I highly recommend Audette's Garage Door Company! Brian is one of the most thorough and professional service technicians I've ever worked with. He took the time to ensure my garage doors were functioning properly and explained everything clearly, which gave me complete confidence in his expertise. His knowledge of the business is outstanding, and it's obvious he takes pride in providing quality service. On top of that, Brian is friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I had a broken spring on a garage door system that had just been replaced a month earlier by a big name company. Definitely did not want to use them again. Brian was referred to me by a neighbor. I'm very happy with my choice! Great communication, fast service and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend! read more

Called and left a message regarding I needed a garage door repair, didn't even get a call back, shows a lot how this person runs their business. At least next time I know not to even bother. read more

Quoted quickly- with a fair price. Scheduled right away and arrived as promised! Installation completed and remotes were programmed. Made sure I knew how to operate the system and cleaned up behind his work! I HIGHLY recommend! read more

He advertises repairs, but calls you cheap if he can't fix it. I was referred by a contractor friend to have him install a belt on a garage door opener. Said to buy the proper belt and he would come by and install it, which I did. After a few weeks he made it by and apparently couldn't get it to work properly. His response? He fires off a vulgar text accusing me and the contractor of being cheap for not just replacing the garage door opener. Leaves job unfinished with parts strewn about the garage and foyer of the house. I guess I should be glad he did no more damage since I was away. The irony is, he had replaced a garage door at another location for me, so it's not that I'm cheap...I just figured incorrectly that he could replace a belt on garage door opener without losing his marbles. Just wildly unprofessional. read more

The owner Brian stoped by same day I called, and ran through my options. We ended up replacing the door with a brand new one, which was installed early the following week. Great communication, great work, and a great price! If you are in need of a new garage door or service of an existing, just give them a call! read more

Audette's garage door is the one to call for any issue. My neighbor used Brian Audette after seeing work he'd done for another neighbor. Both of their garage doors turned out beautifully. On a Sunday morning, trying to get groceries in the house, our powered garage door opener had its chain drive snap. I realized our torquemaster spring was broken and was stressing out the motor. I called his 24/7 phone number and left a message. He returned my call within the hour. He was able to quote me a price over the phone after sending a few photos of my current setup. He had room in his schedule to fit us in the next day. He was on time, communicated clearly and did excellent work. I cannot recommend Brian and Audette's Garage more. read more

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Audette's Garage Doors. Bryan went above and beyond to meet our expectations. When I requested more information from his website, I got a call back within minutes. He was able to come give me a quote the same day! He was the second quote I got and his was less than half the price of the first one. We were able to personalize our door, choosing company, color, design, etc. It was nice to feel like we had a say in the process. Not only was he prompt, but very personable, too! We ordered with him later that day. The door was ready a week earlier than promised and installed the same week, along with a new opener. It is clear by the quality of his work, and the care he puts into the details that garage doors are his passion. Bryan will be our go-to guy for all future garage needs! He truly takes the phrase "under promise and over deliver" and brings it to life. Highly recommended. read more

I chose Brian because of the great reviews he received on Yelp and I was not disappointed. It was, by far, one of the most stress-free repairs that I've done thus far. After doing some research, and pricing out doors, Brian came in at a very reasonable bid and didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't need. The doors look great and, because I was at work during the install, he even sent me a picture when he was done! I've tested both doors and they work beautifully! I will certainly be passing his name along to anyone who needs any work done to their garage doors. read more

Brian came by the house to look at my current garage door opener as one of the springs had busted and I wasn't sure if I should replace just the spring or the whole system. Brian made some helpful suggestions and ultimately I took his advice and changed out the 18 year old system. Brian was incredibly rude and came across very arrogant. I understand people taking pride in their work but his arrogance was through the roof. Id rather pay a little more money and not have someone so rude. read more
