Ordered flowers for my Niece's Prom weeks in advance and paid almost $60. Saw many great reviews and wanted to shop local. She was so excited when we picked them up and they LOOKED beautiful but as soon as she put her wrist corsage on it started falling apart, Before we even go to the venue 2 of the flowers had come off and even more when we picked her and her date up. By the time we got home there was only one flower still attached and they had been attached with some type of brittle glue. she was wanting to dry this and save it but now I don't know what we will do. Very disappointing. I honestly hope that the many other young people who had flowers ordered from here for that Big Day had a better experience than we did. Not sure if we will give Art in Bloom another try. read more

Ordered a small arrangement -sympathy - from picture on website. It was very pretty, light and delicate. Recipient received it today, and it was NOTHING like the photo on their site. Very few flowers, full of ugly, heavy fillers like evergreen. Very disappointing since the owner said they have all the right flowers in stock. I was embarrassed for my friend to receive it. The store is really cute inside and they really do have some beautiful arrangements however, the corsage I ordered for my daughter was the size of a typical boutonnière. They asked when I ordered if it was for a really little girl and I said no. The lady even made the comment, "it's a shame we charge so much for something so small" No kidding. I went here last minute to grab s flower arrangement for my mom when she was getting out of the hospital. This is located in downtown Owasso. It's not hard to find at all. Two women work the shop looks like it. They didn't have but one arrangement available in the case but they were in the process of making another one. I am normally not one to spend an outrageous amount of money for something that will die in a week but I couldn't think of anything else to get my mom. The arrangement set me back $62. I wasn't in love with it but my mom smiled and liked it. For it to be last minute and friendly I give it a five. The cost is not something I'm in love with and wouldn't think something like this would be so costly. In a pinch, I needed 2 wrist corsages for my 8th Grade daughter and her friend that were attending their first formal. I called 3 other floral shops in Owasso and no one would be willing to take the time to help a guy out! Every excuse in the book until I called AIB. The lady was so pleasant and professional, she never wavered one time. She asked the colors of the girls dresses and said she would have them both ready before they closed at 6pm that night. I showed up at 5:30pm and they we already completed and look absolutely perfect. They matched the outfits perfectly and the girls were so surprised of the gesture! Most businesses today have forgotten what "customer service" is all about...these people still know how to take care of customers. This will be the ONLY flower shop I use for any future orders. 10 thumbs down this was one of the worst experiences I've had as far as getting a florist first the lady was rude and so I hung up after waiting five minutes and breathing I called her called again because I've used them last month for all three of my kids and spent almost $200 with them figured I would call them again maybe she's just having a bad day, wrong move on my part when I called her back the second time she said you hung up on me I said you yelled at me ma'am and I don't like being yelled at! Then she starts yelling " I CAN YELL LOUDER" and hangs up on me!! I thought florists made things better! I would never treat anyone like that and if your a paying customer you shouldn't use this place! She believes she has a monopoly on the area and can treat people anyway they want too!! 10 thumbs down NEVER AGAIN!! read more
