About two years ago, we used FlowerGirls and we were very impressed. Since then we have used them four or five other times. Every time they disappoint us one way or another. They have delivered a day early twice and a day late once. In my opinion, you shouldn't be delivering early. When I schedule flowers, I am scheduling it for the date of the celebration, i.e. anniversary, birthday, etc. When they are delivered late, it's embarrassing. Also, I feel they have overcharged for a very small mason jar of flowers. We have used other businesses and I feel that their flowers are not comparable to other flower shops. The value just is not equivalent to what I have bought. Plus, they have pictures on their website so you know what you're getting. Except it doesn't look like it's supposed to once it arrives. We have given them a try and have decided to use other florists. I think everyone else should too. read more

My delivery date was changed without asking for my approval. It's so annoying to pay $100+ on delivery for a special occasion, only to have the delivery occur a day before the occasion and ruin the surprise. Flower Girls offered no resolve when I called and emailed. Overall a disappointing experience and I'll make sure to never use Flower Girls again. I walked in at 4:40 to grab a quick birthday gift. I was literally scanning the surroundings for a florist and did a U-Turn when I spotted their sign. I knew I wanted a small mum. When I entered, one of the florists was on the phone dealing with a needy customer and she was being so patient and kind. The other florist (who helped me) was good but harried. Ordered $100 worth of flowers and chocolates for my wife for Mother's Day. Order was suppose to come with a box of Whitmans chocolates and a floral arrangement in a glass bowl. The order was delivered with crappy replacement flowers, was missing the large white blossoms shown in the picture leaving lots of space in the arrangement and unevenness so the flowers didn't look good at all. I even paid extra for the "deluxe" flowers that supposedly gets you the better flowers and blossoms and still got the tiny blooms, A total scam! It also DID NOT come with the glass bowl pictured in the order, it came with a cheap plastic cylinder that looks like cheap crap. Worse it did not come with the Whitmans chocolates but some cheap knock off that my wife doesn't even like. So for well over $100 with tax I got flowers that didn't even fill the arrangement and we're not even or aesthetically pleasing to the eye, a box of cheap knock of chocolates that were not what I ordered, and instead of the glass bowl, a super cheap crappy plastic cylinder that didn't hold the arrangement properly so they just flopped around. Also the "card" that the print you choose isn't a card, it's basically a piece of printer paper folded in half. Do not waste money on this place. Go to the store spend half as much on a good arrangement and an actual card and everyone will be happier and you'll save tons of money. Super upset about this order. I placed an order online last on 12/20/2023 and had it delivered to the hotel the next morning. The arrangement of flowers I ordered were nothing like I received. The website stated the flower arrangement will be delivered approximately as pictured.. it most certainly did not. The vase is completely different as well as it didn't have a Santa in it.I ask to have this made right please be a I do not want to dispute the charges. Update. Doesn't want to communicate, Cindy got mad and raised her voice. She hung up on me once and I called back. She then gave me the excuse that she was juggling phones. I tried to then talk to her and see what they would offer to make it right. She continued to be argumentative and then hung up on me again. Very disappointed and I can not believe the lack of care. Probably the worst flower shop ever. I was supposed to receive flowers for my birthday and I live on campus at Tulsa University. I never received them. I got a call and this geriatric woman is explaing to me how her driver is lost on campus and the address took her to some park and they've delivered to the university of tulsa before. Shes having me walk around trying to find this driver, keep in mind these were supposed to be delivered without my knowledge. She then continues to be unprofessional and is saying this is a "shit show" on the phone. i try to offer to drive downtown to their shop to pick them up but shes wanting me to come at specific times that don't work with my student athlete schedule. She then continues to spam text me (using improper grammar and is almost impossible to understand). I ask for the delivery fee to be waived since it was never delivered and i'm now having to drive down to get these and she refuses and is not cooperative at all and is saying she's tired of this. I called them recently to have some flowers delivered to a friend locally. They have favorable reviews on Yelp overall, and they are also located fairly close to her house. They also didn't charge too much, (the pricing and product was pretty much in line with the going rate elsewhere), for a decent sized bouquet in a vase along with the delivery fee. They were friendly and helpful in getting the order secured and expedited. The finished creation was lovely as well. My friend was very surprised and delighted. read more

Highly recommend for weddings or any other floral needs! I called owner Cindy probably two weeks before my wedding because my mom finally convinced me that I shouldn't do all my flowers myself and I had seen Flowergirls in an email from a local bridal show. Though she runs a small/tight ship, Cindy immediately got my vision and gave me the most reasonable quote I got from any vendor, including people like local grocery stores. I sent her my inspiration pics for bouquets, boutannieres, a floral crown and loose flowers I would turn into center pieces. She included all the little extras like ribbon wrap on the bouquets to match our colors and plenty of pins to put on boutonnieres. She delivered on every single one of my dream pics, provided vases for all our bouquets, met my mom the morning of the wedding for pickup and was even so sweet and personal that she had a handwritten card with a small charm in it in my box of flowers. She also included a free garter with my bridal order which was a sweet surprise--especially after I was looking on the wall of options and didn't really see one that matched my style and she want into the back and pulled one that was not only my colors but had a mini version of my flowers! After the stress of my wedding day, what a blessing to work with such a kind, understanding professional! The worst customer service experience I have had with a business in a very long time. Basically a parallel experience as Wes C. (see other reviews), only the specifics differ a bit. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my M-I-L, received confirmation showing my requested delivery date of Saturday (5/8/21). At the end of that day I was told the flowers were out "on the truck", but they were never delivered. Toward the end of Sunday I called again, and they had no idea where the flowers were - wanted to know if they could leave them on the front porch overnight if they were delivered too late. (To which I responded "Hell, no!") By the end of the call I told the employee (owner?) that if they weren't delivered by 6:00 p.m., which was already unacceptable, I would not pay - that I will contest the credit card charge. SHE HUNG UP ON ME, having never offered any type of apology, explanation, partial refund, or anything! STEER CLEAR! read more

I used to have so much trouble going through FTD, Teleflora etc.  More often than not the flowers were late, not of high quality or weren't delivered at all. I have placed several orders directly through you to send to my mother.  They always arrive as promised and she has told me they are always a beautiful bouquet.  Since I don't get to see her often, I'm so appreciative that my thoughts to her are handled so well.  She has also told me that when she has dealt with the delivery driver, they have been extremely nice. I always try to order from a local florist, so when my friend had surgery in Tulsa, I ordered online from Flowergirls. Their site is nicely organized and I quickly found an arrangement that I knew my friend would like. It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday because my friend's surgery was on Friday and I didn't want to bother her on the actual day. I was surprised to receive a delivery confirmation on Friday saying that the flowers were delivered on Saturday (time travel!). We had the most unprofessional experience with the owner, Cindy, yesterday. We ordered our flowers through 1-800 flowers and Flowergirls of Tulsa was the florist who fulfilled our order. I was helping my father order the flower for my mother for their 35th wedding anniversary. After my mom received the flowers she sent me a photo and they looking NOTHING like the flowers I had ordered and to top it off some of the flowers were dead. So I had contacted 1-800 flowers, explaining my disappointment. This led to the florist reaching out to my mother and the florist sending a delivery driver to my moms work to take back the flowers. I have never ever recieved this type of customer service or been called as many names as I had by this owner. I will never recommend this place and will never be back. read more

The flowers were beautiful but the service was AWFUL. They called one day and said the flowers would be delivered that day by 7pm, so I waited at my home all afternoon and no flowers showed up. Then I called the next day to ask about the flowers and the lady on the phone was extremely rude to me. Have had a couple of clients use this agency via teleflora and it has been a problem. The flower arrangement showed up hours late to the funeral and then the flower company didn't want to take the flowers to the home but wanted us to ask the family to come get them. Another case a few days later the florist said they attempted delivery when they didn't and later told the purchaser the flowers had been delivered when they had not. The flowers arrived not too long though after they had told the purchaser that they had already been delivered. I didn't give them a 1 because the flowers looked okay and the flowers did finally arrive. read more

They went above and beyond the flowers were beautiful and it had a little poem attached to it that my daughter absolutely adored. Their quote for a corsage and boutonniere went from $35.90 to almost $43.00 just for using a card as my form of payment. When I asked why such a large difference in price I was told "we charge when you use a credit card because the credit card company charges us." There are a lot of other florist in Tulsa that do not do this, I suggest you go elsewhere for your florist needs. read more

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST FLOWERSHOP I HAVE EVER USED! I was distraught after hearing my best friend's husband had died unexpectedly. I was really emotional and didn't feel like I could talk so I used an online flower delivery service to order flowers for the viewing. All I had to do was pick a picture of what I wanted, and they did every thing else. The online service claimed to use local flower shops and had great reviews. I ordered 3 pricey arrangements. One from me and my husband, one from the company I work at, and one from my daughter. I selected each arrangement with a special purpose in mind....with each having its own meaning. I upgraded the arrangements to the premium fee to make sure they were amazing. Nothing but the best for my friend! I also paid extra to insure next day delivery! My best friend was having a horrible time with her news so I wanted the flowers to be there, showing her our love, when she went to the viewing. I paid, feeling very happy with my decisions. The online company used a flower shop in my zip code and unfortunately, Flower Girls was one they picked! My friend arrived the next day to view her husband and there were ZERO flowers in the room. If that weren't horrible enough, they didn't come at all that day. I called the online company and Flower Girls lied and said the funeral home, PERSONAL FRIENDS OF THE INTENDED PARTY, rejected the delivery. They have been a part of the family for over 50 years and would have NEVER rejected the order. When busted in their lie, Flower Girls claimed to have the wrong address, even though it was confirmed twice. They said they would deliver the flowers the next morning. Even though it was too late for my friend to see them, I agreed. I went to the funeral home at 1:30 expecting to see the 3 beautiful arrangements waiting. They still were not there!!! I called the online company and Flower Girls lied again, telling them that the flowers had been delivered that morning and was in the flower holding room. Did I mention the funeral director was a personal friend of the family? The flowers were not there. I waited for over an hour and a half at the funeral home and while Flower Girls argued and tried to convince the online company that the flowers were there...AND WHILE LYING TO THEM ON THE PHONE, THEY WALKED IN THE BACK DOOR WITH ALL THREE ARRANGEMENTS LIKE NOTHING HAD EVER HAPPENED! They knew they were lying and made the director search anyway! NOW... you would think this would be the end to my story, but it isn't! The arrangements, THAT WERE ONLY IN THE VIEWING ROOM FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE THE ROOM WAS CLOSED DUE TO GRAVESIDE PREPARATIONS..............THE ARRANGEMENTS THAT I SO CAREFULLY PICKED OUT.....THAT WERE NEVER EVEN SEEN BY MY FRIEND UNTIL AFTER THE FUNERAL DIRCTOR BROUGHT THEM TO HER HOME......WELL.....they were HORRIBLE!!!!! They looked NOTHING like the pictures I ordered. Where there were suppose to be roses, they put wilted carnations. The color theme, which had special meaning, had been totally ignored and it looked like someone took a bunch of throw away flowers and crammed them in a pot! The card holder was a very tacky clothes pin that just finalized my horror. I paid A LOT of money but I have never been so embarrassed! DO NOT USE FLOWER GIRLS! They lie, don't deliver on time, do incredibly shotty work, and what's worse, THEYJUST DONT CARE! -Flower Girls, just because an arrangement is going to a funeral home, doesn't mean they are for the dead! I recently ordered a small bouquet for my girlfriend as a nice surprise as she was having a tough day at work. Directions were very explicit and direct about who, and what number to call to get access to a building (due to Covid 19). Email stating they were delivered. Nothing from the recipient! Called the store and the lady that answered was absolutely rude and snotty when asked about if they had followed directions as written. She stated she would talk to delivery driver and call me back. No phone call back to me! Called them again. Same lady, same attitude. The driver said they did NOT call the number etc. as instructed. Put another Flower Girl on. Even more rude and condescending. Flower Girls, have you forgotten I am the CUSTOMER and I paid you VERY well to accomplish a simple task? Being rude, condescending, and "not very nice" is NOT the way to get returning customers. She was rude. She did not deliver what I ordered and put black feathers in my bridal bouquet instead of white. She was late with delivery. The vases she put the things in looked like dirty fish bowls. They weren't even washed out. My flowers were brown on the edges of the flowers. She was short on the feathers I rented and never offered to refund me and didn't tell me that she was short until she dropped them off which threw off my arrangements and told my friend instead of me. I understand mistakes, but I do not understand treating people badly. FlowerGirls either did not deliver flowers for my 3 year old daughter, or delivered them to the wrong address. A mistake, which is fine and not what earned them a 1 star review. The ensuing process is what earned them a 1 star review. They tried to blame me and my father (whom our daughter was staying with) for the missed delivery, they did not communicate either the status of a make up delivery or the status of a refund without one of us reaching out first, and then proceeded to "yell" at me over an email when I pressed them about a refund almost two weeks later. I chose to use FlowerGirls over a national name to try to support a local business. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do not use FlowerGirls. If you have any issues with your order, rest assured you will be blamed for their mistakes, and you will have to fight tooth and nail to get so much as a refund. read more

Feb 15 2017 - I wouldn't use this vendor. My boyfriend ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day from them at least a week ahead of time if not more. I work in a downtown office building. My flowers arrived at the guard desk in the lobby of the building 2 minutes until 5:00 on Valentine's Day. My boyfriend had called them several times throughout the day to see why they hadn't been delivered and no one told him they were having problems finding me - only that the flowers were on the truck to be delivered. They had my phone number and could have called me at any time. But that isn't the reason I'm writing this review... today is February 15 and the roses in my bouquet have already wilted. I called the store and the owner blamed me for the flowers being wilted today because her delivery person (her daughter) failed 3 times to deliver them. read more
