Rotten customer service; refused a simple one item exchange on a unopened chain saw chain that was of the wrong model number (chain was a 445 and I needed a 455). Forty plus dollars wasted; better not use chash and misplace your receipt. What company doesn't do simple exchanges?! They lost me as a customer over a forty dollar item when they could earn thousands of dollars from me purchasing other products from them. Not a good business model. read more

We purchased a Samsung side by side refrigerator in December. Last week it went out. Lowes wont help. I am dealing with Samsung myself as the warranty is with them. I was not told this when I purchased it. I was offered an extended warranty I could purchase and did not do it. I thought it would extend the length of time of warranty it does not. I have called and called customer service over and over today. First time I spoke with a young lady and she said she would try to help. She never came back to the line. That was at 10 this am. I have called over and over and they wont answer the phone. So Steve and Taylor you need to do something about this. As Store Manager Steve and Taylor Appliance Manager you need to get with it. But then Taylor was suppose to call me back last week and never did. Great customer service. No wonder staff is like they are. read more

This is the second time in four years that I have experienced significant issues when ordering an appliance. I should have learned from the first experience. Each time, the day before the scheduled delivery (after taking time off work and making necessary arrangements) I was notified that the estimated delivery date had been moved. I requested and received a full refund this time, as I am not willing to go through multiple delays again. I genuinely wanted to give Lowe's a second chance, but it is simply not worth the frustration. At this point, it is clear that the delivery dates provided cannot be relied upon. read more

The Lowe's assistant manager was not willing to respond to a request for bulk discount to help my fresh out of college nephew with a renovation project. I stated that I would go get the need quantity for the bulk and just return the excess. The manager threatened to refuse the return. I'm quite disappointed that a large multi-billion dollar corporation would not provide a reasonable discount to a kid just starting off. Other large home improvement stores and direct competitors to Lowe's do provide this. Next time, we will go to the other place. Lowe's needs customer service oriented managers. read more

This is the 3rd time in a row I have gone to Lowe's and left empty handed. They have a hard time keeping things like hinges and small pieces of plywood on hand. The one piece they had on hand wasn't good for nothing but scrap! I will be taking my money and time somewhere else. read more

We bought flat brick 2 days In a row and river rock yesterday. We received no help loading onto the cart or in the truck. 2 young employees yesterday had blocked the isle we were trying to get into with their fork lift so they could sweep out a cubby hole. We had to go around. My husband was not offered any help at all. They were tobusy singing. Your store has gone to crap. No customer service at all. Just remember a customer does not have to ask for help, it's your job to offer it.​ read more

This place has the worst most unorganized management and staff. Lumber is never fully stocked and they never have their prices updated Michael the manager was rude and told me that I should leave and wasn't helpful or friendly at all when I was trying to buy a washer that he said was "out of stock" but the associate said that I could get one from another store and they would send it here. When I did this it took over three months to come in and it was a simple task of getting a washer to the store. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from here as the associates aren't nice and the staff is unprepared read more

Absolutely NEVER EVER buy a Lowes extended warranty. Its a complete scam! I purchased a LG refrigerator from Claremore Lowes July 2020 and paid extra for the extended warranty. Our LG frig went out a month ago. Lowes started to do the right thing by having it repaired. Then instead they decided to give me a gift card to "replace" it for $1200. I asked why it was being "replaced" and they said because it was too expensive to fix. Problem is the exact same refrigerator that can't last more then 2.5 years is now $1600. They refused to give me anything except a store credit. So Lowes is trying to force me to "replace" my frig at their store so I will pay the $400.00 difference and I am sure will try and convince me to buy a worthless warranty to go with it. I have called Lowes customer service, LG, and the Claremore Lowes store and got told sorry about your luck. So much for repair or replace. Thats a lie. read more
