspection, fluid changes etc. were ever even performed? Also, when I left the dealership I asked if I had everything I needed from them to register the vehicle. They indicated that I only needed to go right down the street to the MVD and everything would be there. They did not tell me that this may take a week or more, so I went and wasted two hours at MVD to find out the papers were not there yet. Lastly, when I took the truck in for the repairs it was low on gas, admittedly. However they needed to take it to Ford to have the seat heater repaired and in the week+ they had it they couldn't find it in the budget to put $5 in the tank. When I picked the truck up the warning came on that there was less than 1 mile left till empty! read more

I bought an older model, low mileage used VW from this dealership in late April. Shortly after driving home I noticed creaking noises and chirping in the front end. It turns out the car had blown struts and failed control arm bushings ($1,100 repair cost). It's a buyer beware world even when buying from a reputable dealer. This car was a trade in from one of their clients and since Bozeman Audi had been doing the service on it up to the time of sale, the condition of the struts and bushings must have been known to the dealer. It was characterized as " a very clean car" to me. Nice staff, which almost makes it worse. read more
