Updating my review of Lowe's in Owasso for one simple reason.... the total lack of cashiers. I absolutely LOATHE self checkout and avoid it at all costs. And since Lowe's is swallowing that model hook, line and sinker I'm avoiding Lowe's wherever possible. All things being equal, they have the same stuff Home Depot has, absent friendly people to talk to, so given that, why would I go to Lowe's? Corporate seriously needs to reevaluate this policy. read more

I wish I could give Lowe's ZERO stars for the experience I've had. After months of dealing with damaged cabinet deliveries and unresolved refunds, I'm beyond frustrated. Cabinets were delivered without notice while I was out of town. Out of four cabinets, two were damaged--marking the THIRD time I've received damaged goods. The cabinets don't even match the rest of my kitchen, and the soft-close hinges don't work! Despite countless attempts to resolve this, Lowe's has shown a total lack of communication and responsibility. Four months and four deliveries later, I'm still without usable kitchen cabinets. Not to mention Lowes took 6m to make a refund on a washer. Terrible! read more

I'm posting this review to let it be known that I had a great experience buying paint from Lowe's after having an absolutely terrible experience with a purchase I made from Home Depot. Lowe's does not have a "Buy at Your Own Risk" paint policy like Home Depot does. My Lowe's representative, Hannah, was very professional, informative, and assured me that if I was not satisfied with my paint purchase, that I could easily return it. Now I'm a reasonable guy, and I wouldn't be the type to take advantage of a policy like this, although I'm sure some other people would. If I picked the color and I didn't like it, I would own it. That would be on me and I wouldn't return it. But if the store didn't mix it right, that's on them, regardless of what the sticker on the can says. Fortunately, Lowe's doesn't consider either of those two scenarios. Their policy is, "If you're not satisfied, we'll take it back." I would advise anyone to use Lowe's for their paint purchasing needs as their store guarantees satisfaction where Home Depot does not. That's where the value is. Overheard an employee mention they get written up for coming to work early but threatened with termination for being a couple minutes behind. I work in retail & I personally think that type of treatment in a workplace with hard working people is disgraceful. I ordered dozens of pickets & they were loaded with no complaint from some hard working men- your employees deserve better. Shame on Lowe's. 0 stars if I could read more

Tried to do an exchange on a defective gas chainsaw today and manager wont let me excahnge for the same one. The chainsaw runs but wont stay on idle after i release the trigger. Item is less rhan 30day. This the last time doing business with them. They have terrible return policy. They dont even issue store credit for any return even with a receipt. Now I gotta go through craftsman to do a warranty repair. Dont buy anything gas power from them, i guess. Take your business to Home Depot. More return friendly. read more

I bought a dishwasher and a range, with the gas line, gave me the wrong size gas line and returned it no issues. Got the correct size but now the brand new stove is broken because the lady sold me the wrong fittings with wrong threads, ok stuff happens so I call up to figure out if I need to be bringing the stove back if I can pay to have it fixed OR what and NO ONE will answer the phone after 30 min of being on hold... it rings and goes back to music rings back to music.... There is supposedly a survey after the call... I am wondering how many surveys they get if No ONE will answer the phone. I have been up there 2 times already today, not that busy either time but had to wait both times for customer service lady to stop talking to one of the other staff to help me. HOME DEPOT is starting to look like ab option at this point. read more

I have been a customer here for over 15 years. I bought an appliance for over 500.00 and then in 9 months it broke and even though I bought the dishwasher with my lowest card the manager told me to figure something out myself and he can't do anything for me... do yourself a favor and go to home depot..they have polite employees and they stand behind their products. read more

This Lowe's has gone down hill with their service. We use to use this Lowe's for all of our handy service. We have bought several thousand dollars worth of tile - the man loading it onto our truck with a Fork lift abandoned us to help someone else and left us standing in the pick up line for 45 min while my wife and I hand loaded tile ourselves. We had already scheduled an appointment giving plenty of notice for pick up; they we waited 30 min in the pick up lane. On top of this; we rented a floor stripper machine, got home and blades were broken, went back and got a different one; and the vacuum was broken on the machine. My advice would be to try out machines before leaving the store. No one there that day had used the machine before so they were no help. read more

Lowes came out in October 2020 to estimate replacing all 10 windows. We decided to do a 3 window install first, the ones that needed it the most. Mid January of 2021 the windows finally arrived and set for install. Installer came out and could not install one of the windows cause it was built wrong. Installed the other 2. Now it is Mid February and still no window and no one at Lowes seems to care whether or not the new one comes in. In the mean time this was the window that was cracked all the way through at the bottom which is why it needed to be replaced first. Also if the window was made correctly the first time we would not currently have ice, water and snow on the inside of our daughters window. I have spoke to the estimator, the manager over installs and neither show any sort of empathy towards what is happening. Just an error and timeline is exactly how things are going to go. I have reached out to the store manager...waiting a response from him. We still have 7 more windows left to install. Just want them to make this right. read more

Went in the Owasso store on a Monday late morning when they were not busy at all. As I walked up to the paint counter, two employees were just walking away, turned and looked at me and went down one of the isles and were talking. I waited a few minutes, they could see me waiting there, I finally pushed the help button. Waited about 5 more min. and then just left. Had 2 other employees walk right past me while I was waiting and nobody offered any help. Will not be back in there!! This is not the first time I have been ignored in this store. I ordered a roomba 690 while they were heavily discounted for Christmas. The store did not have any in the store so they ordered one for me. The receipt gave me a date when I could pick it up. I called the Lowe's on that date. The item had not shipped to the store yet. The store called me the next day and told me I would not be receiving my roomba at all and I could come in for a refund. My problem is now all companies have now raised there prices back to normal which is about $100 more than what I was going to pay. Im very disappointed in this store/company. read more

I needed help last night finding something. I couldn't get help---I asked two people who were just not interested. But this is a good review because on my way out the service manager named Ryan turned it all around. He took me to the area I needed to be. He looked up what I was trying to find. He treated me like a valued customer. I was not happy and about to leave with nothing I came to buy and very unhappy but Ryan turned the whole thing around. I can tell why he's in management. Lowe's does not stand behind the products they sell. They try to say that you broke it. One employee told me when I brought back a weed eater that yes they were defective and a lot of people brought them back and they were not going to sell that brand anymore. I only had it for 9 months and used it only a few months. That one employee ran off and another one was digging at my weed eater with a screw driver saying I had to have it fixed somewhere else. No one would help me or even give me a discount on another one so here I am, a retired person who has been a volunteer most of her life living on a small amount of retirement trying to get some help on something they sold me. The whole time the person was digging at it with a screwdriver they were telling me how to take care of my tools I use. I've been using lawn mowers and lots of other tools long before they were even born. Anyway, they are a part of what makes people hate America. What do those people who work for that large corporation care about helping a senior citizen have some help with something they bought in good faith. Been crying all the way home. read more
