The store is always well stocked, and has a wide range of products, from typical hardware to bird feeders, bird seed, paint, BBQ seasonings and implements, grills, smokers, lawn equipment, chimaneas, specialized wood chunks like mesquite, pinion, hickory, live plants. It's really pretty fun to see what all they have! Ace gives that small store attention but plenty of selection!

I politely left the store. obviously this manager was way out of line, and needs to realize this is NOT his store, it is the company's store, and that he is just an employee of the company. will never go back to westlake ace hardware again. never do any business with westlake ace hardware, they obviously do not respect or care anything about their customers or customer service.

The store has such an excellent mix of tools, hardware, and a surprisingly complete kitchen gadget and cooking supply section. Dan offered to help us and he tried the first time we went in and asked questions about an outdoor kitchen as well. He starts off with he is not the expert on outdoor kitchen appliances and basically just reads the signs to you. We picked out what we wanted and sat down to get an estimate with Dan. I questioned his numbers and he ensured me it was correct and I continued to question it and I was correct. He entered the wrong sku and if I wouldn't not have said a word we would have paid double for what we didn't even ask for. We asked about the grill coming with everything we need and he assured us it did. Well..... you guessed it, the hose that connects the grill to the natural gas spicket that was already built in to the home does not come with the grill. I called Metro Appliance back and spoke with the expert who had to call the Blaze rep and call me back and was not giving me the correct information for what I was asking. I called Blaze myself to get the answers I need. Metro Appliance does not sell what you need to go with the grill so I ordered it off of Amazon for the win and it will be here in a day. If I never have to walk in this store again I would be a very happy camper. The attitude you get from the gentleman sitting at the desks when you first walk in and the lack of effort or interest to assist is unacceptable.

My research pointed me to Timberwolf brand blades, and Woodcraft is the local supplier. People are out of the world friendly. Store is stuffed with almost everything a woodworker would need and they have classes and an actual shop area. In back is a well stocked lumber area with all kinds of 'usual' and exotic wood.
