On a Whim carries more up-scale designers. They have clothing, hand bags, shoes, jewelry, baby, and home accents. Also, one of my favorites, On a Whim is one of the few stores in Tulsa to carry Kendra Scott jewelry! The staff is very energetic and always willing to help. It is a very fun store. There is street parking along Peoria, but there is also a large lot behind the store. Again, it is somewhat expensive, but this is the place to find the designer brands. It sounds like a few people went in once and had a bad experience. As someone who has been going here for years, I will say only a couple of times have they been slow. Majority of the time everything is excellent. I'm happy that they are in the historic Belvidere mansion now. You're even welcome to take a trip up to the second and third floor if you'd like to see a historic home. It's a place I take family who come from out of town. You get a cool tea room experience and a trip back to the Victorian era.
