What a fantastic experience all around! I called Mace Garage Doors and Michael promptly answered, was super helpful, honest and made himself available quickly to fix a broken spring. He arrived exactly on time, could not have been more friendly or knowledgeable. The broken spring on the door was undersized, he explained everything, including the technical details, placed a special order for the correct size spring, went and picked it up from the distributor, came back, installed it so that the door is so balanced, you can open it with one finger. He recommended I change out the rubber gasket on the bottom of the door that keeps bugs out and showed me why. He basically charged me his cost on that, which was incredibly reasonable. He adjusted and lubed the garage door for no additional cost just because it was the right thing to do.
