Picked up my Dixon lawnmower after they were to put a new belt on. They had the unit for weeks…read more They put on a new belt last year, which had 5 hours of run time on it. It fell off first time I mowed this spring. They also said it needed all new springs and pulley's, est. $500. I said just replace the belt and one spring that was missing. They charged over one hour of time to replace a 10 minute belt replacement. Five years ago my nephew replaced the same belt in less than five minutes. Total bill for belt and spring was over $199. Either the tech was incompetent on replacing the belt or padding his time. I brought the excessive charges to the clerk upon check out and the fact that I paid over $500 last year for a new belt and other service on the mower. It fell on uncaring ears. Needless to say, I will find a more timely and reasonably priced mower service store next time. After buying 3 mowers and many service calls, over the last decades, my last dollar spent at this store is over. You make your own call, but I strongly suggest you get an estimate on the time they say is needed to replace a part.

We found what we came for on this trip, but when you walk in, you got heart jump start, with the Halloween decorations. You also might warn customers when you flip the store around( like a note on your facebook page), so mass confusion does not take over(people get used to being able to find things efficiently and that says a lot). Otherwise as mentioned before, the trip was successful.

Went to buy electrical parts and at first they brought out the wrong conduit. They put it in my…read moretruck and I drove home to find out that they had given me the wrong size. I called them and asked if they could deliver the correct conduit. They informed me that they didn't have any in stock. I asked if they could check with their other store. They said that the main store had 20 in stock. I asked if they could get tomorrow and deliver. He said that he wasn't sure if they were getting anything else from the main branch. I said can you call to find out. He didn't want to call. I asked him on 3 different occasions to call but he wasn't going to do that. I said ok I will bring everything back and go to Lowe's. I took it back to get my refund and they were trying to figure out why the total was different. Third mistake from them. I told them to give my money back so I could go to Lowe's and they could figure out what they had done Merton their time. Will never go back because of lack of customer service. And the big surprise was I bought everything like I did there and saved $12.00.

His message to us was " just try again next week"Tahlequah is more expensive than Lowes and Lowes has far better CS. Don't waste your time.
