They have delivered a day early twice and a day late once. In my opinion, you shouldn't be delivering early. When I schedule flowers, I am scheduling it for the date of the celebration, i.e. anniversary, birthday, etc. When they are delivered late, it's embarrassing. Also, I feel they have overcharged for a very small mason jar of flowers. We have used other businesses and I feel that their flowers are not comparable to other flower shops. The value just is not equivalent to what I have bought. Plus, they have pictures on their website so you know what you're getting. Except it doesn't look like it's supposed to once it arrives.
