Dr Auda is a God send and has helped me and my family so much over the years with our pains. He goes OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we are all taken care of. My daughter went in while she was in early labor and adjusted her so she could have the baby easier. The baby slid right out. He has helped us with issues that aren't even chiropractic, like I said, he goes over and above what we ask him to. The front office has always been great. There is a wait, but I know to book him early or when I don't have to be somewhere within 2 hours, I am fine. I will continue to go and take my family. Dr Auda is much loved by us! read more

My family and I have bern going to Dr AUDA for over 25 years. He is incredible competent. He helped my elder mother with neck jaw pain when dentist and doctor could not. He has helped me lengthen my leg which had a hip replacement. He know how to fix so many injuries but also does not try to fix things that a different type of doctor is needed. He gives exercise info. He's very very optimistic about healing. I've heard so many patients in the waiting room just speak so positive about how much Dr AUDA has helped them. Dr. Auda has been my chiropractor for 6 years. He knows my issue the moment I walk in the door. When I leave, I always feel 10x better than when I arrived. Dr. Auda is always concerned with your overall health and will ask you questions to know where he should focus on when doing your adjustment. The staff is always helpful and accommodating. First I'd like to say I've been a patient for many many years and boy has he changed! The office is dirty, dingy and is never clean properly. The staff is not required to be fully vaccinated or get booster shots as required by the state. The chairs and the carpet are the worse! Equipment is old and outdated. The new Regina manager is nice and bubbly at first but gets into every conversation! She even has recently tried to lie to me about my insurance and what it does and doesn't cover. She started charging me as a cash patient when I have enough visits for the year if he would do his reports like he is suppose to and release me when needed. This goes in regards to I'm sure others as well. Please don't let them fool you like they did me once you're a patient you can never leave they will hound you and call you multiple times to make another appointment even if you state you are not interested. You never get a release date you can go every week of every 2 weeks for years on end. Just recently, the doctor has started not give full adjustments. Sometimes nothing pops at all. He is always overbooked, and they will often blame it on an "emergency" patient or say he is just a little slow/behind he always is. The wait time for every appointment before you even see the Doctor has been extended to 1.5-2 hours minimum. After you waited over 1.5-2hrs your adjustment takes only 5 minutes but his conversation might make it 20-25 minutes. So your appointment from start to finish takes anywhere from 1.75 hours to 2.5hours if not more. So if your looking for a chiropractor who's appointment take anywhere from 2-3 hours or longer then this is the place for you! read more

I love this office. I have been receiving chiropractic care for several years. I am new to this particular office as I moved here from out of state. What I realized is that I may have to wait a little longer than I prefer, but I know that Dr Auda does not rush his time with his patients. He is very caring and thorough. Saw Dr. Auda today for the first time. Am always a little scared to see a chiropractor for the first time. Dr. Auda was friendly as was his staff. He is a great chiropractor. I had no problems with the office staff, they were courteous and efficient. He gave me the works (massage, ultrasound, roller table, and including the adjustment. I left feeling like a new woman. Before starting this review I would like to say that Dr. Auda was extremely helpful in relieving the pain in my lower back. With that being said, I have chosen to visit another chiropractor due to the front office staff. On two different occasions I have waited in the room for almost an hour without being checked on. When I spoke with the person at the front desk she was beyond rude and very unprofessional. She told me that she had already told me that the only time you don't have a long wait is at 8 AM and 2 PM. No one has ever told me any such thing. They are over booking Dr. Auda and expecting the patient to wait unattended for extended periods of time with no push back. So, in conclusion if you have an hour and a half for a 20 minute appointment and have no issue with rude office staff, Dr. Auda is the place to go. Personally, I would rather give my business to an office that is considerate of its patients time and goes the extra mile to be friendly and helpful read more

Being very active and accident prone at the same time, I've seen quite a few chiropractors over the years, no one has come close to the quality of care and expertise that I receive from Dr. Auda. I've been seeing him since 1999 and I'm not sure where I'd be without his help. He's helped me rehab through multiple surgeries, a dislocated shoulder and knee, separated ribs twice, 4 acl tears, mcl sprain, compressed spine, minor achilles tear, tendon separations, torn calf, it goes on and on. He's kept me out of surgery many times unless it was a necessity. He's given me nutritional and supplemental advice that has made changes in my life. He's not only been a good Dr, to me but he's also been a good friend and counselor. Though, it is true, you may have to wait awhile to see him but if you're prepared for that it's no big deal. read more

Very disappointed with overall experience. Appointment was at 330, waited in room and by 425 still had not see Dr. Told staff I would have to leave, they wished me a good weekend like it was no big deal I had just sat in a room for almost an hour. Gal at front desk is very unfriendly, borderline rude. Dr. Auda was very nice, but the overall experience wasn't worth it. Seems like they are trying to book way too many appointments and don't care if people have to wait....poor office management. read more

The staff is friendly and professional, the Dr. Does seem to know his stuff and I have been getting results. That being said they continually run behind and i have had to wait at least twenty minutes past my appointment time and an hour being the longest wait. Equipment and tables are outdated to say the least. Many other better choices in area. read more
