No excuse. So here I am, back on Yelp, looking for someone who not only does the job but shows up when they say they will. Or at least calls/texts to say I'm sorry I couldn't make our appointment(s). They trimmed two live oak in my front yard that had branches nearly touching the ground in spots, and two ash in my back yard that were very sad looking trees. They look much more healthy now, and they cleaned up all the trimmings very well. Also, their customer service was great, especially if you have a flexible schedule, which I did. I learn that a lot of what other trim trimmers I've used before was incorrect. Langston really cares about the trees and gave me information on other shrubs I am trimming myself. My oak took quite a hit in the last ice storm and had lost its shape. Not only did they trim the branches that hung over my roof but they also got it back on track to looking majestic again. They used quality machinery and lifts instead of some guys climbing in my tree. Everything went better than expected and the clean up was done nicely too.
