I don't know, maybe I just look lost! Ha! The store is always well stocked, and has a wide range of products, from typical hardware to bird feeders, bird seed, paint, BBQ seasonings and implements, grills, smokers, lawn equipment, chimaneas, specialized wood chunks like mesquite, pinion, hickory, live plants. It's really pretty fun to see what all they have! Ace gives that small store attention but plenty of selection!

Neither should you. They look like a hobby lobby with hand cream and fancy soaps when you walk in - not a hardware store.

Updating my review of Lowe's in Owasso for one simple reason.... the total lack of cashiers…read more I absolutely LOATHE self checkout and avoid it at all costs. And since Lowe's is swallowing that model hook, line and sinker I'm avoiding Lowe's wherever possible. All things being equal, they have the same stuff Home Depot has, absent friendly people to talk to, so given that, why would I go to Lowe's? Corporate seriously needs to reevaluate this policy.

I want to applaud Service Manager, Debbie, for her commitment to Home Depot's 2 star Yelp rating…read more Imagine if that kind of devotion could be redirected towards trying to increase her store's score. When a Service Manager can't see past the sticker on the paint can, that's a sign that someone shouldn't be in that role to begin with. Evidently, when it comes to paint, Home Depot has a "Buy at your own risk" policy. It breaks down like this. "If you buy paint from us, and we don't mix it right, you can't return it because there's a sticker on the can that says so." That is what actually happened tonight. This woman was going to stick to that that sticker like it was stuck to the can. She acted like I as the one who mixed the paint. I had to get really riled with her in order to get my money back. Here's what went down. I pulled out a paint swatch and realized that it was from Lowe's. The girl behind the counter said it would be okay because they could still match it. I said, "Are you sure?". She said yes so I gave her the green light to mix it up. Well, I got it home and after pouring some in the tray, you could see that it was way off. So I took it back. That was when I had this awesome customer service experience from an old pro like Debbie lol. Ultimately, I got my money back but it wasn't without having to verbally throw down over it and the audacious impunity she displayed over this issues certainly shouldn't be overlooked by anyone above her pay grade. Hey Owasso Home Depot, you want to get better reviews? You need to lose managers like Debbie who can't see past a sticker on a can of paint. Check out my fun fact below and make some changes. You just lost a customer tonight. Fun fact: Lowe's does not have a "Buy at Your Own Risk" paint policy. If you're not happy, they'll take care of you, which they did.

Picked up my Dixon lawnmower after they were to put a new belt on. They had the unit for weeks…read more They put on a new belt last year, which had 5 hours of run time on it. It fell off first time I mowed this spring. They also said it needed all new springs and pulley's, est. $500. I said just replace the belt and one spring that was missing. They charged over one hour of time to replace a 10 minute belt replacement. Five years ago my nephew replaced the same belt in less than five minutes. Total bill for belt and spring was over $199. Either the tech was incompetent on replacing the belt or padding his time. I brought the excessive charges to the clerk upon check out and the fact that I paid over $500 last year for a new belt and other service on the mower. It fell on uncaring ears. Needless to say, I will find a more timely and reasonably priced mower service store next time. After buying 3 mowers and many service calls, over the last decades, my last dollar spent at this store is over. You make your own call, but I strongly suggest you get an estimate on the time they say is needed to replace a part.
