We found what we came for on this trip, but when you walk in, you got heart jump start, with the Halloween decorations. You also might warn customers when you flip the store around( like a note on your facebook page), so mass confusion does not take over(people get used to being able to find things efficiently and that says a lot). I like to stock up on household items here because it's cheaper on most things! But my favorite things to get at Ollie's are books and rugs. The book selection is better than lots of big box stores and a fraction of the cost. Rugs are also so expensive most places, and Ollie's not only has a big selection, but super affordable options. The staff are generally very kind, but you will have to wait a bit if it's busy because there's usually only one cashier.
