Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. Joel was responsive, clear about timelines, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. His pricing was fair and straightforward, with no surprises. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Joel went above and beyond on every detail, and somehow still managed to get the job done quickly without cutting any corners. I'm extremely pleased with how everything turned out. On top of being a skilled craftsman, Joel is genuinely one of the friendliest, most pleasant contractors I've ever worked with. It's rare to find someone who delivers top-notch work and is a pleasure to have around. If you need drywall work done right, I can't recommend Joel and Guzman Drywall highly enough. He was so easy to work with to decide how best to accomplish my goal for the project. He was reasonably priced as well. I just noticed that he even put my water hose back where I stored it before leaving! These little things make such a big difference! Highly recommend him for any project.

The previous contractor had left it with visible drywall screws wide exposed cuts, etc. It looked terrible. After panicking because our countertops were scheduled for installation and looking through Jasons Yelp photos, we knew we needed to get on Jason's schedule. He books out sometimes 3 weeks, and this was last minute. We ended up delaying our countertop installation by 3 weeks in order to have him do the work. Waiting for Jason to do the work was 100% worth having a plywood island top for those 3 weeks. He showed up on time and got right to work. His cuts are precise, and the extension he built looks like it's always been there. We ended up hiring him to extend our kitchen cabinetry to the ceiling and add crown molding to it, as well as add trim pieces to our cabinets' blank sides before we had them painted. We also hired him to modify and install a wood hood over our stove top. Everything came out perfectly. We are more than impressed with his work and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. This guy is a professional and the best kind. There was not one bad surprise with him. He even gave me some tips, as I was filling the cabinet handle holes prior to getting them painted. They came out perfectly. Thanks, Jason!

We needed a complete over-haul incorporating the kitchen with the dining room. They reconfigured walls, moved the sink, installed a new window and new door. We ended up having them resurface and paint the living room walls since the kitchen walls looked so good (we went from textured to flat). There were carpenters, plumbers, electricians, an amazing sheetrock team and other specialists that helped with everything. All of the professionals that did work, did everything according to code and I'm happy with the end result and quality of work inside and out.
